I went in to print out several documents that I needed right away. I went in at 7:15pm when the copy department closes at 7:30pm. I spoke with Andy and he talked me through the whole process and he was so kind and patient with all the things I needed. He stayed late just to help me. He really went above and beyond to help me when he easily could have just told me I was too late.

Needed to print and employee was very nice and helpful. Walked around and store was stocked. When I was ready to pay, Chris was very kind about my expired coupons, and got assistance from assistant/general manager . However, the assist/gm was not very kind towards Chris. I heard him make a snarky comment “Chris, are you a drama major? You’re very dramatic.” It was unpleasant to see a manger treat employees this way especially in front of customers. Anyway, I thanked him for helping Chris and I, and instead of saying “you’re welcome” he just walked away. This is how they treat their employees and customers? I will be making the drive to Bluffton from now on.

Always have exactly what I need at great prices. Great staff! The copy center really saved me after I inadvertently left an important document at one of the copiers. They retrieved it and kept it safe until I could retrieve it!

Horrible store/horrible people. 12/6/20: We had a short list and they were out of everything. Plus I was confronted by a tall blonde woman that offered me a mask. I told her about my medical exception, and she said, You cant shop here! RUDE, unprofessional, insensitive, and seemingly enjoying having some power over others. Never will I go to another Staples anywhere because of this experience.

The website lists a 9 pm closing time. The store actually closes at 7 pm. Arrived at 7:05 and the employee cracked the door open and said they were closed and that corporate was the only one that can change the website. Get it together staples.

Had a great experience here this morning. I called ahead of time to ask about an extension cable for my video monitor and the girl on the phone could have not been more helpful. She even put the part aside for me and I came in 15 minutes later. The manager was kind enough to open the box for me so I could look at the part to make sure it was the right one. Top notch experience all around and thats why I bring all of my tech business to Staples instead of that other place. Be very careful with overcharging prices. I will say one price but when you put in the credit card it quickly changes just before you hit the OK button!.

Probably one of thethe worst Staples Ive ever came across was trying to return an item to this one because I forgot my debit card and the one closer to home. Apparently they were accusing me of returning this item once....never did...only gave me story credit. Assistant manager was horrible.

Had an order to pick up Id made online. They held it for me a couple of days. I also needed an ink cartridge as well as some stamps.it was a bit busy, but the staff made sure I was taken care of as soon as possible.We have an excellent Staples store on the island and I think Marsha is very good as a manager.

Called in to ask a simple question about whether or not a certain item was in stock and “John” answered the phone. Well turns out John wasn’t helpful at all and hung up on me rudely and abruptly, terrible customer service.

Went in on 3/14 to look for a desk I was interested in. Approached by an employee and I told him what I wanted. He kind of barely indicated it was behind me. I walked over to where the thumb was pointed and said this isnt the one I wanted. He ignored what I said and walked away and never did come back, though we continued to walk around for a while and see if we could find it. We will buy it from Amazon now. Customer service like this is the reason places like Amazon are doing so well. Terrible. They not only lost this sale but all others of refills of paper and printer cartridges and other things we might need.

Hostile, unhelpful staff including the supervisor who denied she was a manager and claimed no ability to accommodate my simple request, which was to give me the correct USB cable from the same item in a different color when the manufacturer put 2 audio cables and no USB cable in the box, rather than one of each as was necessary and specified on the instruction sheet. They could have easily given me the correct cable and damaged out the second item, but insisted I return the first item, damage that one out, and I take the other in another color, or nothing at all. She was also spitting wet orange cracker crumbs at me as she spoke. Absolutely disgusting. She handed me the card of the store manager and walked away.

Unbearable. two times in the store to get a simple print job done, and finally had to go elsewhere. I came to the print and copy center at Noon, 3/4/16. the staff person had about four tasks going and appeared overwhelmed.I waited patiently, for my turn for only about 10 minutes. Some level of manager came over to help I guess. The staff person explained to the manager that his customer (not me,) was having trouble getting on the wifi. the manager said, oh, that hasnt been working for several days He never gave any of the five customers, waiting any eye contact or acknowledgement. After waiting my turn, I explained my printing need, no urgency, and that i had had postcards printed there regularly for three years. he put my CD, which was clearly labelled with email, telephone, explanations, etc. to make it easy. i pointed to a six foot large banner advertising 100 postcards for 19.99. i needed 200 postcards, printed. the staff person said that it was an online price and they could not do it that way. i said, okay, just let me know what you can do. he said he would call me back at 4pm. It never happened. Saturday morning, (the next day) I called the store, went through all of the directed button pushing two times only to get hold music. I decided to drive to the store, arriving about 9:30am. there were only 3 customers in the store and 4 staff. i waited for my turn, as the staff person of the day helped mail a package for a customer, explaining the entire time all of the rules, problems and excuses, why it was difficult. I patiently waited my turn. When she approached me I explained that I was trying to get postcards done from items on a CD, that I had not heard back, and exactly what my needs were. She scrambled around, also, giving all appearance of being too busy, exasperated and overwhelmed, but could not find my CD or order form. she finally found it and dropped the CD out of the sleeve, breaking the case. no big deal. She began to explain how hard it was going to be, what I was going to have to do, etc. there was a second employee in the shop who worked on the computer and never looked up. She told me I was going to have to sit down at the computer and go on the website. I asked for my CD and decided that I would find somewhere else to get my work done. I had been doing this effortlessly for 3 years. I went to the Assistant manager, told him of my concern. he looked at me as if i were a three eyed goat and said nothing.I left, and drove by a UPS store closer to my home. I did not know they even performed printing service. They could not have been kinder, cheerful and more helpful.
