I ordered a chair from Staple’s website (which is a completely different entity than the store) and they sent the wrong chair. I called this store to see if they have the chair I wanted in stock. Sure enough they did and they were able to put it on hold for me.I went to the store and returned the chair. After returning the chair, I find out they weren’t able to give me a gift card in store, because Staples online was a separate entity.The employee wasn’t 100% sure if they sent the gift card back through email or snail mail. But he was leaning towards email and that I’d receive it in 24-48hrs. I asked them to keep the chair on hold for me since I knew it was a popular item. They happily said they would.I left the store and found out the online Staples sends the gift card in snail mail which will get to me in 7-10 business days. I wasn’t happy since so didn’t have an office chair and I work from home.I called the Staples store to see if they were willing to hold the chair until I got the card in the 7-10 business days. They said “Definitely. No problem.”7-10 business days passed and finally on the 17 BUSINESS DAY (And yes business days Mon-Fri) came and I got the gift card.I called the store and they STILL had the chair on hold for me. I get to the store and, sure enough, the chair was there for me to pick up.The same, employee I talked to at the beginning was there and he even gave me a discount on the chair for the issue.I definitely wasn’t happy at the online Staples. I will NEVER order from them again.I will definitely go to this Staples if I ever need any other office products!

James did an awesome job getting our package shipped with ups! Also, the fact that hea got a fountain pen automatically makes him super cool. James needs a raise!

I spent a lot of time setting up logos and labels with their print team. They assured me they would have all the set up information when I came back to have things printed. Now all of a sudden, after Covid they can’t find anything. The gentleman who helped me (who was excellent) is gone. I would not recommend them for printing.

Manager and sales team where fantastic in helping me with my new Office chair. Was a pleasure to purchase from as they where very accommodating with the return and purchase of the new chair. Would highly recommend to anyone. What a great all around sales experience. The level of professionalism shown from the staples team in Holland Michigan was top notch. I asked an employee for help and he was so helpful and patient. Great place to get any office supplys and I always use the mail service.

Darryl the General Manager was so so helpful in helping me return an order and print exactly what I needed! I will definitely come back for printing there!

Staples printing department really goes above and beyond when there was an error on my order. They patiently worked through everything with me and were able to address the issue.

Friendly helpful staff and great sales

I went to buy a printer and the staff member was really knowledgeable about what I should get when I told him what I was using it for. The downside was every opinion under $425 was out of stock. I ended up buying from Amazon online the printer the Staples associate sold me on and it is everything he said and more. I wish I could have purchased it there, I like brick and mortar stores, but they didnt have it in stock and didnt know when they would. Shame on Staples Corp supply chain for leaving the stores in limbo

Brad was exceptional. Recycled our old printer for us, helped us select a new one, and worked out our recent ink purchase misfortune saving us $80 of potential loss.Products were in stock for immediate purchase.Fantastic experience!

We stopped by to price business cards, and the young woman at the print area helped us to create our own business cards. She made it surprisingly easy and fun. We had been putting it off, and tonight we were done in 15 minutes. Great place, good employees.

Staples is always a good place to get quality office, home, and school supplies. If they were a little cheaper, they would get 5 stars. That being said, you do get what you pay for! Excellent quality products, in my experience.

Back to school shopping for supplies was easy here. Several polite employees approached me to make sure I was finding everything okay during my short visit. I was happy to find all the items I needed and it was way cheaper than any other place. Only under a dollar for notebooks, markers, pencils, folders, etc.

I have always been impressed with the Holland Staples store. Staff is well informed and helpful, making good suggestions when asked. They are a great example of making the Easy Button culture real.

This place is too expensive. Products that you can get at other places are usually 2 or 3 times as much here. The last time I went in here will be my last time.

Easily the worst customer service. Youve got one snotty nosed millennial Manning the front desk.. Where everyone else in the store is is beyond me, try to ask a question but this kid has so much more important things to do like play on his phone. Whoever worked around 3 pm on January 14 needs to be fired. With the way Holland is right now I wouldnt be surprised if this store also goes under too

I had some lamination done on a project and someone did mess up on it. The gal did apologize and gave a 10% discount. Very friendly and helpful with items I needed to buy.

Went to buy ink. Ended up with a new printer that we love! Ask for Nick, hes awesome to work with.

Stood at the UPS mailing Center for more than 5 minutes there was one young woman helping a customer make copies and another one that was doing something with some form of machine. But never did did anyone look over the counter to see if there was somebody like myself that needed help. I will never come back to the store again.

I went there to print a poster for a conference, and the staff was spectacular. There was a printer mistake on my poster, but they reprinted it before I went to pick it up and it looked great! Plus, they were super friendly in helping me find other items that helped me display my poster.

Was told that I need to send a PDF that I would like printed a full day in advance in order to not get a expidited fee. I feel this is a neccasry thing to do if it where to take them more than 5 minutes, seems like a way to add on unneccesary cost. Customer service was still very welcoming shame the policy has to be this way.

I purchased an item for in store pickup with Staples, and was very happy with the service I received. I waited a few minuets at the online order pickup station and an employee was very apologetic for the waiting time and offered me a free beverage for the holdup.
