Coach Johnny is awesome with the kids.

We have been in martial arts for over a decade and Foo Dogs is the most fun, safe, caring environment we have encountered! My 10 yr old son absolutely Kung fu and grappling! My son has been attending this martial arts school for a year and I am so grateful for that. He has gained so much confidence and purpose for himself. The coaches really truly care about each student. The San Soo classes are high energy and teach your kids crucial self defense skills. The jiu jitsu classes help the kids become well rounded in their art and they also go to tournaments as team. Its so great and unique that the kids and adults can train in AT LEAST TWO STYLES (they offer sparring and weapons traning too) while only paying for one. Highly recomend becoming part of the Foo Dog Family!

Johnny is a good coach and instructor. I like that the passion for what he does and for his students really comes through. He cares a lot and that is hard to find now a days. Very attentive to all students needs. Thats very important when finding or looking for a martial Arts school. With his years experience, its tough to find a guy more knowledgeable than Johnny. Definitely check him out.

I absolutely love Foo Dogs Martial Arts academy. Both My son and daughter train here and love all the coaches and they both always love going to class and training hard. I absolutely love this place. Coach johhy is a wonderful instructor. If u want a family environment bring your entire family here, there is something here for everyone to do at this judgement free studio. I started training a year ago because my kids were training and figured might as well. I have never had any kind of training in self defense and I love it. If your worried about your schedule they have classes 6 days a week. I highly recommend Fu Dogs Martial Arts Studio.

I have trained at Foo Dogs for the past year and love it. In his kids class, Coach Johnny G teaches his students to be respectful while keeping the lessons fun and active. In the adult class, he maintains a balance between the art of Kung Fu San Soo, and the application for self-defense. Coach Johnny G is a sincere instructor with integrity, who truly wants to help his students reach their goals. I am grateful to be able to train with a teacher that has both a high degree of knowledge and passion for his art.

Digging the weapons and Krav Maga class. I have only done a few classes and I’m already eager for Friday’s. Not because it’s the start of the weekend but because I get to go to the weapons and Krav Maga class!(okay maybe it’s both lol). Give this academy a try. It is friendly, fun and they are willing to answer any questions you have.

Ive trained at other martial arts schools in the High Desert and I can say that Master Johnny is one of the best martial arts instructors in Southern California. His Kung Fu San Soo is the best in the High Desert. Unlike other San Soo instructors in the High Desert who dont know how to use their Kung Fu San Soo in real life situations, Master Johnny is the real deal. His Kung Fu is tight, fast, effective, and not flowery like other so called masters. If you want something that works in the streets, Foo Dogs is the place for you. I know its the place for me.
