I have a child with special needs who has been wanting to get her license since she turned 18 but finding a driving school that would be a good fit for her took me 3 years. Finally we found all County. John was her instructor and I couldn’t ask for a better instructor. John is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He made my daughter’s experience amazing. My daughter also suffers from anxiety and John always made her feel confident and helped her not get stuck on her errors but learn from them. I can’t say it was easy for my daughter but John encouraged her in such a way that she gained knowledge and confidence and was able to pass. My daughter is now a New York driver and I am so grateful to John and everyone at All county driving school for all that they did to help my daughter. So if you have a child with Special Needs don’t hesitate to contact All County they do there very best to accommodate your child’s needs.

I took two one hour lessons with all county driving school and loved my experience! My instructor was Lonny and he was extremely calm and very talkative, which gave the lesson a much more relaxed and comfortable feel! I passed my road test on the first try and I’m 17, so I can thank Lonny and All County for that too! I highly recommend this school to anyone who needs to learn how to drive, or even just fix a few issues they have!

I cannot say enough thanks to Dennis for helping me out, I can recommend this schools anytime , if your looking to get a license Dennis is your guy he will tell you what is needed to get it done and he will push you but in a good way because Inspectors can be tricky at the test so one again thank you Dennis for all the help and advised I definitely don’t think I could have made it without this school

Great driving school, I finally got my license after learning from them.

I took my daughter for (2) one-hour lessons to prep her for her road test and thank God I did!!!! Because of Covid, she had virtual driver’s ed and never drove with an instructor. Lonny, the instructor, was amazing!!!!! Not only was he polite, professional and patient but he had so many great tips to offer, which I’m convinced is the reason she passed on her first try. Money well spent!!!!!!!! Thinking about getting her a couple more lessons before she’s driving on her own.

Highly recommend this school. Lonny was the best instructor I couldve asked for: very informative, patient, and kind. Really prepares you well for the road test(which I passed on the first try) and simply helps you become an excellent driver even if you dont have any driving experience. Recommend the 10 lessons package to master your technique and simply because it is very helpful in general. Also, the 5 hour class is awesome here. Gary tells you what you need to know and makes the class fun too. Guarantee you will be prepared for your road test and be a better driver overall once you are finished here. If you’re going to take your road test, I totally recommend All County. Before the test, you take lessons with them. They give you a better perspective of what the DMV requires, what they’re looking for, what you should and should not do. I failed my first road test, but the second one I passed with All County. I was prepared for my test, a little nervous but they sharpen you up, pretty straight forward.Thanks again fellas.

I’ve gathered the courage to write this review because people should be warned, especially when it comes to putting your child’s safety in a stranger’s hands. After getting behind the wheel once 5 years ago, I had my very first driving lesson with Dennis earlier this year. I was already very anxious because of my lack of driving experience. The lesson started with him forcing me to drive on a busy main road despite saying I was uncomfortable doing so. When making this lesson appointment, I was assured I would start off on quiet, side roads but fine. This should have been my first warning.He proceeded to yell at me for making mistakes or going too slow, which one would expect during someone’s first time driving. So I was already even more anxious, with this guy sitting next to me and yelling while I’m driving when he repeatedly reached over and touched me. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable. As if trying not to hit any cars or pedestrians my first time driving on a road wasn’t terrifying enough, this “instructor with years of experience” took complete advantage of someone in an already vulnerable situation.I could not stop shaking after the lesson was over and I’m even more afraid to drive again. When I tried to talk to the owners about it, I was dismissed and no one ever got back to me. This place should not be in business, if this is how they treat human beings.Maybe you can look past the disgusting, sexist remarks, the yelling, and comments about how “Covid is a hoax and everyone is just making a big deal about it”, after I just recently lost my father to the illness, this is just wrong. I was too terrified to speak up then, worried about crashing the car. Though this was painful to post, I think young women especially, need to know what may happen if you choose this business. Please be safe.

Howard was great. He made my son Mikey R. feel comfortable . He was so chill. Thats so important making your child feel confident as well. I also used this Driving School for my daughter 2 years ago. I cant say anything bad and they were so professional and understanding especially in times like a Pandemic highly reccommend for all Students and Safe.. 2021

I’m so happy I was referred here by a friend! Due to the Pandemic I could not get my son into a Driver’s Ed class; my husband and I tried the “homeschool” method lol and went the online 5hour certificate and Dad taking him to his first road test in our car route. He was woefully unprepared and failed..... unfortunately, my husband and I as long time drivers just did NOT know/remember what DMV inspectors were Looking For and passed along some bad habits to our son. Howard was so professional and kind in dealing with both Me and my son!! He definitely put him at ease and helped him gain his confidence back behind the wheel!! Thrilled to say he passed the second road test with flying colors Thanks to Howard and A.A. All County Driving School! Highly recommend!!!

All county driving went above and beyond during my time with them, due to the pandemic I was unable to do driver’s ed. As a result, I chose all county - an amazing decision. Within two and a half months I learned how to drive well enough to pass the road test - thanks to the great tutelage of Lonnie. Lonnie is nothing short of a spectacular teacher, he’s patient, kind, wise, and tells some great jokes in the car. All county is a great service that I’d recommend to anyone learning to drive. Both my daughters went to them six years apart, and both got great instructions. I loved the fact that they made sure that my daughters both felt comfortable when driving and they taught them well enough that they both passed their driving test on their first try. I just want to say thank you to John who was able to provide the most informing 1-hour lesson right before my road test! (THANKFULLY, I PASSED IT!) As some of you may know, the road test instructors can be a bit strict on whether to pass you or not... But John quickly pinpointed my weaknesses and we practiced, practiced, practiced! John also clearly explained how the road test instructor may feel from a certain gesture or action, such as what I should be doing during parallel-parking, 3-point turn, and turning left from a freeway. Once again, thank you so much John!

My son took the 5 hour class and a few private lessons. The school was great! Each driving instructor was excellent and having the school provide a lesson and drive to DMV for the Road Test was a smooth and easy process! Thank you for helping to train a new driver and help build his confidence for the Road Test.

John is the best instructor. However the confusion with Howard with my lessons was a pain. Took a little while longer to get my road test with them. Additionally I asked for a receipt and they said would email it to me but never did. I had to drive all the way out to Hicksville. Overall I would recommend this place to family and friends. Ask for John as an instructor.

Howard was a fantastic instructor. He always confirmed the day before our lessons and arrived on time. His patience and knowledge of the road are unmatched. His ability to make me feel at ease gave me the confidence that I needed to pass my test. I highly recommend him and this school.

Her kind and patient nature combined with her experience and expertise in teaching driving skills helped me ace the road test with ease. Im so excited I took driving lessons from this school and it was awesome. Jonathan B was my instructor very knowledgeable and always keen always keeps focus and you will feel very comfortable around him. Great School! Professional instructors! This is the 2nd driving school and I realized the 1st school did not teach me anything. All Country Driving is a different story. My instructor John made me very comfortable and helped me conquer all my fears behind the wheel. 5h class was actually fun and time passed by very quickly (my 1st school they just turned on 5h video for us) and they provided dinner for us (pizza). It was very easy to communicate with school, they are very responsive and stayed on top of everything. Was a great experience dealing with this school!

I definitely recommend All County Driving School to anyone regardless of age or gender. I took the 5 hour class for the first time and was expecting a boring and long lecture, but after walking into the room I was greeted by Howard, my instructor and I could immediately tell that my time there was going to be rewarding and fun.The class size was small (5-6 people) and signing in and paying the $50 fee was a breeze. Howard was very knowledgeable and funny, sharing many stories and experiences. He also explained everything that we should know and remember when taking the road test, went over driving under the influence, and following road rules/signs.The class was so interested and entertained that not one phone was picked up because of boredom. He even ordered pizza for us during our break!When its time for me to take my road test, Im definitely going to call All County Driving School beforehand and take a lesson because of the many good things I heard from students saying how they enjoyed their time with their instructor and how they passed their road test on their first try.Thank you so much for teaching the 5 hour class, Howard! Amazing driving school! My son had failed his road test twice and we decided to get him some additional lessons before the next one. I called them only a week for before his road test and they were so accommodating. They were able to get in 4 one hour lessons in a week including an hour before he took the test. They even took him to the test after the lesson and I am happy to report that he passed with 0 points taken off. He even perfected parallel parking which was his weak area. Thank you All County and to the Jay and John for their great instruction. Amazing job!!!!

100/10 would recommend! Awesome place and staff from first time calling to getting my license just an exemplary experience that was provided by my instructors Phil and Maresa from start to finish. I would’ve never been able to become so comfortable with driving and being successful without these extraordinary instructors and their patience!

This is the best driving school ever! I passed my road test on the first try thanks to the wonderful instructors I had (Edmond and John). I had the package deal (10h lessons)and really felt like I learned a lot in each lesson. They instructed in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable and enjoy driving.The 5h class was also fun. Sue taught the class and ordered pizza for us. Didnt watch a boring video, I felt engaged and listened to some stories that was tied to the lesson/subject. Overall, I had a pleasant time, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of driving lessons.

Took the 5 hour course with Sue which was funny and not at all boring (plus we were fed pizza). Then took 5 lessons with a great instructor named Jay and passed the road test my first time. Definitely would recommend!

The staff at the school (specifically Howard in the case of the 5hr course) were the kickstart I needed to get past my driving test. The energy and environment that they provide gave me the confidence and information I needed to succeed. Would recommend to anyone having a hard time with the test.

I brought my wife for driving lessons to All County Driving School recently after discussing prices and policies initially with the owner, Howard (and later with Gary), whom I found to be reasonable, clear and accommodating. We set up 5 lessons with Jonathan as the driving instructor, who was reassuring and professional upon meeting. My wife and I were extremely pleased with his ability to help her with all aspects of driving, and she clearly benefitted from his patient and clear instructional style. Jonathan was consistently supportive and helpful through all 5 lessons. I happened to run into him while waiting for my wife to return from her actual driving test (which she passed), and he remembered me (he was waiting for another student of his to return from their driving test) and struck up conversation. I was reminded of how humble and friendly he is. In short, Im happy to highly recommend All County Driving School - and Jonathan - I am most certain you will be pleased with excellent results!

Fantastic experience with All County Driving School. I took four driving lessons with this school, three with Jonathan and one with another instructor and they were simply amazing. Jonathan was very polite and experienced instructor, who taught me almost everything starting from how to control my steering, maintaining my speed, backing, merging into busy traffic, lane change, U-turn, parallel parking and virtually everything. Sue, the Mom, instructed the 5 hour class I took tonight, just got home. Ive been driving 20 years and still learned valuable info., as well as laughed and stayed interested the whole time. She actually teaches you like a classroom setting and makes it fun and interesting with personal stories, instead of sitting there for 5 hours watching videos and falling asleep. Highly Recommended.

First off. I only tend to leave reviews if i had a completelu terrible experience or an excellent one.Here goes: Hilarious! I admit i was dreading going to this class because the 1st one i took elsewhere(not to mention they LOST my certificate) -- completely made me want to pull my hair out it was THAT boring so i was pleasantly surprised at how fast the class seemed to pass as im rather hard to get to even laugh. No instructions. 1st time riding a motorcycle he threw me into 2nd and said okay turn. of course i ended up on the hill in the dirt.

If I can; I will give 0 star. I will say its the worst driving experience I had. The driver he had no idea where he was and where he was going. He controlled the car almost all the time although he was sitting on the passenger seat. Besides, he put his hands on my legs while I was driving. What the hell!!!!

Took my 5 hour class here, I laughed as well as learned the entire time. The class being at 5pm was very convenient for my husband and I with our work schedules. The instructor used various method to teach. Instead of just dictating the information needed to be learn, he used call and answer, senarios as well as visial representation to show us students the laws of the road. Very clean, pleasant , relaxing environment. I definitely recommend this school for the convince of time as well the atmosphere for the 5 hour class.
