I was a little nervous being new and all but she informed me I’m not the only newcomer and made me feel comfortable enough to join orientation where I met the rest of the team. Ive been at this institution for just over 4 years. Never in my wildest thoughts I couldve seen my financial education be realized to its highest potential. I would not give a five star rating but rather a ten out of ten! The professionalism and skills are beyond any school Ive attended. No one could teach financial independence like they do.

Came here for the half class workshop, was really impressed with how courteous and welcoming the staff was. The instructor, I believe her name is Marybeth seemed to be really knowledgeable. It may seem skeptical at first but honestly the vibes in there are full of positivity and they are there to help you not to tell you what to do. Im basing my review off of the workshop only thus far, I am not yet enrolled as a student.

I have taken 3 or 4 Options classes before. Steve is the only instructor that has been able to make me understand how Options work. His communications skills are superb - his ability to compare an issue that is difficult to understand with something that is simple, is unique.In my opinion, Options are weird, and I still think it is difficult to grasp. But this time, I feel confident that I, with practice, can overcome my negative thoughts and learn to take advantage of this great tool. Thank you, Steve.

Our core strategy instructor was excellent and I was very happy with the class. What I really enjoyed about their style is that it was very practical. I appreciated the fact that they divided the first half of the course into a lecture format and reserved the majority of the second half for practice labs. By letting us work at our own pace in simulated accounts in the live market, I gained a massive amount of practical experience in a very short period of time. Our instructor was very generous with his time answering any question we had both during the lecture and as we practiced in real time during the labs. He was very effective at dividing his time equally between all of the students and gave honest answers to any questions or concerns we had. I feel very confident and prepared as I start my trading career thanks to OTA.

I have been trading for quite a few years and thought I was doing pretty well. UNTIL I took the Online Trading Academy Houston classes. Boy did I get my eyes opened. They get you right into the heartbeat of the market. It is cutting edge knowledge. The support the team shows each of us students is amazing and unending. It is continuous, hands-on and with life-time re-takes. When you walk out of that last class, you know fully well they will still be there for you in the future. MaryBeth and Kevin are over the top willing to help you understand anything and everything. If you don’t get it, they go over and over it until ‘they’ are sure you do. Not just when you think you do. This is by far the best investment I have made with my money. The expense was worth every penny. I even went back and checked quite a few of my trades from the past and if I would have used their method, I would of either made A LOT more money or not lost on the trade. It is mind blowing how much knowledge they share. And right on the money. I check and double check their method and it is just crazy how accurate they are.

Excellent teaching approach: hands-on learning, valuable information, layering of building blocks for the new material, guided simulations to apply what was learned,, and then individual practice to build proficiency. The instructor was easy to relate to and made learning fun.

I have taken four classes with Online Trading Academy (OTA); Core, Forex, Options, and Futures. I did not realize how little I knew about the investments in my 401K. Subsequent to taking these classes I knew little about my portfolio and what ways I could maximize my portfolio. Since taking these classes, I increased my knowledge on how to take advantage of downturn in the markets as well as the upswings. Now when my portfolio manager asks me what asset I would like to buy or sell in my portfolio we have a more intellectual discussion. Hats off to OTA. I wish I had known about these classes sooner.

The Online Trading Academy in Houston is a unique resource for anyone interested in investing. The curriculum include courses that address every aspect of trading. The instructors have experience from the trading floors, and consequently an intimate understanding of the subjects they are teaching. The facilities in Houston are excellent. The OTA personnel make everyone feel welcome, and are always willing to help if you need assistance or have questions. The educational tools are easy to read and understand. Simulated trading provide a good feel of what it is all about. You can receive assistance and recommendations in everything from setting up computer systems to filing your taxes. The training I have received at OTA Houston, is beyond Exceptional. What I have learned in just 4 months would have taken me years to learn on my own. The Instructors share their years of experience, the student advisers are always ready to help and answer your questions. You are assigned a Counselor, that helps guide you through the process. Online Trading Academy is the exception to the rule if something sounds to good to be true, then it probably isnt true. Everything about OTA is absolutely true. Over the last 23 years, I have earned 3 degrees and had broad exposure to financial markets. The financial education world is extremely difficult to navigate with disinformation, incomplete information, and complete waste of peoples time. Not OTA! You will not find a better dollar-for-dollar financial education in the world. The instructors are VERY successful traders and investors that, quite frankly, do not need our money. The combination of passion, compassion and behind the scenes knowledge simply cannot be found elsewhere. If you want to learn how financial markets truly work and take control of your future away from those who do not care, then I highly suggest becoming a part of this great school.

I just graduated from Forex class. My professor was Tim P, he is a great professor, very patient, have years of experience & very knowledgeable in trading business. I am very fortunate to be in his class. OTA staff are very friendly & supportive.

Precision Trading Strategy! Currently sitting the Core Strategy class. I understand that everyone has a strategy/approach to trading securities. OTA CLEARLY defines an approach that might take some time to learn, BUT greatly eliminates risk.I was skeptical about another program that only wanted my money, while dangling that carrot in front of my face. They told me they care about my success, and to be honest, this Houston team has definitely been working with me in regards to payments, scheduling, and now making SURE I understand the information they are teaching.I will end on this note. If you are looking for that magical answer that allows 100% winning trades, perhaps stick too something other than trading. If you want to learn to trade, but be cheap about your costs, then the internet has plenty of jokers that will take your last few bucks. However, if you want to be as professional as it gets this side of Investment Banks, then OTA IS the place for You!
