My kids (age 11 and 8) attended the virtual program with Eye Level at the start of the pandemic. Ramya, the center director, was very flexible with meeting our needs. The kids took an assessment test in order to place them in the course. We enrolled in both the Math and English program and were able to have individual tutoring sessions via zoom. The sessions were well executed and we had ZERO technical problems. They were prompt and organized with sending us the session links prior to the weekly session. My kids enjoyed working 1-on- 1 with their tutors. Pick-up of learning materials was done monthly by no-contact pick-up method. We were able to have weekly sessions without disruption during the pandemic. Parents should be prepared to grade their childrens booklets due to the pandemic. I would highly recommend Eye Level to families who are looking for a well-organized and structured standardized learning program for their school aged kids.

My child likes going here and doing EL homework. The materials are attractive and engaging. The teachers communicate after every class. When I asked them to focus on certain area my child was weak they promptly worked with her on those issues. I find it hard to take time out of my weekday due to distance from my home, and have considered pulling out. But my child is enthusiastic and showing good progress, making us stay with the program.

Good atmosphere, nice staff members who are always helpful to us. Low staff turnover ratio - which helps kids a lot in our opinion.
