The educational programming is outstanding as is the care provided for our children. The environment and staff are all very warm and welcoming. My kids love coming to school and we greatly appreciate all they gain from attending Kiddie Academy of Hicksville.

Bittersweet to be writing this review, unfortunately, due to work location, we had to change daycares. If we can take Kiddie Academy of Hicksville and move the whole building and staff with us, we would. They are fantastic and anyone searching for a great daycare should absolutely put kiddie academy of Hicksville at the top of their list. They have been fantastic during this pandemic and our son LOVES it there.... very saddened

I highly recommend! My daughter has been going here since she was two years old and she absolutely loves it. My mind is put at ease knowing shes in good hands when I drop her off every morning. My daughter will be starting kindergarten next year and I know that she will be more than ready thanks to her amazing teachers.

Spoke with an awesome rep, she told me the availability they had, when I can schedule a visit and all the details that i needed in the order that I needed it. Very pleasant and extremely helpful!

I love the educational push ! My son is doing very well here. I can tell he genuinely enjoys being there and he’s typically a very attached 16 month old.

I’ve been bringing my baby daughter here since she was 3 months old. I’m impressed with her development since starting at the facility. The teachers are knowledgeable, caring and work with parents to provide the best care possible to the children. I also like the energy of the teachers. Not sure I could ever keep up with kids the way they can. Also nice is the great diversity represented in the classes and staff. One con, is that medicine can’t be administered here. However, I find this common among daycares especially for the littlest ones. But something to consider.

The staff is very professional and courteous. My daughter loves the curriculum and advances her knowledge each day she attends class.

My wife and I love this place. Our daughter has grown so much physically, mentally, and emotionally in the past 1 year because of Kiddie Academy of Hicksville. From the owners to the staff and teachers, there is a high level of courtesy, care, and respect that brings us comfort knowing our daughter is there all day. We recommend it to anyone we know.

This place is great! My son started 2 months ago and he’s learned so much. I see so much positive changes. He’s learned manners. He’s only 1 years old and says “ excuse me” when he’s walking by someone. Also he’s picking up on words. Overall it’s a great place for kids to grow and learn.

Best daycare/preschool in the area! The staff are attentive, nurturing, and highly skilled. My niece has thrived in this environment and we are grateful every day to have her at Kiddie Academy of Hicksville. We could not recommend it more highly!

I was here when I was very young. I am very smart today thanks to them. I love it there. Even though we had to watch adult movies and the food was ok. They also yelled a bit. But it was fun.

Kiddie Academy of Hicksville, NY have clear commitment to the well-being of the whole child. Families should have full confidence that their children will enjoy being children and will grow as healthy, caring, capable, lifelong learners and future citizens in their communities and the world.

This place is under new management. I’m very happy to see new owners taking the pain in improving the site. Staff is friendly and environment is very hygienic. A1 for Kiddie Academy with new people.

My daughter has been going to the kiddie academy in Hicksville since she was three months old. She is now a year and a half. She loves it there. The teachers that she has had are amazing. Especially Ms. Hanna. Now she is in the toddler room and her current teacher is also amazing. When my daughter gets dropped off, she is smiling and happy and doesnt look back at us when we leave her which makes me feel secure. I never had a problem with them. I also noticed that the teachers dont come and go like other daycares so they must treat their employees good and thats why they stay.

I Do not recommend this school. My son has been going here for a year. There has been a few issues but the most recent one has put me over the edge. My son has had 4 different teachers. I agree with a previous comment that my son would come home very hungry. The hallways sometimes smell like dirty diapers.They have new owners who are rude and unprofessional. They do not want to return a deposit because I didnt give them two weeks. When I called to speak to the owner she spoke to me like I was an idiot. I asked her to lower her voice because she was screaming and she claimed that was her tone.The only thing I can say positive is two teachers who seem to care. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Shevonne are the only two teacher I can vouch for. Other then that the director seems lost and the owners are disrespectful.

I dont recommend. The teachers are very inexperienced and although its a huge place the other things outweigh this space factor. Staff are pretty rude and dont like to take your child if he/she is a big work!

This is a horrible place. I wont recommended for anyone. If I could give them 0 star, I would do it.The owner is rude and does not care about the children. The teachers are not professional, when you drop off child in the morning, nobody even say Hi to you and the child. You were not even so sure if they knew your kid is coming or not. And they yelled to children.

My son Zoravar goes to this school. What a difference I have seen in him since he started in September. Hes behaving very well. He has learnt so much in so little time already. Great teachers. Great management.Thank you Prachi for your time.

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. They do not greet you at all even the owner. They will literally look at you and not say a word. They never answer the phones and whenever I see the children play outside, they never zip their jackets up. They don’t seem to genuinely care about the students and I cannot wait to be rid of them the end of this school year.

Absolutely awful i wouldnt even send my dog here. Way to expensive and director is one of the most evil miserable people i have ever came in contact with in my entire life. Befor taken my baby out of here she came home with bugs in her bag (roaches) and my child always came home hungry and upset saying people were bullying her and none of the teachers cared even after i confronted them they still didnt care then i took my child out best decision i could have ever made.

After several biting incidents, I pulled my a child from this place. They did nothing to help the situation. All they said we asked the childs parents to work on not biting the place is a joke and you can never get in touch with anyone worth speaking to.

Safety of your child is a concern because of the poor supervision from some of the younger staff. The management does not address the issues of the parents concerns.

I used to work there and the director is rude and mean they dont care about the staff they have made staff come to work with the stomach bug while barfing and pooping everywhere. I had an anxiety attack. Couldnt see or breathe. They refused to let me leave and so I left and never went back. I would never recommend business for this place ever.

Its a horrible place for a child, the staff is rude, they yell around the children when the parents are not around, I actually had a teacher put a blanket over my child head and hold her head down, I called the director Michelle and she was very mean and unconcerned about the safety of my child compared to the teacher mrs.barbra, they have videos buy refuse to show me, I called police and they did not help, the video couldnt confirm or deny because a book shelf was in the way....Im suing and I do not recommend this place for ant children!
