I love Kiddie park! I was working crazy hours and needed childcare who was flexible and they are amazing at working with our crazy schedule. My son has attended since he was 18 months and is now in school but attends during the summer. My daughter has been going since she was 6 weeks old and we have had no issues. We breastfed for 17 months and they worked with us to ensure Raegan had milk every week and they have worked with us on her dairy allergy. They have gone above and beyond!

My daughter has been going to Kiddie Park for a little over a year now, I can start off by saying the good outweighs the bad. My daughter would had very bad social issues wouldnt go to anyone, talk, or even play with anyone. She is so talkative now and she gets along with people a lot more now. She comes home singing songs they sing to her at daycare, and her alphabet. My only issues at first were communication when it came to my child some times I would have questions that they couldnt answer which did not sit well with me of course, but it was the staff at the time and ever since those staff members have been replaced I have no complaints at all!! Previous comments on the reviews where they complain about Mrs.Kay is totally their fault I truly believe! She just wants what is best for them. After one no baby should be on a pacifier or a bottle she helps the kids transition like theyre supposed to and would like for the parents to HELP of course ! My significant other was raised in that daycare as well and he is 28 now! If it was such a bad daycare it would be impossible to opened for this long

Ms Kay is an amazing woman! She is the director of kiddie Park and this woman is a blessing to our family. Along with the other women that work there! Im leaving this review because this daycare by far has been the best place my children have ever been to! They deserve much appreciation for the hard work and dedication they all put in every day for our children! Lets not also forget the times we are in right now during the covid19 pandemic! They have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our children and obviously im beyond grateful to them! I reccomend this facility before considering any other place to take your children! Thank you Kiddie park for all you do!

Amazing experience! I’ve been taking my son there since he was two. He’s almost 6 now and about to go to the “big kids school”. I honestly wish I could keep him in there until he’s 18 😊 all the teachers are great, and miss Kay(the owner) is a very special lady. The schedule is also fantastic. They worked with my crazy 12-14 hours shift, weekend included, great home cooked food every day...I really have no complaints. Other than them not keeping the kids until they’re college ready 😊

Would not recommend. You pay whether your child goes or not and you dont ever get ALL the information you need. Definitely not a place for anyone thats in the medical field that doesnt have a set schedule. And hangs up on people when she knows shes wrong and doesnt want to hear it. I have plenty of information about this place of anyone needs it. And the bag unsafe walkways and buildings, not suitable for the disabled.

I just want to write a review about Kiddie Park Daycare! I met the owner Ms. K around 2 1/2 years ago when I moved to hot springs, I was starting over and knew no one it was just me and my little boy Jason who was 5 at the time, times for me then were a struggle, thank god I met her and am so thankful to have her and this amazing daycare in my life , not only was she welcoming to me and my boy but has literally been there for us this whole time , I am a single mom with no family here , that daycare and the owner ms.k is a part of our family and life. I have literally grown attached to this wonderful woman and place , it is so beautiful there and always clean , she even let me have Jason’s 7th bday there it was such a good party too! I feel sorry for kids that don’t get to go to this daycare , I will not take my child anywhere else, this place is the so cool and the kids are always having a blast! 10 Stars plus! 🥰🤩😎

Awesome environment for kids and adults alike, all the staff are friendly and eager to help our kids grow and learn. The facility is really large and play areas are huge, safe and clean. Ms Kay really cares about every child and really does this to help every child/family she can. I would give this place 6 stars if I could, they are truly a blessing.

This place has been in business for 38 years. The director has a true passion about providing a safe and enriching environment for all of the children in the center. Ms. Kay opens her doors 7 days a week and all holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas because she understands that many parents have to work holidays. The playground is designed for the children, with a variety of options for play, and the landscaping is beautiful with plenty of opportunities for them to explore nature. Ms. Kay is not an office director. She is involved in every aspect of the center. She cooks healthy, homestyle food for the children every day. Children are not simply numbers, they are part of the Kiddie Park family. Kiddie Park is set apart from other facilities because they cater to the needs of the children, and that is all that matters to the director.

We called to get some info regarding tax’s and the lady was so rude to us and refused to give us any info we needed this place is unprofessional

My daughter attended Kiddie Park Child Care Center for not even 4 days befrore I took her out of this place. The teachers and director are very rude and disrespectful. On the first day, I was talked down to because my daughter uses a sippy cup. On the second day, when my daughter was picked up she was very upset and when she was asked what was wrong, she said the teached grabbed her arm and it hurt. The third day, when I went to take her to school she was very upset and did not want to go to school. She was begging me to take her home, so I carried her up the stairs to the outside area. When we approached the director she told my daughter, Maybe if your mommy would let you walk youd be a normal three year old. My daughter is very advanced and they were trying to make it seem like I was holding her back by carrying her when she was upset and did not want to go. The next day I called to speak with the director about my concerns to see if there was any way the issues could be resolved. I was cut-off multiple times and talked over while trying to discuss my daughter. I was also told that the daycare has been open for a long time and that they know what is best for my child and that I wasnt helping her transition, and that I am slowing her down by letting her carry a sippy cup around the house. The director would hardly even listen to what I had to say. After getting off the phone with the director, I called my grandmother-in-law and asked if she would go pick my daughter up until I found other arrangements for childcare. When she made it to pick her up, the daycare didnt ask who she was, ask for her ID, or anything. They just let my daughter go with her and my grandmother-in-law hadnt picked her up before, so they had no idea who she was. The daycare is very messy and run down; the staff are rude, catty, and unprofessional. They question your parenting skills, dont care who picks your child(ren) up, dont care to hear your concerns, and think its okay to grab a child by their arm in a haste to get them out the door. Dont take your kid(s) here. It took me 3 days and 2 hours to realize I didnt feel comfortable leaving my child in their care.

My daughter has been here for a year now, and I just cant see us leaving. She loves Ms. Kay and her teacher, Mrs. Rhonda. She wants to see them when shes at home on her days out of daycare, and shes always pretty excited to go back to daycare! If my child is excited, that just makes my life easier. To top it off, the grounds are their own mini-park. The place is beautiful. And depending on the needs of the children each day, they have different buildings (like if it rains, instead of going outside to play, they take the kids to the gym to run around inside).As a mother, I think you should know that we had been to a couple different childcare facilities before finding Kiddie Park. We had to leave each one for various reasons like not open on time (all the time), not being called for a 102 temp my child had all day, etc, but we havent had an issue with Kiddie Park. I really havent had an issue with getting my child the care she deserves and needs at Kiddie Park, and I am treated equally well by the staff at Kiddie Park. Overall, this daycare and preschool has finally given me what I wanted for my daughter while I am away at work.Thank you Kiddie Park, Ms. Kay, and Mrs. Rhonda!

The director is very rude. The place is nasty and its just an awful environment. We got a application for our son. But after being there for 10 minutes without no one noticing a stranger was in the building and the interaction i had with the director i changed my mind. Ive heard horror stories and i hope someone day soon someone will do something about them!!

What a lovely day-care! Ms. Kay has created an environment that is positive and enriching! This daycare has helped so many boys and girls grow up with nice manners and has been a consistent place that parents can rely on day in and day out.

These people should not be allowed to run a daycare. Too many horror stories of this place and their directors telling parents what they should and should not do regarding their children!

My boys have been with Kiddie Park for two years and they absolutely love it! My husband and I love it as well! We have never had issues with this facility and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for childcare! The facility is always clean. The staff is wonderful and reliable. Communication regarding my children have always been excellent. The hours of the daycare has always worked great with my schedule. The playground itself is like a park and each age group has their own playground. My 4 year old has learned so much and I know Kiddie Park is preparing him to succeed in school! He is always so excited about the activities they do, the class parties they have, and is always so excited and proud to tell me what he has learned. They have been so great on keeping my school aged son on days he is out of school and he is always excited to go!! I feel absolutely confident my children are safe there and their information is safe. My 4 year old loves going there and he tells me on the weekends he is excited to go back. They have nutritious meals and snacks, I know my 4 year old is very well fed when he is there! Both of my boys love Kiddie Park and their staff.We are absolutely thankful for Ms. Kay, Ms. Rhonda, and the rest of the staff at Kiddie Park. I could not have asked for better childcare!!

I had nothing but good experiences here for all the 2 and a half years my children have been going here. The negative reviews I saw were ridiculous and just not correct. I read a negative review the place was run down and that is ridiculous. It is ran out of a large, large, large home that is older. Everything works it is just an older home. It feels cozy and welcoming just like a home would. There are so many inside and outside activities for your children. The playground equipment is honestly something I dreamed of as a kid. There are I believe five playgrounds with swings, climbing toys, and much more. There are flowers and plants everywhere and is just beautiful as you walk the property. My kids are not numbers here they mean something to the staff and the director. Parking is on the road but on a one way st. that nobody goes down unless you are picking up your child. It’s actually better to me because you are so close to the building and don’t have to walk far to go inside or back to your car. This place is very affordable and I trust the entire staff with all of my children. I refuse to go to another daycare because this one has just been so good to me.

I have been enrolling both of my kids here for almost six years now. They have been attending since infancy. This facility is top notch. The children are happy, healthy and safe. If you are looking for quality and affordability, please check this place out. They care about the kids over anything else. The owner has been doing this for 35+ years, she is well known in this community and well respected. She maintains discipline and provides a structured learning environment. Each age group has its own area such as classroom, restrooms, and outdoor playground. The childrwn have opportunities to move up in classes based on milestones, not necessarily age. They follow all protocol, rules and regulations and makes sure that the parents do their part as well. This is not a drop your kid off and leave, there is clear communication about expectations of teachers and parents. They will notify you immediatly if your child is sick, injured, has headlice or health conditions. I just cant say enough about this school. My children look forward to going everyday. It has such a cozy home feel to it. The facility has been known to be open on holidays if enough children and staff are present and it does not close during the summer.

Very rude and judgmental. Will talk bad about parenting skills when it’s not her place. And the daycare is super disorganized and dirty. The buildings are run down and parking is terrible.

I observed a parent yelling at another parent this morning telling her to keep her kids at home because the owner told this parent was the cause of the headlice outbreak after the angry parent gave her a $100 bill and demanded to know how the problem started. I felt so bad for this woman bc she was in tears. This should have never happened.

A wonderful daycare it is..

I called and was quoted prices for the times I needed then as we talked more and I revealed that I was self pay and it was cash the price went up to extended care .when I reminded her of what was said at the beginning of the conversation I was hung up on .Not professional at all nor would I want anyone taking care of my kids who has no respect

This child care is a joke they get paid by other parents to find out information about other parents and children very disrespectful
