The print team is amazing! Gabriel, Deborah, and the other young man I didnt get his name. I submitted multiple. large print orders and really needed them for the next morning by 9am, they said they could not guarantee which i completely understand due to it being so late in the day, but they really went above and beyond and all my orders were ready for pick up the next morning when the store opened. I was so surprised and grateful. Truly a great team! and the communication they kept with me making sure my order was correct is so appreciated! give them all raises, they seriously deserve it.

A business is kept from happy customers. At this is time your clients ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE, they have only one person in the photocopying and scanning area. You have to wait up to 40 minutes to be attended, very bad service and a lack of respect and consideration with your customers.

The little amount of staff they have now are trying the humantly possible to take care of clients... live now a line of 10 people at the print center.... I have to drive here as I was placed on hold for 3 hours in more than 8 phone calls attemps yeaterday May 7 2021 to see if my order was even ready..... I have to connect to other departments by phone ans they told me not enought staff at printing and they could not help me or check on my order....😪😪 I understanda these are difficult times but also know there is a lot of people looking for jobs. Your company should offer a bjg sign in bonus to assure the staff necessary to serve your costumers.... also with all the tecnology of head phone system available... I dont understand why current staff ia not able to multitask and help with phone... or please hire remote phone person at least to help with it...working from home... again there is a lot of people out there that needs a job...Again great staff but not for the demand..... URGENT CHANGES ARE NEEDED BEFORE A STAFF MEMBER GETS INJURED BY A FRUSTATED ANGERED CUSTOMER. the other night I witnessed a female customer verbally insulting the copy male representative ans the manager (who had a caine) and this woman insulted them because was waiting for 3 hours just to get something printed. I told the staff that night you guys are great and are doing what you can. Headquarers have to send you help ASAP....Thank you.. please help your staff to LOVE THEIR JOB BY SENDING THEM HELP... otherwise themselfs will walk out frustated.Thank you

I purchased a wireless mouse and was looking at their great collection of desk chairs when Matt Keiffer introduced himself and then proceeded to amaze me with both his product knowledge and his communication skills. Ive hired hundreds of people over the past 25 years and have had a successful sales & management career myself, so...I know a pro when I meet one.Matt is an asset to your organization and you may want to consider promoting him to RM or corporate sale trainer. The store is clean and well laid out. I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. In my estimation, I felt the pricing to be higher than I could find in other areas. I was in search of a leather cover for composition paper that was unique. I wasnt lucky.

Been waiting 35 minutes and have been skipped twice at the copy center trying to pick up an order that is almost ready. There is no line and its a free for all. Will recommend to my boss that we no longer use this location as I have had similar experiences in the past.

Ok, i just bought a new laptop about 2 weeks ago and i love it. but the only reason why i am giving this store a 3 star rating is because of the computer tech he wasnt that friendly. he basically told me that i couldnt set-up my computer by myself and that he needed to charge me $165.00 for it and it wouldnt be done until the next day. well i call BULL**** because i told him i would take it home and figure it out. complete scam.. i turned my computer on and logged right in on my windows account and boom everything was there. so dont fall for that scam

Awful customer service. We were looking to purchase ink for out Kodak printer. We know that its difficult to find. We found it at this store with a label stating buy 2 get one free. So we grabbed the last 2 on the shelf and went to the register to pay and find the third free. The cashier told us the deal was only for office Depot brands and didnt apply to Kodak. She made it sound like we were lying. My husand went back to the shelf and took a picture of the sign that clearly stated office Depot for Kodak. She stated that they do no sell office Depot for Kodak (huh?l) why have a sale for something you dont sell? We asked that the offer be honored for what they did have and they refused. This is probably why this company is not doing well. Lost my business.

This is the worst customer services ever. The manager Luisa has no people skills, zero customer services skill and is dumb. I went there to get a binder done I stood there for the longest they didnt even aknowledge me, it was obvious how that it was work avoidance, the guy attended to other customers that came after me just because he didnt want to bother with bidding. I tried to talk to the manager after waiting for an hour. She asked me to wait longer and force the guy to do it even though he said he doesnt know how to do it. They damage my documents, misplaced some of my papers and had me waited for the longest and still didnt do anything for me Luisa the manager did not provide any remedy to the situation, did not even tried to address my concerns she rather argued with me and asked me to come back tomorrow I walked into the store at 8:30 pm and left at 10:30 with my money in my purse and never got the service I came for, they wasted my time.If theyd told me that they could not do it upfront I would consider other options. Next time Ill go somewhere else.She is not fit to be the manager she should quite and give the opportunity to whomever has the right skills and ability to perform the job, other witnesses stated that she will cause people to stay away from this store and cause the store to close or go bankrupt.BAD SERVICE. I hate this OfficeMax, the customer service sucks. I was promised to have some work printed and laminated. The guy listened to me, told me it would be done around 6 PM (The time I was there.) I mean out of the rest of the night and most of the morning he still cant finish it? Are you serious? I asked if it could be done by AT LEAST 11A or 12P Maurice should be fired, I dont know how he is able to hold a job with that terrible customer service of his. If he could at least told me Hey we cant do it in that time frame I would have understood and left it at that!There is an older gentleman who works there who is a little rude sometimes, but he will get your stuff done if you need it and actually keeps his word when he tells you what time he can finish it.I go here because its close to the office, the Office Depot I usually go to are able to assist me quick and get what I want in 30 mins or so. Not only that, but they are little more polite and customer service is a little better. I may come back to buy office supplies if I need too, but its a last resort.

Dropped off something to get printed and binded at 10AM, come back almost two hours later still not properly printed and binded. They have me waiting around for almost an hour to tell me how it’s really busy. Completely understandable to be busy but I dropped my stuff off at 10 in the morning, I should’ve been taken care of first. Got out of the store at 1 with my stuff. Extremely slow and incompetent! Safe to say I won’t be going back to this location, I’ve gotten things printed and binded at other locations but this has to be by far the worst.

They printing department guys takes forever to do a single copy, and when they do with a bad attitude, customer service is really bad, when you ask if they call help you they just say do it yourself and point the self service printing machines which by the way they have glitches and dont work properly.

Come here to print a few A4 size full-color patterns, and print at home very fast. I do n’t know why it is so long here. It ’s just a JPG file. When I came, I could n’t use all three list machines. It took a long time .. , A store that takes output / photocopying as a bulk, so many photocopiers are broken, but the slow speed is blamed on the first guest. Although the staff is friendly, it is still a bit uncomfortable
