Great to see such a clean store. And the cashier made you feel wanted.

I stop here a lot. Its on my way to my neurologists office. I always need cat food and its easier to stop here instead of dealing with Walmart on Nova Road when you just need a few things. This store has a lot of everything. Beer, wine, frozen foods and cat and dog food. 🐱👍

Love Family Dollar, I go in get what I need and get out. Cashiers help me find things I cannot find.

Good customer service

Lately whenever I go to this store, the employees are friendly (a couple years ago I didnt always encounter the friendliest staff). Yesterday morning D. + D. (1st letters of their names) went above and beyond, and Im extremely grateful for their assistance! My one gripe is that not every item had a price tag on the shelf, so that feels a bit deceptive.

Lady at the checkout was obviously sick, coughing and wiping her nose with her hands, and she wasnt wearing a mask. If I get Covid, I will know where I got it.

I don’t even know where to start with this dollar store. The workers in the store should I are rude.. The heavy set lady with short hair is very rude and racist! I’m not sure if she is a manager. I really don’t care. I feel she needs to find a new skill because customer service is not it!!! They have this sign up at the one and only register ever open. That says, “NO CASH BACK”!!! Ok since every time you shop you can’t get cash back why have the option? They choose who they give cash back to. So I made my boyfriend choose cash back anyway. The worker (Short hair) got mad and say, “the sign says no cash back”. Forget that sign! Is that your company policy?? So the manger today with the messy red hair (should practice better grooming) got mad because I took a picture of the sign. Talking bout don’t make any sense. So I said, Do better!!! You right you don’t make sense!! I feel this store should be investigated!! A report will go to Corporate for this store They discriminate against minority’s. While closing the doors to the store 10 to 15 mins early only allowing certain customers to come in to shop. Also by allowing only certain customers to get cash back which is against company policy!!!!

Got everything that I needed

I was in the family dollar on LPGA and Derbyshire in Daytona and was insulted and discriminated against for being in a wheelchair by an employee named Jeff who claimed to be the manager.

Hope that you are NOT helped by Red as she is rude and has 0 customer service skills. She actually followed me out of the store. Ive never been so disrespected trying to get my paraplegic daughter a bathroom to Cath in.

Today I went to this store for the first time and the 2 cashiers are arrogant, I will not visit this place again!

I stopped to purchase a few items and figured as a paying customer, I would use the restroom first! Well the female staff with the short blonde hair was very rude and quick to tell me the rest room was not for the public, employees only. I could clearly see the restrooms are not in the stores stock area, so why are they not open to the public. I walked out!!! I refuse to spend my hard earned money with an establishment where the staff is rude!Zero stars if I could. Im going back to a family dollar in St. Augustine, where the staff is much more friendly!

Place was dirty and disgusting on the inside. Just know looks can deceive you. The customer service was terrible, this one worker was very disrespectful and very miserable. Also lied about the once public restroom being down and saying the whole block restroom was down and then had nerve to put SORRY NO PUBLIC RESTROOM EMPLOYEES ONLY. and its how the worker came about the situation she was just very rude overall.

I bought 1parmesan grated cheese the other day when I got home I unscrewed the top to find the seal was broken it smelled horrible so I brought it back next day and the manager said they dont take food items back I said read the lable it says return to store for replacement or refund she refused and gave me hard time followed me out door continueing to give me hard time I will never go their again probly not any of your stores again and I will spread the word

If I could give 0 stars I would. My complaint is about the same rude nasty manager that other people on here have complained about. The lady that I assume is the manager is RUDE and NASTY. I’ve been coming to family dollar for years and will never step foot back in one. My boyfriend and I had just left the laundromat and was on the way home when he stopped for bandaids. As he was leaving she asked about the dryer sheets in his pocket, he calmly explained that he had just left the laundromat and she was welcome to check them out and see that it was open and only had 2 sheets left. (Who’s gonna steal 2 dryer sheets and leave it hanging out of his pocket!) She said “you need to tell us when you have stuff like that” then he said (calmly) you don’t need to accuse people before you know. She YELLED at him to leave the store and said “don’t come back.” So we are banned from Family dollar because we were accused of stealing and she was WRONG?! Poor management, store is a mess, and calling everyone “babe” is unprofessional and weird.

There was 3 people in this store one was a cashier two was stocking shelves.☆the heavy set girl with the pink hair YOU are the rudest person I have ever met you have poor customer service skills, poor customer appreciation you do not belong working in a store you belong flipping a freaking hamberger where you cant-dont have to be bothered to help someone find a item .. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK INTO THAT STORE...

This is the worse store in Volusia County the ladies that work there have the worse additudes and today I made up my mind I will never step inside that store again.

Great place for quick trips. Small grocery items HBA and cleaners as well as assorted household items.

This is the most handicapped accessible store Ive ever been in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Not to mention easy access from the road without going into the road.

The store Dell PGA in Derbyshire has the friendliest workers they greet you in your walk in they treat you like family and talk to you and they still do their job love that store

Your general manager is absolutely disgustingly mean. My son just passed away at 9 months. I was in this store looking for items to decorate his funeral on sunday. After asking her about the teeter flowers as im crying she rudely tells me i dont have any more than whats out im not going to look for you (i wanted a cross) at that point i turned around and bumped into a shelve and a 2 dollar item fell an broke. She began screaming and yelling that i get out of the store and that she was going to have me arrested; Mind you she knew why i was looking for the items i was looking for. She needs someone to tell her that you never know what people are going thru and being rude to customers is inappropriate. Her name is wanda. You have now lost a customer that frequented this establishment and spend about 200 to 300 hundred dollars a week there. We no longee will be using family dollar. I will also be posting this on yelp and Facebook.

It seems like thier bathroom is always dirty and has urine all over the floor or they say the bathroom is out of order and when you go through the back there is so much merchandise stacked up that you really have to be careful that it does,not fall over on you!!!

I went to 2 different stores and the prices were different. The same number code but different prices how can that be?

Just called up to the store to see if they had an item...the lady was so rude and nasty on the phone...what has happened to customer service...this is why I hate to even shop...if you can not find an item its really just better to shop some where else also....all businesses in volusia county are required to have public bathrooms...they refuse customers the right to use them there saying they are for employees only...just sad

Today I was in the family dollar of LPGA and Dervishire at Daytona beach. I am tired of this place it is always the same the coupons do not work and the prices are never correct and the cashier always blames the computer, if you go to void an article it does not work either And if you want to return something, you have to go several times because only the manager can do it and it is a horrible treatment for the horrible client. I have been visiting this place for 2 years but I am tired today was the last straw. If they do not improve their treatment they would have to close it
