Had extensive display of assembled desk chairs to try before you buy. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Bought super comfortable chair at reasonable price. Very glad i went there.

Staples.com violates two Federal Privacy laws.After ordering online and DE-selecting receiving promo emails, I still got SPAM from Staples daily.Their promo emails offer no opt-out or unsubscribe as required by law.I never get SPAM from places like Amazon.

Staff very helpful and take the time to listen to your questions. Store is very neatly and clearly arranged. Best if you are familiar with the process of the products you are getting. Some of my items were good deals. They also have a good clearance area in the back of the store. Look for any specials they run.

I had to return a chord for a different chord and they were completely helpful with great service.

FrustratingI went in for a simple purchase. A week-by-week calendar for 2019. The store was convenient to my route of travel, so I ran in for what I expected to be a five minute stop.As might be expected at most any large retail office supply store, there was a large selection that was in a bit of a mess.Stores are staffed at bare minimum levels. I spoke with a kind, friendly associate who said he just reorganized the planner section yesterday. He was as helpful as he could be, but it was still a challenge to find something appropriate. There had to be at least 100 choices, most of them more apealing to women. I just wanted a basic solid color.I finally found something good enough, but it took far too much time.This is why most people shop online. Next time, I most likely will.The two associates I interacted with were most friendly.

Outstanding customer service! I worked with Brian S, the general manager, Brian E, a certified tech, and Judy at the customer service desk as well as a few other employees whose names I didnt catch, and all were incredibly friendly and accommodating to my complicated order. Brian S set me up so I was able to receive the out of stock items I needed with the stores promotion that wasnt available online, delivered the very next day. Couldnt have had a more positive experience!

Great staff. I came in looking for a specific printer cartridge that seemed to be out at a couple places I checked, they had it guided me to it, and it was a better price than I had seen elsewhere. Very helpful.

I purchased an HP8630 printer a week ago. It printed fine from my PC and my Mac, but the copy function didnt work. I called HP to get a consult and they couldnt figure out the problem. So I brought my printer back to Staples in Highland Park (where I purchased it) for a return and dealt with Steve and Aaron. They both could not have been more cooperative. The other evening service people were also friendly and helpful. I left with another brand new HP8630 printer as a replacement within 15 minutes.Of note: I also had occasion to make a purchase at their large Office supply store competition. The staff there were not nearly as cooperative. And trying to make a purchase for something they didnt have in stock was very frustrating. When possible, Im going back to Staples in Highland Park. Thanks Steve and Aaron. I said that I would write a review.

I walked into the store called Staples and walked around the store. Staples has a lot of items for people to buy especially for work home school and every other place you could believe in. The restrooms were clean and the people who worked in Staples were very pleasant when we needed any assistance. in Staples we found a number of items we would like to revisit when we go the next time. We will need a couple of chairs for the people who work in our office. We like them to have comfortable chairs and have them adjustable so they can actually use the chairs comfortably and without having to fall asleep. Our employees will have very comfortable chairs which will be adjustable and that will help them work more pleasantly in our office. I think Staples is a very good place to get the office things one would need and other sorties if necessary.

They had great customer service. They also have amazing savings. I highly recommend it for school and work supplies.

I needed to print a large poster and invitations for my art exhibit. This was not a standard job, and it happened during the busy last two weeks of the year. The printing team worked hard to make it happen, especially Steve who took extra time and used his skills and creativity to provide very satisfying products.

Pretty much the same experience as every other big box store that underpays their employees, offers only part time work, and wants 100% availability for less than $9/Hr. Then expects employees to drive business with positive, happy attitudes.

The absolute worst customer service experience. Nobody in the store knows anything. Merchandise dirty and not neat looking. Tried calling the store to as about merchandise. On hold for over 15 minutes. They will be out of business soon. Trust me Head enough to compete with Amazon and best buy without having horrible service.

Absolute WORST online experience, 800 numbers staff incompetent people and in store A, good luck finding a red shirt for questions or help, B. on phone to HP location...equally clueless.Stick with Geek Squad/Office Depot supplies...unless desperate.

After leaving this place, I am in SHOCK! What should have taken 10 min. max (printing) took almost an hour plus attitude from the blonde garbage in the printing center. Customer service is lacking at this location! Took her attitude for a bit then decided to call her out on it and she proceeds to argue with me. Just WOW. If I would treat a customer like THAT, I would be fired no questions asked! Went to this location because it was knowing it didnt have great reviews, because it was the closest and I needed to get a print job done. Had I known......Came back and told everyone what a horrible location that was. Only good thing, is the manager was very friendly, and someone was able to talk throught the uhu, yeah, uhu that this employee was spitting out in the background. A 40+ year old woman acting like a 12 year old. Just WOW........Avoiding this place forever!

Service was good and clear explanation when recycling ink cartridges. The website however notes you can do 20 a month, but they only let you do 10 based on your rewards membership..

Nice staff, organized, clean and well lit store with decent deals. Pick up in store took a bit longer than expected, but otherwise good service.

Horrible customer service. I spoke to someone named Robert in the computer department and he was very difficult and refused to help me. When I asked to speak to his boss about the issue he told me it wasnt his problem and hung up on me. I will never visit this location again. They have lost a customer for life. I used to love my Northbrook Staples before it closed. They should have closed this store instead!

The Help Desk person was very helpful and the Checkout person was very efficient.

Pretty disappointed with the customer service here.I purchased some Logitech Bluetooth headphones and didnt realize that they had very short 14 day return policy....I was 6 days past.Manager said they could do a return without receipt which would essentially charge me a restocking fee. I was okay with this since it was my fault for not being aware of the return windows. I was not okay when they offered to give me only $10 back on a $70 dollar item. This is simply gouging and when I told the manager Spencer that I didnt think this was very fair, he did not offer any alternative nor did he seem to care much that I was upset about the policy. I told him I would take my, and my companys business away from Staples and this did not seem to phase him so now Staples will never get my business again. Id rather buy things online for less money with generous return polices. You blew it Staples.
