If anyone is looking for someone to just babysit their children and know nothing about them then this is NOT the place to put them. I have had my daughter in this school since she was 3 MONTHS old which is a very young, fragile age. I cannot be any more thankful for Myra and Kelly for the first couple of weeks since I would call a few times a day to check in. The first day I must have called 100 times but then and even after..never once was I given attitude or treated as if I was a bother. All of the staff there truly understood how it was scary for me and of course after a few times of picking my daughter up I felt assured that she was being taken well care of and being given lots of attention. Now my daughter is 3 and absolutely still loves that place, it is like walking into a families home every morning and afternoon. EVERY staff member there is amazingly kind, her teacher always has a funny story for me about my daughter when I pick her up. I always watch her play for a little just because it is cute to watch them when they do not know and I have yet to see her crying (except as an infant but regardless she was in someones arms being held). She sees me and is smiling and happy, no one in her class looks like they are not having fun. Over the years I have gotten to know Myra, Kelly, Cyndi and a few other of the staff there and I would not put my daughter anywhere else because the way she is treated there is what a parent would want for their child. I love the attention that Mayra gives to my daughter but I see her doing it for every child there. She and the rest of the staff truly, truly care to see your child happy, having fun and learning. I cannot thank them enough for the $4 million dollars they have saved me when I asked if they could help me potty train my daughter since they had her trained within 2 weeks, amazing. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and my daughter definitely loves it there!! I am so happy they are the ones taking care of her while I have to work. I am very, very grateful and continue to be every day due to Myra, Kelly and everyone else there for going the extra mile EVERYDAY to make sure my little world (daughter) is okay. You cannot find better..and I know that I am far from being the only parent that feels this way because I see people who bring in treats for the staff when there is no holiday or celebration..it is just a way of saying thanks. This place is honestly a great, safe and fun place for any child!!!!!!! I will be sad when my daughter has to leave for Kindergarten!!

Mrs. Tammy is by far the best teacher they have there. Such a caring, creative and warm individual. My child loves her and so do we. Teachers there in general are good, Mrs. Gazala did great with my daughter so advanced now thanks to her. The director Myra is fair and sweet. School has greatly improved over the years, however recently has brought in some administration we are not fond of and has been a cause for concern.

My children both attended this school for 2 years. Never did I ever see or experience anything which would make me believe they were mistreated in any way. They would go in smiling and come home the same way! Thank you Miss Mayra! You have been a tremendous help to me and my family.

My grandson attends this Academy he enjoys his school every day Miss Myra Miss Patty Miss Brittany Miss Angela Miss Michaline and all the staff at the school Oh Miss Cindy and Miss KellyToo! I could go on and on the girls that run the school and that are teachingthese children are amazing ! not only their knowledge but their hearts are very good they care about these children as if they are their own! And they make us feel that they are part of our family !This school has such great things to offer your children ,so if you find in your heart to come and look at the school , you will see that this is where you would like your children to be ! Thank you again Davie Prep.Academy for all the love And all the teaching and care that you give my grandson and all the children who attend there! And that’s The Truth!!!

My wife and I just returned from summer vacation and were delighted to see the regular faces! My son loves it here!

I want to say that Myra is one of the most compassionate and loving person towards the children and I would recommend anyone to go to her facility its clean well taken care of and she is very professional and what she does and my son and my daughter both went to that school and they have learned so much and they are awesome at what they do I give them all the appreciation because my kids are super smart and they know everything because of them so I just want to say thank you to Davie Prep Academy and all their stuff for being so awesome and always looking out for my children and for their best interest any parents would want to put their kids in the school I highly recommended thank you guys you guys are truly awesome love Crystal Amador

I was very nervous having to find a first time daycare for my son when he was six months all but I love this school! Its very large with 2 different buildings. Ms. Iris in the infant room and Ms. Michelline 1 year olds are the best. They have cared for my son since he was 6 months old. Myra the director and Ms Kelley the office lady in the evenings are really great. Super nice and knowledgeable. They know all of the children and nothing gets past them. Highly recommended for first time day care finders.

Allow me to list the incidents that have occurred in less than one year of enrollment:- my 6 year old girl was left by the bus driver 3 times at her school and not a single employee thought to check on her for almost 3 hours. She was only noticed to be missing when I arrived to pick her up or the school called me to ask why she was still there.- my 6 year old girls backpack was stolen by another student, thrown in the trash, and recovered. The daycare hid this from me for over a week until i found out from my child, at which point they informed me that they knew of the incident and the other students parent would be replacing the backpack. A replacement was never given...- my 4 year old boy is constantly being struck by other children in the daycare. There is no preventative monitoring of the children - they only care after the fact and will address it with the other parent.- On the latest occasion of my daughter being forgotten at school, I demanded to speak with the director of the daycare, and was told she was not present at the daycare as she left before the daycare was closed and was too far away to return to deal with a missing child.So if you are Ok with your children being abandoned and neglected (which qualifies as child abuse as per FSS § 39.01(1) ), Davie Prep Academy is the place for you!

Beware! Your kids are not safe here! This facility needs to be shut down ASAP. They dont have adequate air conditioning and the staff is incompetent. I witnessed students being assaulted by other students on a daily basis and nothing being done about it.alot of the staff yell at the kids and your kids will be hungry because they dont eat the slop being served here how they are still allowed to care for children is beyond me you have been warned.

Ms Tammy is a amazing teacher she got my two year old potty trained and Ms Gonzales you are amazing she has my vpk 5 year old reading and writing love these two teachers very much

Davie prep is the worst daycare ever they pickup the kids from school when they feel like it and then yell at the kids and make them feel down and one of the teachers named ms.angela aways grabbing the kids and threatening them & she want to hit them and ms.mayra should be fired for letting all this stuff happen
