An absolutely AMAZING business! The help I was offered at the apple store vs. macnician is genuinely night and day. They were so quick to resolve the problem, and they knew everything there was to know about recalls etc. They actually were able to offer me a way to get my repairs for free, because the problem was unexpectedly linked to a recall! Cant recommend this place enough.

Thetyare just awesome. Looked at my old Mac immediately and fixed it right there for free which included swapping the ram cards. Didn’t charge for diagnostic like other shops do. Just go there without thinking

My one year old son cracked my MacBook screen on Monday. I originally reached out to Best Buy and was told it would take upwards of 2 months to replace my screen. I decided to reach out to MACnician and was told that it would take a week. 4 days later, i received a call that my computer was ready for pickup. Not only was the repair done in an extremely swift manner, but the price was also very fair. i was given an estimate and the final price was not even a cent over that. i highly recommend bringing your apple products over to MACnician, if they need a repair. If i could give 6 stars on this review, i would.

I needed some Malware removed from my MacBook Air last week. I called MACnician and they told me I could bring it right over. The contact-less drop off was perfect - I left my computer on a table outside and called to let them know it was there. The repair took roughly 20 minutes and my computer was waiting for me on the table when I arrived to pick it up! I paid my bill over the phone, and I thought the price was very, very fair. Entirely contact-less. My computers operation has been noticeably better! Love supporting local businesses, especially ones with a good, valuable service!

My husband and I were incredibly happy to come across MACnician. We had been dealing with a wifi access and speed issue with our laptop. We cannot say enough good things about this place. We had an issue with the laptop so we took it to the Apple Store because it is a Mac. I had and issue with my iPhone contacts. I originally called Apple, spent 40 minutes on the phone with them, and they ultimately could not solve the problem.I called Brian at Macnician and stopped in a half hour before closing. Brian solved the problem in 20 minutes, no fuss, no muss. I thought I screwed up my contacts permanently, but Brian saved the day! Suggestion: Do not call Apple, go directly to Macnician to get your problem solved. This is the second or third matter I’ve brought to Brian, and he has solved the problem every time.I highly recommend Macnician—don’t go anywhere else!

The MACnician is great!! He took time to explain everything that could be fixed, gave recommendations on what should be fixed and its not as though he was trying to sell us another product. Brian helped me diagnose an issue with my 2012 Macbook Pro (my lower RAM port was loose). He was very thorough by going beyond the standard diagnostics test that Apple does in diagnosing the issue with my computer. He opened up the machine, and had it fixed in no time . In 10 minutes he had identified the problem and fixed my computer, when two visits to the Apple Genius Bar didnt identify any problems or fix it! I would highly recommend his services!

I have had coworkers rave about MACnicians service before, so I brought my computer in on a Saturday after work. I had spent two hours running through different prompts I found online, trying to get rid of malware I had accidentally downloaded onto my computer from the day before. Even though I called ahead of time, they offered walk-in service, no appointment needed. The service team at MACnician was available to help me right away and easily removed the malware and reset Google Chrome for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes! And they refused to accept any payment! So rare to find such great customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend MACnician to anybody.

I brought my Macbook Pro in due to an issue, I worked with Brian and could not have been more pleased with the level of service provided. His experience as an Apple Genius brought to his own company has made Brian a trustworthy and skilled technician. I will always go to him before the Apple store, since with him you know you wont way 3 days standing in line to get help, and you get the same parts you would as if you were at the store.

Like everybody else, great experience. My Macbook Air had the grey screen of death and Apple phone support couldnt (understandably) finalize the diadnosis. My business partner had used Macnician before and said just listen to me, go see Brian and thats what I did. In approx 30 mins I had a new screen installed and shes back to like new condition and Remy and Brian couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you!

These guys are great, I was swapping my optical drive for an SSD Hard drive enclosure in my 2012 Macbook Pro, when I opened the computer I found stripped screws that were beyond my expertise to remove.I brought my computer in as a walk-in and not only did they have great knowledge on how to do this modification, they quickly and effectively did it for me. As if that wasnt enough, because I had all the parts and was going to do it myself anyway, they didnt even charge me.This was my first experience with MACnician, and I tend to try to do basic computer maintenance/upgrades myself, but in the future I absolutely will be using these guys again. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and know how to run a business. A++++

Went with my mom to get her cracked iPhone screen replaced. Once we got back she realized that it looks foggy, dim, and discolored. The guys response was sometimes theyre just like that and refused to replace it. Went to the Apple Store and they told us its clearly a bad screen. Went back with proof from Apple and he still refused to replace even with written proof from Apple. Pretty sure this guy just has a bunch of fake reviews on here because hes terrible.

They have a policy that if you have opened up your old Mac, they will not repair. I would understand this if they were offering factory warranty free service. But, either you repair Macs or you dont. The guy said how would we know it was working before. Well, how do you know if any broken item worked before it was broken? Absurd!

They quickly found some malware and upgraded me to a solid state hard drive. I was about to give up on the laptop but they were able to remove the malware and update my software, migrate data, and now the machine works better than ever. Very happy I chose MACnitian.
