Am a student and they just don’t give good food sometimes so I don’t eat

After my daughter was smacked in the face by a student ON HER PROPERTY, my other daughter jumped right in to defend her sister. After several students recorded the event I was shown the video. The very next morning , the vice principal of margarite maze school called me to inform me that I have to meet them in his office ASAP. Once I arrived I knew immediately my children were being blamed FOR DEFENDING THEMSELVES. They had a sro that was polite, he did have to take there pictures and charge with BATTERY because the BULLIES PARENTS , decided to press charges for there incompetent child starting a fight and couldn’t handle it, the child smacked my daughter in face!!!!!! Would you let someone smack you in face ? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My children were taken out of school suspended three days FOR DEFENDING THEMSELVES. My oldest daughter was denied her eight grade dance standing at the FRONT DOOR IN FRONT OF HER PEERS DENIED HER EIGHT GRADE DANCE BECAUSE of DEFENDING HERSELF AND HER SISTER. Will my daughter have her memory of her eight grade dance back NO! Is she being harassed by other kids because she stood dressed up at the dances door and humiliated that she couldn’t get in!!!!!! You can’t imagine what you have emotionally done! Now, the BULLY, has tried 12 times to jump my daughters, they are instructed to walk away like cowards, I got a truency notice that my daughter missed by three days BECAUSE of THE SCHOOL SUSPENSIONMy other child is in awards assembly that I have to miss because of this school making me attend a TRUENCY hearing and I can’t even show my daughter how proud we are for the hard work AND BE THERE FOR MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE YOU CANT FIGURE OUT THIS MESS Now they have denied my daughter her 8th grade great America day. We have already paid and they have taken our money. You guys need to get help otherwise you will have a HUGE LAWSUIT ON YOUR HANDS. NOT TO MENTION YOU PULL OUT KIDS FROM SCHOOL OUT OF CLASS FOR THERE “ SAFETY “ because you can’t get the bully TO STOP! YET IM DEALING WITH TRUENCY!

The Hollister school district is really struggling with the amount of kids that are coming in right now to hollister. Theres noy any extra class rooms or schools for them.
