I just went to drop off a project and it was really dirty in there. I’ve never seen that store dirty like that . I even had to let a beetle cross my path . Just took 2 pics and they are not great but I’ve never been compelled to do that . No one except for one young man seemed to be working

It was great besides the cashier not wanting to check with the manager about the store taking one of my discount cards.

Came here looking for any type of printer. The helpful staff aided us to the perfect printer for our business. Very helpful and friendly staff here. Would highly recommend this place. We will always do business here while Im in the area

Employees are very knowledgeable about their products! I had a young woman by the name of Alexa help me find what I needed! I would highly recommend this place.

I called to ask about a product, told them I lived 75 miles away. I was assured they had it. When I got there, they did not have a clue what I was talking about. One sales associate said he would go see what he could find out. I waited approximately 15 min and started to leave and the sales associate was sitting by the register talking and laughing with another employee. Im out 150 miles of gas because they dont know what a product is!

It was good I end up needing help but also ended up looking at what I was looking for on my phone as the employee was doing the same on the computer

I am happy with Staples reward program. It can help save money with printer ink and school supplies! The managers have also been very helpful when I have had any problems using my rewards.

Same day order and pick up is a joke at this location, I ordered the product needed at 10am and I arrived at 5:50 pm to pick it up, I was told at that point that the product I ordered came in on June 28th and that they had not finished working the truck and had not yet located the product, the 28th was 3 days ago and yet the product still has not been unloaded or stocked but yet it’s clearly available online. I asked to speak to a manager, who came to tell me how short staffed they are and that she herself was going through totes trying to locate the products ordered (May I add that the manager was wearing bright pink slippers and after I walked out of the store she walked to her car to get in and smoke). As a former manager of a big box retailer I know that the cavalier attitude towards working stock is not acceptable. Completely unprofessional environment.

It was the worst place ever... I dont think Id ever go again.unless ther are more professional worker ..... I went in to send a fax and not all people know how to fax I ask for help and I stood waiting for 10 min.. And they see me and ignored me and helped others that were ther after me 😡 then finally I got help and of course she did a half ass job and only sent one paper which was the cover sheet and charged 5$ came home and had to drive back to send it again and some workers were sellin eachother stuff VERY cheap like 2$ while I was their again waiting till ther done screwing over the store another 10 damm minutes.. Where Is the porfessionalisum in this store and workers ?????? 😡
