A big regret to be part of this online college. Handouts with grotesque mistakes in Portuguese, poor quality video lessons and professionals that look like robots talking, delayed delivery of handouts, lack of communication, delayed calls or emails, a real circus. But there is one thing they do well, charge our monthly fee. An endless nonsense. A shame!

Unigran Florida has had a drastic change of management in the past year. There were changes in relation to the people who worked in the relationship management with the students, before there were professional people who acted in an advisory way with the students, now there are inefficient people who, in addition to having a bad customer care, act doubtfully with confusing information culminating in losses for students. Another change that happened was in relation to the campus location. The structure is now very bad, in a wilderness place, that nothing resembles a university campus.
