Definitely a great place to go for printing. Their department associate Presley provided a professionally interactive experience that was very helpful and time efficient. The quality of service she provided allowed me the comfort I needed to focus on what selections would be necessary for me to make in order for my print project to come out the way I envisioned it. I usually have difficulties at other companies that offer similar services. But she really did a wonderful job helping me bring my project to life. Upon pick up my project was well packaged and 110% accurate to the order I placed. Thank you Staples/Presley.

The service was wonderful! I sent in a 24 x 36 semi-gloss poster for pickup and it came out with amazing quality! Not only that, they were willing to trim it for free, and they made sure that I was okay with how it looked before they cut it. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and will definitely be sending them all of my artwork for printing from now on.

Just got my 1st set of business cards here. They were ready in the same day! Katie did a great job and Regina was super informative and helpful. I will definitely be back for my business printing needs!

Just called and spoke with Chris.... asked about merchandise availability - he kept me on hold (as i look on my phone ) for 12 minutes to answer a simple question. hung up ... Ill shop elsewhere

I came to Staples to look for shipping labels after I went to Office Depot and they did not have what I was looking for. Ronnie provided me with great customer service and helped me find what I needed immediately. I will definitely be coming here instead of Office Depot from now on.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I returned a few items and was helped by a manager. I didnt get his name and they dont have the names on the reciepts. Now I understand why they dont. Not only was he rude, he made me feel as if I were some criminal when I accidentally gave the wrong receipt. Despite having the debit card which I purchased the items with, he still was so rude and went as far as ignoring me when I told him to have a wonderful day. The customer service these days is unacceptable and managers should definitely work on their customer service skills. I certainly wont be spending my college grant funds at this store in the future.

There’s this ignorant girl with glasses and long hair working at the copy and print station. Didn’t bother asking what I needed and helped everyone that came after me. I don’t know what her problem is, but she is just rude and disrespectful. Waste of time.

The computer repair person was negative. But the computer sales person more than made up for him. The sales person was very good to me

Fairly typical. The generally dont have what youre looking for unless its a regular ream of copy paper, notebook, or a ballpoint pen. I needed a USB 3.0 to micro USB and they didnt have anything. They had 85 other choices but of course this one they didnt have. The store clerk was very helpful that was not the issue. I bypassed a Best Buy on the way home to shop locally close to my house but unfortunately was disappointed.

Called Chris in the a.m. for help and when I got to the store Richard helped me where Chris left off....he even noticed my back pain and automatically brought me a chair while he finished entering my information ....now THAT is service! I will more than likely be making this my home store!

Have always had friendly service. Prices are moderate. I always go to Staples because I know what Im looking for will always be in stock and if not they order it and its on my doorstep the next day (perks to being a rewards member)My only complaint is that I tried to do the whole order online and pick up in an hour thing. Well...I ordered online and chose to pick up in store. Order was suppose to ready in an hour for my husband to pick up. He wasnt able to make it to store until 6 hrs later and order had yet to be picked. They picked it right away, which was great but he wasnt to thrilled to have to wait.

Their printing center is the worst. I consistently wait over 30 min for my prints, with complications every time. If you have time to waste or idk dont have an interview the same day then sure go there. They are poorly staffed.

Dont use the self service copy machine. Even if your copy is 50centd. It takes your 5.00. So you have to wait to get your change at least a day. If you want better service and your change back the same minute. That will cost you extra because they had to do it. How does this make sense to me ? It doesnt. The girl who showed me how to use the machine said it doesnt take the $5.00 and I believed her. Sometime today I will get my change for my .50 cent print.

I usually have a good experience at Staples but today I went in and they had a filthy dog sitting in one of the chairs where customers are supposed to be waiting I found this to be very off-putting the dog was nasty and their owner was equally as nasty
