I’m compelled to write a great review about Tutor Me Daycare my 2 boys have been going there since each were 1 year old. The care and attention they’ve received is as if “abuela” was taking care of them. The place is immaculately clean. The protocols instituted to protect the children surpass my exceptions thus provide peace of mind. The boys are happy and seldom want to leave when it’s pick up time. The Director is charm to work it with and goes above and beyond to please the kids and parents. I highly recommend this day care.

My niece went to this school from when she was a few months old until she was in 1st grade. The teachers in this school do an amazing job not only caring for these children (knowing they are safe, fed well, and loved) but instructing them too. I also give this school a lot credit for educating her to the fullest extent. If you’re looking for a reliable, safe, and clean place for your child — this is it.

I am not one to leave reviews, yet I do like to chime in when credit is due. Being new to the area, it was a breath of fresh air to find this local, private elementary school. Its just what we wanted for our 9yr-old. Perfect size for a great learning experience. Wonderful, caring teachers with attention to detail for their students. Professional, but feels like HOME. As a working mom, when school and child care center spends more time with your child during the week than you do, you want to make sure it’s an extension of your core values and in alignment with the level of care and love that you would provide your child with at home. That’s exactly what Tutor Me Daycare is. Excellent education, care, love…and let’s not forget the fantastic lunches! I adore the LIFE and JOY they instill in all of our and their children/students. TRUE learning flows from that!

NO parking in the shopping center therefore daycare encourages the parents to park on the street and compromise children safety. Not worth the risk with so many other daycares in the area with proper parking and drop off lines to facilitate drop off. As a first time mom, I was very nervous about trusting others with my world, my baby girl. My daughter started right during the pandemic and as soon as I walked through the doors, I knew this was the right place for her. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by the owner, Amarys, and she was extremely sweet, comforting, and answer all questions we had. She gave my husband and I a tour of the school and to say it was impeccable is an understatement! My favorite part of it all is that aside from an amazing education, they also make sure to give them delicious home style meals that are super nutritious! I’ve had my daughter there for about a year and it’s the best decision I’ve made. Amarys and the staff are super caring, communicative, attentive, sweet, and they really take the time out to make sure each individual child’s needs are met. I highly highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a safe and great place to care for and teach their babies!

This is the best place to have your children 👶🏻. My son is happy and really well educated. He is only 4 years old and he can write and read since he was 3 . The place is super clean . The teacher’s and the director are friendly and always wear and smile 😊.I really appreciate what they do everyday for my son .

My son has been attending Tutor Me Academy for the past two years, and I have nothing but good things to say about the school and management. The staff is extremely professional and respectful towards parents, which creates a safe environment to voice concerns and ask questions. One of the things I love the most about the school is that management goes above and beyond to ensure children’s safety. Safety is of utmost importance, especially now with the COVID-19 virus. Another excellent quality is that the school provides children with same-day cooked meals. The meals are nutritious, and kids seem to enjoy them a lot. The teachers also show great compassion and patience for the children when it comes to educating them. Tutor Me Academy has highly qualified teachers and low student-to-teacher ratios, making the learning experience so much easier and enjoyable for the kids. Overall, I am more than satisfied with their services, as my son has verbalized being happy at the school, and I feel my son is safe and learning a lot.

Incredible education curriculum and management from ownership. My oldest son graduated with honors and moved on to middle school with straight A’s. My youngest son at 4 yrs old is currently there doing extremely well and advanced to kids his age. I could not be happier with this school and their leadership skills. Thank you and please keep the passion you guys have, your doing amazing.

I want to share the horrible and unprofessional experience I had even before entering my son into the daycare. I registered me son to begin this week but unfortunately he got sick. I have been trying to call the office to advise he won’t be starting this week because of this but no answer. I now receive a phone call regarding the start date for my son but I explained how he sick and he might or might not start for the following week . I already payed $100 of registration and they are saying if he doesn’t start than he won’t be able to have a spot for his class. I can’t even get a refund for the registration of $100. My child is SICK . This has been the worst experience in a daycare that I have been through.

Best place to lay a solid foundation for your childrens academic future. My oldest daughter is now in middle school and her academic achievements are a testament of Tutor Me Daycares effectiveness. I am so grateful to Tutor Me Academy and their staff for helping me and my son who is enrolled in public school with his virtual learning. Tutor me provided a virtual space with a teacher present to help public school elementary students navigate their virtual curriculum.I am also grateful that Tutor Me is taking COVID seriously. All though their hygiene has always been a main priority and the school is spotless, they are following all CDC and DCF COVID guidelines. They take my son’s temperature at the office and throughout the day. Students go straight to wash their hands before going to his virtual learning class. No more than one parent and student at the office and practicing social distancing.My son has been able to navigate his virtual school with the teacher they have present in a safe clean school. His teacher Vicki is GREAT!!!THANK YOU!!! YOU SAVED MY SANITY AND LIFE throughout this pandemic with my son’s schooling.

My daughter attended this school for nearly a year. She left because I was able to get a new job close to my home and didn’t have to commute to work anymore. The school is very clean and they keep the school cold to help prevent spread germs and bacteria. The food provided to the children always smelled delicious. And everyone at the school was great! Her teachers were Ana & Diana and we absolutely loved them. This was the first school my daughter attended and she had a very hard time transitioning into this new routine. She had a hard time for several months and they were always so patient with her. I would definitely recommend this school. I felt very comfortable leaving her there everyday and knew she was in a safe and loving environment.

This is the best pre-school/school you can have your children attend! All my 3 kids have attended here being that my oldest is 15! They are surrounded by a great staff, amazing teachers and the owners make each and every student feel part of their family! It is a family environment with an excellent academic curriculum. As an Educator I recognize that early years are CRUCIAL for children and their development and sets the tone for their academic schooling years ahead. As we all worry who we will entrust to mold, educate , nurture and teach our tiny precious little ones. It’s very difficult to ENTRUST this responsibility with so many businesses claiming they deliver these qualities but look no more because this establishment is a hidden gem. During this pandemic our little ones are losing precious time and Tutor Me Daycare has goneAbove and beyond taking every measure to ensure the safety for everyone. Not only is this place impeccably clean but the administration and staff are incredible. Children are provided with a strong academic foundation and are nurtured to be creative. Leaving my boys in their hands knowing how much they have learned and how much they are being cared is truly priceless!

This day care is amazing. Home cooked meals for the children, the teachers are great, the owners go out of their way to celebrate special events and holidays, and they take care of the kids like they are their own. It honestly feels like your dropping off your child with family.

Simply Awesome! The Teachers and administration staff have been very kind and helpful. I dont live in the area and do not mind the drive because i know my daughter is in great care and she has been here since shes 3 months old. The care and love the teachers have given my daughter for the past 5 years has been amazing and she has learned so much. I will also have to add that I have received compliments at outings at how great and clear my daughter speaks the Spanish language and I do have to give all the credit to the teachers. I love this place and I highly recommend this Daycare.

Excellent place for early child development, all 3 of my kids have attended this academy and I am pleased with service they have provided over the years. My siblings have also chosen this place to bring my nieces and nephews. They speak both languages and conduct themselves in a professional manner. They teach with love and compassion, the safety provided is also very important to us parents as they offer a secure environment guarded with an access key to enter the classroom area. The teachers are awesome and develop true bonds with the children, I wouldn’t think twice to recommend this academy to anyone. The level of education they provide is imperative to early education, my 2 older children left this place and had great knowledge and skills. My younger son currently attending is following the same path of his siblings. If I could rate this school higher then 5 stars I would.Thanks !

Today is a very emotional day, to see my daughter award ceremony and see she is done with Elementary school and soon will start Middle school.. I cant thank enough the incredible teachers and the remarkable administration staff for everything they have done throughout the years, what an amazing support you guys have been to us. So this daycare was recommended by one of my co-workers, and I am so glad she did. My son is so happy there that he actually gets mad on weekends when there is no school and tells me he wants to see his teachers and friends. The owner is a sweetheart absolutely love her always willing to listen and help. And the teachers as well they treat their students as if they were there own. Very sweet, comforting and extremely love able with all the little ones. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TUTOR ME ACADEMY. You can rest assured that your little ones are very well taken care constantly. Love this Daycare/School. This is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my kids. The teachers are very kind and are very tentative to all the children. One of my daughters started at this daycare at 3 months old and I did not get any type of separation anxiety because I knew I could trust the care she would get at the daycare, just as my oldest daughter received when she was enrolled at Tutor me Day Care.

As a first time mom I was very hesitant in putting my baby in daycare. Im a very picky person when it comes to my baby. My personal experience of the school so far has been excellent, the school is safe, very clean and all the teachers are friendly. Amarys is very sweet and attentive. The babies teacher Miladis is amazing I love her so much, she takes excellent care of my 4month old. She is very sweet and caring. I go to work with peace of mind because I know he is in good hands. I recommend them 100%.

Finding the perfect daycare can be hard, especially with so many options. I originally enrolled my daughter in a daycare nearby and she was constantly coming home sick.Tutor Me Day Care was recommended by a friend. I did my research and upon meeting the owners and visiting the facility, I knew in my heart, this was the right place for my daughter.My daughter has been attending Tutor Me Dare Care for the last 4 years and I have absolutely no complaints. I am very happy with the education received and care provided.I personally love the controlled class sizes, the age appropriate lesson plans, the loving teachers and staff, the cleanliness of the classrooms and toys, and the security. First off, Im picky as hell when it comes to my daughters education. After two other daycares/schools I found this one. This school has actual teachers. Not assistants. I love this place and so does my daughter. The communication is amazing. The staff is even more so. This is a family owned daycare/school and they take their jobs serious. Im extremely happy to have my little girl here.

Wonderful school! Extremely clean and on point 100%. We have both our sons here one 3yr and my oldest son has been here since he 1yr now 10 and all I keep asking every year is when is middle and high school opening up. My son has been going here since he was 4 months old, and the way the teachers are to him it makes the transaction of leaving him a lot smoother. The teachers care for him so much it makes it feel at home and that they are part of the family. their meal is prepared on site and is a great balance healthy meal, and my son loves it. The teacher and faculty are all so nice and always willing to help.

It’s a difficult choice for every parent to find the right place that offers security and comfort in leaving your child for hours in a day, and that is what you get from them. Everything from the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the cleanliness they offer, not to mention the delicious nutritious meals they prepare daily onsite for the kids. For that and for many other reasons is why without hesitation I have now enrolled my second born. I have nothing negative to say about Tutor Me Daycare 5 stars ⭐️ all the way.

We enrolled both our kids there since they were just months old. The daycare/school is great. The staff does a great job taking care of the kids and teachers are great too. The owners are very good people who have great communication with parents. I would definitely recommend this school to parents.

I called this place to simply ask for some information and because the young lady on the phone thought I was selling something, she quickly cut me off, not knowing I have a 6 month old daughter that I was trying to enroll. After calling from my work line repeatedly because I was so shock with this employee (or owner) of how she reacted I had to call her from my cell phone... And sure enough after calling her on the business line 5 times, she answered my cell phone the 6th time (shame). Terrible way to start a year out. I hope she understand she has a business and this is America so you will have folks calling your business to sell things, unfortunately I was not the one selling.

I want to start off by saying I love everything about Tutor Me Academy. I spent quite some time looking for daycares for my now 12 months baby, but Tutor Me was the one.1. The owners are always there throughout the day.2. The staff is so professional, polite and friendly. They always welcome the kids and parents with a smile on their faces.3. They have cameras in the rooms.4. Communication has been excellent between the staff and I. I always ask them how was the babys day and they answer all of my questions. They even tell me when they notice changes in the babys behavior.5. A few times Ive gone to pick up the baby early in the day without them expecting me and everything is just running smooth.6. They have learning programs for the kids according to their age (they read books, sing to them, etc ).7. So far, they have met all of my expectations and I couldnt be happier.

I visited MANY daycares before coming to Tutor Me Academy. Upon walking in, I IMMEDIATELY knew this was the place where I wanted my daughter to be. I love the way their classrooms are set up, It’s cleanliness is IMPECCABLE, and the teachers are so caring and comforting. Knowing my children are in good hands is the best feeling. Hi, we are parents of 2 kids at Tutor Me Daycare Academy and Elementary school. If you really care about your kids education you better read this. This is not an ad ... this is our personal opinion. It may be a little long but it worth the time reading it. We knew the place because we move to Hialeah in 2016 and we where 2 blocks away. Since then my 2 kids have been there and we dont have any plans of taking them out of this daycare & school. We have a 1st grade and a VPK student. We are really pleased of how much they have learned. They do teach the kids here. They dont just take tje kids to the playground all day to kill the time. My 1st grade kid is an A + Student. They as a school do their job really good but we as a parent need to do our work too. Teachers are not responsible for everything, we also need to work with the kids at home. This is the 4th year that our kids attend to this school and we are super happy with them. Amaris is the school principal and she is super nice, if you treat her with the respect that she and all the teachers deserve. Honestly i cant say nothing negative about this place. if i do, i will be lying. Every time that we have any kind of issues we have always talked to Amaris about it and the issue gets solved in a timely manner. All i can say is that for us is one of the best not to say the best daycare & school in the area. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

Where to start on how amazing Tutor Me Academy has been with my son? I honestly can’t think of ONE negative thing to say. My son started at 3 months old when my maternity leave was up. I was so nervous to leave him but quickly realized how excellent my son was being taken care of.He has learned so much. He has had the most amazing, loving and caring teachers. We are super greatful to have our son at Tutor Me Day Care.We spend a really long time visiting day cares, and talking to the owners of many of them around hialeah.After 1 month of research we decided to take our son here, for the simple reason it met all of our expectations and since that day almost 7 months ago we can not be happier with our decision.They are Simply the Best in the Area.It’s very important to mention that it’s a Family business, they really care about your Children.

This is hands down a great school. They know how to work with each student and make sure that they are striving as individuals. The classes are great sizes in order to ensure that they get the education they need. There is great communication with the parents and teachers to make sure the kids are on the right track. The doors are always open to speak to any faculty and staff. My kids have been attending this school since Pre-K and I have absolutely no complaints only gratitude.

Tutor me fat care academy is the day care I trust ... I have 3 Childress and all of them have come here... currently my 3 year old is now part of the family i couldn’t be happier, she is learning super fast and I could see her progress at home when she is able to point out the letter and number . The teacher are amazing .. loving and caring with all the student . The owners are lovely people and caring . They always on top of your child progress making sure the are well academically educated ... I would recommend tutor me day care academy to those parent who are looking for a caring . Loving . My son was potty trained during the first week. He speaks better, and is doing much better. I am blessed to have such a great academy so closed to my home.

I absolutely LOVEEEEE this school. The office staff is AMAZING and very understanding. Teachers are GREAT they treat the kids as their own. No catering or cold food served here, they have in house cooking! They do not overwhelm the kids with homework, Aftercare is awesome, kids come home with homework completed 99.8% of the time. . My only worry is, what am I going to do when my babies finish 6th grade?! Wish they can expand to high school!

My wife and I enrolled our daughter at Tutor Me Daycare when she was 18 months old. The previous year, she had been in a nurturing private home which we adored, but felt she needed more. Immediately upon entering Tutor Me, we were comforted by the welcoming environment and warm staff. The owners of the center truly place the children first and have very affordable prices.We appreciate the daily feedback we receive about our daughters schedule. We especially enjoy that she is given a variety of developmentally appropriate indoor and outdoor activities including storytelling, singing, playing house, and multi-sensory fun.Our daughter has attended the VPK program and has continued on thru kindergarten where she has flourished throughout due to the small class size and individualized attention the children receive. WORST PLACE A CARING PARENT CAN CHOOSE FOR A CHILD. (BE AWARE THAT SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION DELETE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.After attending three months to this “educational center” my two-year old son was rejected overnight, without previous notice, by the director and owner arguing that my son was giving to much trouble to them due to a medical condition he was developing (food allergy). This review is to make you aware of inconveniences you may confront by taking your children to this school.DETAILSMy husband and I would prepare lunch for him to take to the daycare since he couldn’t eat certain food and we did this for 2 months. I received a call today past lunch time by the owner to let me know I had to start looking for another daycare because if my son developed food allergies she could not have him there with this condition. When I picked him after work the owner wasn’t there, and all my son’s belongings were packed for us to leave and not come back, he has basically been discriminated; now I have to figure out where I’m going to take my son (overnight) I have to work and my husband as well. Recibí una llamada a la hora del almuerzo del propietario para avisarme que tenía que empezar a buscar otra daycare porque si mi hijo desarrollaba alergias a los alimentos, no podría tenerlo allí con esta condición. Cuando lo fui a recoger a la escuela, el dueño no estaba allí, y todas las pertenencias de mi hijo estaban empacadas para que nos fuéramos y no regresáramos, básicamente ha sido discriminado; ahora tengo que averiguar a dónde voy a llevar a mi hijo (de la noche a la mañana), tengo que trabajar y también a mi esposo. Esto es devastador, esta es la experiencia más amarga / amarga que he vivido.

I was referred to Tutor Me Day Care by one of my best friends, in 2011. I remember when I walked in how friendly and informative Amarys was. I was not ready to leave my firstborn at 2 years old however knew that it was time for her to be with other children her age and in a school setting. Long story short it was the best decision we ever made. She was very well taken care of and when we transitioned to Kindergarten was reading on her own. She is now in 4th Grade and has had Principals Honor Roll every year. I can truly say this is because of the strong foundation she had at Tutor Me. Fast forward to 2016, I had my second daughter. After being a stay at home mom for almost 2 years , I was ready to get back to work and detach from my very very attached baby daughter. This time around I was more at ease and actually excited to enroll my daughter in school. I thought she was going to take time to adjust , but Surprisingly it didnt even take her two weeks to get used to the new routine. This is because of the kind management and at home feeling that the teachers give to the children. Amarys THANK YOU for always answering my emails and/or calls and giving me updates every time I called the first weeks when the girls started. Its nice to know that I can be at work and know my kids are happy and loved.

This is by far the best daycare we could find in Hialeah and believe me we look around. Professional staff but friendly and the center is very clean.

Ive had my 2 daughters at Tutor Me since they were both infants. They are now in 3rd and 6th grade. The teachers are all certified, knowledgable, professional, and very loving. Also, I love how theres good communication with the parents. I get a daily report on my daughters grades and behavior. If you are looking for school, wether its daycare or school age, look no further. This is it!

This is not a fake review since they like to say that when given a negative review. My friend had her son at this daycare and her experience was unpleasant to say the least. Her son had scratches on his arms and nothing was reported. At the time my friend was hopeful they would bring it to her attention at least the next day but that didnt happen. She didnt bring it up hoping it was an isolated incident but unfortunately for the 2 year old it was not. It happened again, this time on both arms. The baby was picked up and shortly thereafter her husband called her to let her know it had occurred again. She called Amarys to question the incident and requested a meeting the following day. At the meeting, my friend asked about the activities the day prior and also mentioned this was the 2nd time her son came home with scratches. There was no apology or accountability for the scratches that clearly had occurred during their care. Instead, Amarys said the child had been picked up and the call did not come in until later making that time in between for no accountability on their part. She accused the child stating he must have done it to himself or under the parents care. Being a parent we are open minded of accidents happening but at the same time rely on the personnel of day care to be aware and report such incidents with our children. Had she spoken to my friend in a professional and not accusatory manner I would not be writing this review. Parents be careful with this day care and do believe that where there is one negative review there is a reason behind it. Not to mention that she requests for the positive ones at that. Bless the children at Tutor me Daycare.

Great school, great staff and you can see the happiness in the kids faces when you take them and pick them up everyday.

I really can’t say enough great things about my child’s school. My daughter has been attending Tutor Me Academy since she was 6 months old and will now be entering 6th grade. I have ZERO complaints. As a parent you’re always aware of what your child is learning in school. You can tell there’s a curriculum throughout the entire school. Aside from amazing education the place always smells clean. VERY CLEAN!Another positive – (as if amazing education and superb hygiene weren’t enough)They actually cook their food on site. Delicious home cooked food.You really can’t ask more from a private school. Great education, amazing hygiene, and delicious food. Overall, it’s just a fantastic place where you feel right at home.THANK YOU Amarys and Isolina. I am forever grateful!!!!

Tutor Me Academy can be summed up in one word....AMAZING. My daughter is in VPK and she is learning to read, add, subtract and so many more things that I stay in disbelief. Every teacher there is sincerely loving and caring. The interest and concern they have for the kids learning and well being is genuine. The owners are beyond amazing, they work with you and welcome every child like family. I am so blessed that I found this school and the best thing is it goes all the way to 5th grade!

This place is horrible primarily because of Amaryss unprofessional and bitter attitude. She refused to provide me with their FEIN when I called requesting it. Unbelievable how disrespectful she was towards me just because I took my son out of that school back in May 2018. Im sure there are other parents with similar experiences. So parents, here is their FEIN in case you need it since they refuse to provide it themselves. FEI Number: 04-3810504In response to the owners comment : If this is something you provide only by letter then please explain the reason why I have yet to receive it? Also, this is something you shouldve said to me on the phone. I did identify myself to you and you replied with Im not going to give it to you , sarcastically ended with have a nice day and hung up on me!The reason my son no longer attends your daycare is because he came home twice with deep scratches all over his arms and there was no incident report nor knowledge on your part of what happened. So, if youd like to say you expelled him, thats fine, I sincerely cannot be more thankful. I would not take him back to your daycare even if it was free of charge.

My experience in this school was very bad, especially with the owner, Amarys e it is very rude and you do not accept complaints from parents, and without valuing anything you get the students out of the school. To work with the public you must first learn.

I am beyond grateful I was recommended this daycare, It is truly a hidden gem! My child has been enrolled in since 9 months of age and is now almost 2 years old and has learned so much. Has learned the love for reading, counting, and art! They truly care for the kids and you are always welcomed with a happy and sincere smile! Super happy w the staff and teachers. The teachers are so loving w my daughter even with me and husband. Always welcome you with a smile. There is so much happiness and love ❤️ as soon as you walk in you can feel that positive energy. My daughter adores her teachers even the other teachers that dont have anything to do w my daughters education are very loving and very carying. My daughter loves her school soo much that when its time to go home she gives all the staff a hug and kiss good bye to every teacher including the owners; thats how much love ❤️ my daughter is surrounded with. Im super picky w my daughters education and safetines. For you to be able to get in you have to go thru 2 locked 🔒 doors. Classrooms are all open where you know and you can see whats going on with your baby every time you walk in. They have security cameras 🎥 for our kids protection. They food its healthy and yummy my daughter loves it. This is the perfect piece of mind to every parent. Because I know my daughter its safe and shes surrounded with love and affection what every kid deserves. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏❤️

The owner, Isolina, has no people skills and no concern for the children or the parents. They tell you to reach out to them if you have any concerns, but when you do, they get defensive because they truly think theyre the only daycare out there. After the passing of hurricane Irma, the owner made a big deal about opening on Wednesday when other daycares in the area opened on Tuesday. They also refused to adjust the weekly rate and charged the weekly rate to parents when the week before they were only opened for two days. Please avoid this place!! There are many choices in the area where the administration is more educated and understanding!

Had a really bad experience with the owner; in a nutshell, she has no people skills whatsoever. It is just impossible to have an adult level conversation with her. Any questions like Hey. Why is my kid wearing the same diaper he had at 6am at 4pm? will be answered in a rude, I am better than you, you dont know what you are saying, stop whining, do you know who I am, way. So stay away from this place...unless you enjoy being put down all the time (and your kid) and yelling matches.La duena se cree q es la ultima coca cola en el desierto. My daughter has been attending Tutor Me Academy for 4 years now. Before finding this school, I had my daughter in 2 other daycares. My daughter was constantly sick, in and out of the doctors office with runny nose and cough. I was missing work and she and I could barely sleep with the horrible cough she had.My friend told me about this school and when I went to see it, I fell in LOVE. The owners were so welcoming. They are very big on cleaniness. I made the switch and was so happy I did. My daughter has not been sick with a cold since!!!She just completed VPK there and beginning Kinder next week. She has learned so much!!! I am amazed and I am a teacher for a charter school in Broward. They have a great curriculum. The teachers are great with the kids. I could go on and on but if you are looking for a daycare / school by the area... go take a look. You wont regret it. I highly recommend it!Another plus: they cook the childrens food right at the school. My daughter enjoys eating there and has never said she didnt like the food. Sometimes, I have walked in around lunch time and the smell of cuban food being cooked is delicious!!!!Love this school!!!!!!

The owner and the Director(mother and daughter) are very BAD persons. Selfish, Spiteful , Rude and Harmful persons. THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!! Really UNFAIR people. My 17 months old son fell into the day care,while they were doing I dont know what....and Mrs Isolina and Mrs. Amarys didnt take any responsibility for that, quite opposite, both made everything to finally expel my son from there. However, now I thank God for it.
