Haven’t been here for at least 6years but wanted to come by and say thank you for all that you did for me as a teenager. I use to come by 2010-2013, and I am so glad I found this jewel. Sometimes I’d come home from school and there was no food so I’d walk down the street , to the boys and girls club. I was always welcomed, guided, and supported by the staff. You probably kept me out of trouble more than once by keeping me off the streets. Going to the boys and girls club was a great experience for me they even helped with our homework, and even took us to Universal studios. That’s just some of the cool things we did. Don’t come by anymore because I live in California, but still thanks for all the great memories!

My two kids (7 & 5) love going to the Club in Hobe Sound. They enjoy the Maltz Theatre, Drums, Computer Lab and especially working in the Gardens. As a working parent, I enjoy the fact that the Boys & Girls of Martin County has certified teachers on staff to assist with homework and to do project based learning activities in the afterschool space. They have a lot of fun there too!

They give you trash cold chicken nuggets and other cold food that should be warm or hot

Not only am I a BGCMC employee- Im also a client!My third grade son has been attending the Hobe Sound club everyday after school and every weekday during summer break ( while I work at the Indiantown Club) for two years. Not only does he get grade-specific, fun, evidence-based academic programs EVERYDAY! (and help with homework) he is in Golf, Soccer, HERO mentoring program, Garden Club, tech lab time, and arts and crafts. He gets an afterschool snack and dinner.As an employee, I can tell you that the staffs first priority is to get club kids whatever they need for a great future. The company culture celebrates every time we can facilitate something great for one or a bunch of our kids. Proud to work here, proud Martin County can offer this kind of program to my son.

These clubs offer amazing programs and have role models and mentors in this worthy community.

I have been a volunteer and donor for over 8 years. I believe this is the best after school program in Martin County.

Its a great place if you want you kid bullied by older members and harassed by the staff. If you like to be lied to and called a liar on the regular go here. The staff have their favorites (some being staffs own children) who can do no wrong and do as they please. My children and my neighbors kid all HATE this place. Its unfortunate they do not have the true beliefs of the boys and girls club at this location. Would probably be a better place if they did a complete overhaul on the staff... At this point I have had to reach out to someone/anyone above this locations director. Its a nightmare.

Went there as a kid and my memories of the place are not great. Maybe its improved in the last 20 odd years? Oh and this is a bit random but if the weird kid with the ghost stories and the buried treasure reads this I hope youre doing well.

Unfortunately only available if you pay for a full summer program, ($300+) regardless of whether you wish to have your child there for a week or two.
