Fantastic studio! Very beginner friendly, and Brooke is the most advanced instructor in the area. Small class sizes are a plus - you get more personalized instruction and more time with a spotter if you need one.

I have been desperately searching for a teacher that is even comparable to Brooke at Polistic Fitness.The classes at Polistic Fitness are fun, varying in degrees of difficulty, and they get you fit... quick!And then theres the teacher, Brooke. Brooke is such an attentive teacher. She provides a space that made me feel comfortable, confident and supported. Like I said, I have been looking for a comparable teacher ever since I moved out of Lansing. It hasnt been easy...Could not recommend Polistic Fitness ENOUGH for anyone whos interested in an alternative, but totally fun way to get fit.

Brooke runs a business that provides love and encouragement and is a safe place to be! No judgements ever. Only complaint is there isnt a location closer to Jackson, Mi and there arent classes 24/7!!!
