I’m convinced this is the best karate school out there. All the senseis are great. Master Armstrong has truly changed my life, and I believe he is the best black belt and sensei out there. Not only are they fantastic teachers but there also there for you when you need help. They even gave me the nickname Texas ranger, because my name is walker. This facility has changed my sons life. He has give his all and is now a advance brown belt and working towards his dream of becoming a black belt Master Armstrong and all of the instructors and black belts at the center are wonderful and strive to make sure that the students achieve the goals that they set out to achieve. My son is a world champion breaker and loved the martial arts and will soon have his Black belt under the instruction of Master Armstrong and the respect that he has learned from the school and the instruction is amazing. Master Armstrong teach true martial arts and the discipline that it takes to become a true Black belt.

My first tai chi class was a major success and I really enjoyed! Diane and the entire class were so very welcoming! I can’t wait to come back and make this a normal routine. I felt so good after and let stress go, it was great! The breathing with the movement and I was sore! One man in class said he has even quit taking a blood pressure medication since starting the class. I highly recommend you try this place and this class. Felt like a family!

I come here for tai chi. Classes are run great for beginners, but the teacher makes sure that more experienced students are challenged. A great workout that has really helped my health!
