Florida palms academy helped my daughter a lot with lots of help and support from the staff and her therapist Ms.Stephonia L.I would definitely recommend FPAMs. Stephonia is an exceptional therapist!

This place is a complete JOKE They do not deserve one star. They do not make progress with your child. They do not complete family therapy sessions as required. they are more concerned with children having outing and fun instead of actually helping the child to become a better person. They discharge the children and lie and say it is because insurance dont want to pay. They never have the child ready for pick or for visits. Therapist talks and deals with child when it is convenient for them. Do not send your child to Florida Palms your child will be worse off than before they went. They do not disclose everything that happens to your child in the discharge summary. They cover for one another. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET SENDING YOUR CHILD HEAR FOR TREATMENT

They are never on time to have children ready for visits. They do not wash clothes regularly. Everytime I would pick up my child his clothes would smell sour like never washed. My son would not speak openly on the phone because people would watch them. Some but not all members that work there are not properly trained for these types of children. They never answer the phone. And will not call you back when you leave messages. Will be calling the state.
