I signed up for the driving test online and paid immediately on the website. When I arrived for the scheduled meeting, no one was in the office. Someone came in half an hour. But they didn’t take the exam because they didn’t sign me up. They refused to return the money. I had to contact the bank with a statement of fraudulent activity. Lost time and money.

I write without prejudice. Bad experience with them. I took a test with them and passed. Waited impatiently for my learner license for almost two months to come from Talahassee. As soon as I received I went to DMV to get my Class E License. The DMV woman says I have bad news for you I said what? She said you are being randomly selected to retest at the DMV. She also said that this driving school is supposed to tell you that. We do not completely recognize these driving schools so we can randomly ask their students to retest. When I called the school to refund because I was not informed I was met by with a rude lady. I said I spend almost 250 dollars in lesson and test and another 100 in getting there by Uber because they do not offer pick and drop in Davie. I wanted to tell her that I do not want a refund. Instead if she can just arrange a car with one person 21 year plus to sit in it while I take my test at DMV. She said you have to come humble. Also she said she is done with me on the phone and I should just email her and she will have her attorneys look into it because I had signed the paper before i took the test. So in a way she was giving a lawyer threat and also telling me I signed a paper. How would I know that there is such a clause in the paper because when you enter the office they say this is our form sign it and just go outside to the car. So they do not give you time to read the paper because they say its time for your lesson and bla bla. Only if they had told me verbally that the DMV can ask to restest you then I would not have wasted my 350 Dollars in ubers and lessons and test fee. I would have straight away requested them to provide a car and gone to DMV for testing. I was met with very bad attitude. They need to verbally inform customers. If i knew I could be asked to retest then I would have chosen to test at DMv in the first place.

Melissa was great giving my 16 year old twin daughters a lesson before they took their driving skills test with a different instructor.We called and left a message and got a quick call back and was able to schedule the lesson/ road test for the same week.

I went into 24 hour driving school with barely any experience, and by barely i mean i drove once. I was given one of the best instructors i could ask for, Nelly. In just 6 hours Nelly managed to teach me how to drive beautifully. They were all very sweet and patient. Melissa was a very nice lady who made me feel very comfortable during the actual driving exam, i completely forgot she was even in the car, really helped out with the nerves. Fantastic experience! The driving instructor was knowledgeable and kind to our son. Took time to answer all his questions and ensured he was comfortable. With the pandemic, the school took extra precautions with social distancing, clean vehicles and all wearing masks. Melissa was wonderful too. Really took the time to guide us in the process and was patient with our many questions. Our son passed his test and already has his drivers license. Highly recommend it!

I couldn’t be more happier with the services provided by 24 Hour Traffic School. I needed to get my license within a week, so that I can drive out of state. My schedule was crazy, but Melissa was able to work with me. I received driving classes from Jahaira and Nelly. Both amazing, patient and wonderful instructors. I took 8 hours of practice and was able to do my test on Friday, which I passed! I would highly recommend 24 Hour to anyone whether you’re a beginner like myself or an experienced driver wanting refresher classes. Truly an amazing experience! Yesterday I took my license test with Leo and Melissa and I am so happy I chose them because not only did they help me master areas of driving I struggled with but they told me what areas i can approve on to become a stronger driver. Leo made the class fun and clear for me to understand and Melissa gave me the psychological foundation I needed to now move forward and be a confident driver. Thanks to them both I passed my test and feel ready to drive in any scenario as before I was terrified of driving.

I have been trying to look for a driving school that I would like and I found this place. 24 Hour Traffic School is the best! I took the 10 Hours of Driving Lessons which has 5 classes ( 2 hours each). I’ve had my permit for three years now and I still didn’t drive because of my fear of driving. I would have a tendency to flinch every single time a car would pass by me. This school helped me get over that. Yahaira and Nelly were my instructors and they were so good! Both of them are great at their job. While I was driving, they would start conversations with me and were doing their best to make sure I was comfortable driving. Honestly, this helped my anxiety so much and made me enjoy my lessons. Both my parents tried to teach me how to drive and that did not work at all! I was constantly scared and overthinking. These lessons helped me tremendously. I gained so much more confidence and I can actually drive CONFIDENTLY. After my lessons, I took the exam (at the school) and PASSED! Later today, I am getting my Driver’s License printed out at the DMV. I was so impressed by this school, I recommended it to all my friends. Thank you so much for this great experience Melissa, Yahaira, and Nelly! They were always so nice to me. I will never forget that on my last day there, my parents couldnt pick me up so I was going to wait for two hours. However, Melissa and Yahaira made sure that I would get home right after the exam and not have to wait. They did not have to do that yet they still did. The people who work here are good people. If you dont have a ride to go to their office, theyll pick you up. For my girls with strict parents like me, if you prefer a female instructor, theyll give you one. I recommend that everybody comes to this place! Upon arriving I was treated with exceptional care and was attended to right away. They patiently and understandingly explained all the things I didnt know or comprehend and assisted me in signing up for the course I was taking. The quality of their service was spectacular. The traffic school is located in a relatively quiet area and has a wide variety of restaurants and fast food chains around it that make nice for a quick bite once you finish your business at the traffic school. Came in to look for help in paying all sunpass tickets online and they help me with the process. I dont know how to do it and they did it all.... Great school thank you

I was told my daughters lesson, test and trip to the DMV would take 2 hours. She left the house at 12:30 -- after the instructor picked her up 30 minutes late -- and didnt get home until 6 p.m. She was picked up by another RANDOM student driver also taking the test that day. After doing her lesson, she was told to go pick up another student and had to sit through her lesson. Her life was endangered by being driving around by random student drivers, which was not mentioned. The understanding was that it would just be HER taking the lesson and the test. Not only did they leave her at the exam office for over an hour waiting, but after passing her test she didnt get a license. Because the instructor went to go pick up another student and left three students waiting at the office, the DMV did not accept walk-ins and they didnt even offer to take her another day, WHICH WAS PART OF THE PAYMENT. This company is a scam, waste of money, and should not be allowed to be open. Do not take their classes.
