Edit: Ms. K spoke with us very professionally and set expectations for the work and the coming school year. Both the kids really need this program and we have seen big improvements over the years. Thank you Ms. K for clearing this up and helping us to understand the expectations for our part as parents to help our kids work through the material.I have sent my kids to Ms. K for a little time now. It has been painful as it seems she does not offer much support for our kids any longer. The level of quality has gone way down as of resently. Im not sure if she is having issues but she has made many mistakes lately that make me question if it is worth the money and time. The kids are not as motivated. Hope this helps other. I hope she can address this and return to the quality that made the children excited and helped.

My kid has been going to this center since he was 3 and it’s been 5 years now. This program has taught my kid to study daily for a set time. I am very happy that he acquired this habit at a very young age and kudos to kumon. He has been doing well in his school in terms of the academics as well. Special shout out to Khevna, the director for this center, who has been very accommodating and flexible around the varying needs of my kid.

As a former student at Kumon Highlands Ranch who completed the math program, all I can say is that my experience there has been nothing short of amazing! The thorough curriculum not only gave me a head start at school, but it helped me discover my passion for math. Kumon also taught me the value of being hard-working and resilient. However, none of this would have been possible without Ms. Khevnas encouragement and support. Her dedication has helped myself, as well as countless other students, work through the most challenging parts of the program to achieve success!

The Kumon math and reading center of highlands ranch has been great place . The director of the center Mrs.Khevna pays lot of personal attention to groom kids. She is very professional and adapts her style to kid’s needs. Thanks a ton to the group of highly dedicated teachers for all the efforts they put in to groom kids to be their best version.

I came to kumon to do better on my math test, but now Ive done quite the opposite! Before Kumon I was getting Cs and better, but now I keep failing all my test...even in subjects kumon didnt work with me on. Thanks for nothing

Our experience here has been incredible! The program coupled with the passion and belief in the program have all contributed to this. This is a program to help kids with varying goals and abilities (which is the case with my kids). It has helped each of them meet their own needs. We have nothing but great things to say about Kumon Math and Reading Center of Highlands Ranch in particular. The director of this center is very dedicated in understanding how to get the most out of the students. This was the main reason we choose this Kumon center. We enrolled our daughter in both Math and Reading program. My daughters reading and Math is at 1 year or more ahead of her grade level. Great work by Mrs. Khevna, Miss Beth and team! Thank you!

The best choice we made was sending our children to Kumon. Both my children started to read independently before first grade, the Reading program is awesome. My elder Child finished the reading program. The Kumon Math program gave her a strong Math base, which is helping her in High School. My younger child is currently doing Math and Reading and she is in advanced levels in both the subjects in the school. Miss. Khevna is such a wonderful person. She is very kind and helpful. The Kumon reading program is really helpful for my kids. Kumon gives confidence for my kids. It improves the kids study skills. We appreciate all staffs. They helped individually every kid in remote learning also. Especially Ms. Beth is a nice instructor for my younger son. He enjoyed reading with Ms. Beth. We enrolled our early-teenage son in Kumon for about two years, and would consider it again. The director of Kumon Highlands Ranch East, Khevna, has a strong background in education. She and her staff are compassionate and efficient. Many of the kids are high achievers, but some are also struggling in school. Kumon serves both well.

My 4th grade daughter was really struggling with both math and reading. She started to fall a bit behind at the beginning of 3rd grade and it got worse when the pandemic hit. She took an iready test and got Needs Improvement in math and was barely hitting grade level in reading. So, I looked around and read reviews and landed with Kumon in HR. I couldnt be happier with my decision. My daughters confidence has grown significantly in both subjects in a very short period of time (about 5 months). She also tells me about how supportive the staff is and that they make her feel good about her progress. Her attention to detail has also improved. We just got her iready tests back and she is now well within grade level in both reading and math! Her score increased by 41 points in math and 23 in reading!!! Im so proud of her and excited to see how she will continue to progress over the summer. I dont think we will see a summer gap in learning this year! Thank you Kumon!

Kumon Highlands Ranch has been an excellent learning center. Our son has been attending Kumon Highlands Ranch for the last 7 years. It has been very helpful in academics for both Math and Reading. Above all the center head Khevna McCain has been excellent to interact with. Since she comes from an educational background it is very easy to have very open and constructive conversations. She has been very accommodating and supportive for any requests from our side.Enrolling our son with Kumon Highlands Ranch has been an excellent and a productive decision

My kids have been attending Kumon at Highlands Ranch East for math and reading for over 5 years. It has allowed them to progress through these subjects at a faster pace than their public school. They have developed skills relating to test taking, self-advocacy and time management which I attribute to Khevna and Kumon. I highly recommend this Center.

Excellent Teaching staff(Khevna & team) and always available to help my daughter to solve math & reading problems from both Kumon and school as well. We could not be happier with our Kumon experience! Our 4 year old son has been attending the Highlands Ranch East Kumon center (on S Colorado Blvd.) beginning in September of 2020 and it has been a great fit for our family. In the current pandemic climate (where schools were either closed or virtual), we wanted to find some consistency and an option where our sons education would not slip, where he could learn to master the basics. After much research, we decided on the Kumon program for early learning. We were particularly interested in the non-virtual nature of the program. (Everything is done with a tangible pencil and paper.)In particular, this Kumon location has made the entire experience for our son! After interviewing 2 other Kumon centers (which were great options, as well) the staff at Kumon of Highlands Ranch East are miles above and the owner....Khevna is gold!! Khevna has consistently taken the time to fully invest in our sons education and given us as parents an education in how we can better assist in our kiddos learning and developement. The best part for us is seeing his confidence build. He has developed a love for learning and the excitement and pride he feels when he reaches a milestone in his lessons has been invaluable. Not only has he reached a much higher level of learning, but he has obtained skills here that he has been able to and will continue to be able to apply to other aspects of life. (For example, problem-solving techniques, how to break things down to understand them, etc.)On a more personal note, we are such fans of this place. Khevna and the other instructors have become a school family to us and we have seen this with many other families who attend this particular Kumon location. They truly go above and beyond for the kids and are some of the best people we have worked with.

Kumon at Highlands Ranch has helped tremendously during this year for our family. It has dramatically improved the ability of our 4 year old to improve her English vocabulary as a second language. We saw her going from speaking a few words in English to full sentences in a matter of just a couple of months. Kehvna is very knowledgeable and thorough in her field and we trust her completely with adding to the education of our daughter.

I have had a great experience with the program. I started my kids in the program 2 years ago and am very pleased at how they have continued to progress through the Covid times with remote learning. My daughter and my son are both Above grade level in math and reading. Working with Khevna and Beth has been a great experience they are also excellent resources for parents making their way through the school system for the first time. It really helps to have a resource with the knowledge to say these are the questions to ask your school and this is the goal your child should be striving for at this time.

We started after another friend of our son was excelling at school. It has been a great way to challenge him and allow him to learn at his own pace. Khevna is great at keeping him on task and motivated. She has a great mix of patience and sternness!!

This Kumon center or as we like to call it, Khevanas Kumon is really a great place for kids. We started by sending one of our daughter for the math program and now have 2 of our daughters attending this center. We have seen great improvement in their math skills. Khevana and the staff at the center are so friendly and involved in the kids development. We highly recommend this center to whoever asks us about Kumon.

Khevna has been very kind and supportive even during the pandemic. She goes above and beyond to keep students progress on track. Ms. Beth speigel and other staff have been very much amicable and they guide students through every subject detail.I know few families driving from far to get the best at this centre,earlier. Recently, the transition to remote classes was very smooth and a great match to in person classes.

Kumon has been such a great experience for my daughter. She started getting frustrated with math in the 3rd grade and it was a struggle to get her to do her homework nightly. She then started getting behind which was then even more frustrating for her (and me!). We met up with the director of kumon Highlands Ranch and immediately knew this was a great program for us. This program gives students the tools they need to catch up, maintain, then get ahead in math and English. Plus the confidence boost this program gives to my daughter every time she goes is unmatched! The director has worked with us on so many challenges throughout our attending and we cannot recommend enough! Ms.Khevna & Team are great to work with. Our Kid has been going to this center for the last 3 years and it has helped build a strong foundation from academic perspective for both Math & Reading. My daughter is able to easily understand the school classes and able to finish homework quickly in Reading & Math. Words just fail to express how much we have gained from this program and Khevana.It’s been about a year and a half since we started the program. We opted for Math, and want to start English very soon. And all I can say is that we have gained in abundance. The learning experience for our children has been really positive.I was able to see my wards getting comfortable with math and they started enjoying the whole process. Khevna is an outstanding instructor! During the pandemic, Khevna promptly implemented all the necessary precautions to keep the Kumon center and kids safe while continuing to educate. Signups for daily time-slots to accommodate the in-person learners, and zoom sessions lead by instructors to help the remote learners has ensured both safety and continuity of learning. She is knowledgeable and quick to respond. She pays attention to the academic needs of kids and adjusts their work pace appropriately. I’d strongly recommend Khevna’s Kumon center to all prospective parents!

Our two boys have been with Ms Khevna at this Kumon center for a good 4-5 years now, studying both reading and writing. Khevna makes the difference at this center and has been a stable and consistent educator in our family for many years. She is genuinely invested in their growth, confidence and wellbeing, not just their academics. I believe that the Kumon program really kept us all on track through the pandemic and the many remote learning periods during 2020 - we continued through the summer and when school turned remote, they effortlessly switched to zoom classes as needed. Since we moved to Denver almost 7 years ago, Kumon has been an integral part of both our kids’ education. Khevna is one of the best administrators that we have met so far. She understands children’s psychology and adapts to that particular kid in a very unique way. One of the many reasons why we’ve had both our kids go through Kumon. She provides volunteer opportunities for high school kids and also an incredible opportunity to take their first step into the workforce. What better way to keep your math and reading skills sharp at all times! My kindergartener started kumon at age 4 and is ahead in reading and maths. He started reading independently and doing mental maths at age 5. Fantastic center and an incredible person. That’s what personifies Kumon and Khevna. Our kids are becoming better at test-taking, becoming more independent learners, and are starting to see their Kumon skills pay-off in their school grades too.Khevna McCain is hands down the best and her staff is very friendly and courteous. She has done a phenomenal job supporting us remotely during this COVID-19 pandemic over the Zoom calls, and has safely re-opened in-person since Fall 2020. We wish we would have found her sooner.We live in Parker, and have 2 bright kids, a 4th & 2nd grader, who attend one of the finest charter schools in Douglas County, PCK, and yet we drive 25 mins one-way to Khevna’s Kumon. As parents who have not only seen but personally experienced as students, both education systems - American and foreign, and having directly worked with Metro school district students as an employee of DCSD and CCSD, two summers back, we identified that despite sending our kids to one of the best charter schools, our kids lacked superior math and comprehension skills that are needed for giving them the strongest educational foundation that they could possibly get, as well as something that would challenge them to drive and tap into their learning potential.We researched and interviewed various supplemental-education institutions such as Huntington, Eye Level and Kumon at various locations (Parker, Arapahoe Rd., Lone Tree) to find the best fit for our kids and our expectations in terms of growth that we were hoping to see in our kids and how soon they could start excelling in their grades. We started with Kumon at Parker which is just 10 mins from our home, but in 3 months, we realized that despite all the footwork we did, it was not the right fit for us and our kids. That is when we extended our search of Kumon to Highlands Ranch East, where we met Khevna McCain. She shares the same diverse educational background as us, and she has professionally also worked with the Metro school district as well. She understood and acknowledged our concerns, came up with an action plan, and assured us to enable our kids to reach above their grade level in 9 months. After 18 months, not only are we very satisfied with the progress we see in our children, but we are still excited to continue this adventure with Khevna to unfold our children’s true educational potential.

My Son has been with the program about 3 years now and has jump up a bunch of levels in reading and math. They do an outstanding job and I wish I would have found them sooner :-) I highly recommend them.

If there were 6 stars that’s what my rating would be for Kumon Academy Highlands Ranch East and Ms. Khevana. My daughter Katie came out of 4th grade not being able to master her times tables. Her confidence was low and she honestly felt she isn’t good in math. I called Ms Khevana as my son went through the program a few years ago and said it’s Katie’s turn. Katie started Summer 2020. She is now a the top of her class in math and at the top of her grade level. The confidence this program has given her is priceless. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the program is as well as Ms.Khevana.

A great resource for kids to learn and thrive with their reading and math. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to catch their kids up on math/reading or to have them get ahead. Khevna and her team genuinely care for each child. It is remarkable. Your only regret will be that you did not start this sooner.
