Everytime I pick up my infant she seen like she been crying. Because she would sniff a lot and tear drip down. No parent want to see that, let start by. I pick her up one afternoon and it was a lot of hair on her back dress. Director told me it her nail that shredder her hair. How can a nail shredder hair, it not like it a knife. I raise her for 8 month and never have it see that before, I mean it was a lot of hair. She also go to school during the day and I would ask her teacher what happen at day care and to keep their eyes on her. They spoken to me they never see my infant or hair falls off. Another afternoon that disappoint me is, while I was on my way to pick her up, director call me and told me she herself. Saying on the incident report that she was on the floor, pull up by holding onto baby swing. She slide down and it bump her right cheek. Like you all know infant moves around more now when they start to stand and crawl, etc. reason is you all not watching her enough for so much reason to happen. Last don’t they take temperature before child can attend there. They close down pre k room all because someone test positive for covid. And that my child can’t come back until negative. Like other parent going through so much that they have to work. But cause of other parent can’t do thing right taking child places to places knowing these virus is not over and parents have to miss work or pay consequences for other parent situation. My 2 children’s goes to school in the morning and they are fine since first day of school, they love it there and not cry. Once I take them to day care only 3 hours, they never feel happy. So I can’t bring them back. Staff are very rude and director would be out a lot so how you know staff doing their job caring? No cameras

I appreciate the warm love and care from the hard working ladies at this daycare center! My two girls have been going here since the summer and they love it. Ms. E make you feel very secure by communicating anytime about your child while you’re at work during the day! My girls have met nice individuals here and that makes me happy to know that they are good when under their care! So keep doing what y’all are doing and God bless you all and your family!! 😃

My daughter has been going here since she was 6 weeks old, she is now 5 months old. I have never had any issues and I am always informed about her day every time she is picked up, whether she had a good or bad day. They are teaching her so much, but will not step on toes if you want things done a certain way.Every single person there is nice and welcoming. I love America’s Choice and I plan to keep her here for as long as possible. 😊

My daughter has been attending America’s choice on bellaire blvd for 2 years and I love it ,, I love the staff also ,, I absolutely love the director Ms Tammy and my 3 year old teacher , my daughter has learned so much from education to manners and even prayer and I’m so grateful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I can rate 10 stars

My kids have been enrolled here since December 2015. The two directors, Ms. Kendra and Mrs. E are great. Also Mrs. Tonya for the preschoolers. I have a 1 year old in the infant room. Ms.Betsy is wonderful with the babies. My son loves her and she loves him like her own grandchild. I am happy with the care my kids receive here.

My daughter loves America Choice! They are very nice. The facility is organized and clean. They take very good care of my daughter as if she is their own. I couldnt ask for a better daycare❤

Well I have been looking for a good daycare for my kids since we moved on the southwest side. I finally found America’s Choice and it is the best I ran across on this side of town. My kids love the teachers and they actually teach. I would recommend them to anyone

Great group of ladies here. My son has been attending since he was 3. Hes 6 now and loves it.Edit: NEW OWNERS AND EVERYTHING IS CHANGING. FIRST THEY INCREASED THE RATES. I WAS ADVISED BY ONE OF THE LADIES THAT LUNCH WOULD NO LONGER BE SERVED TO KIDS ON SATURDAYS SO I HAD TO PACK HIM A LUNCH.OKAY, SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT... INCREASED RATES AND LESS SERVICES????My son would truly miss these ladies and the previous owners but management is completely NUTZ now. This will be his last week. Im paying 100% out of pocket and it no longer benefits me for him to attend.

The afterschool coordinator Ms. Kendra is the best. She takes great care of the kids and does a lot of great activities with them. When she is there I have no worries!!!!

Americas Choice Childrens Center has a wonderful staff!! They all work very hard and take wonderful care of all the children! I give them 5 stars it is well deserved.

If I could give a negative, I would. First off, I hate to see fake acting people at the front desk when I walk into a business facility. I am talking about that Nigerian lady at the front desk. I called a day in advance to register my child to this daycare and I came for a tour. I was now told that the registration fee is $80 and tuition is $125. I mentioned that I have a nonverbal kid who may need is special needs, and my child was present withe there. Everything was agreed on and they asked me to come back the next day at 8am. I left my contact information for them to call me if anything changes. I came early morning and rang the bell. She didnt even answer the door until she saw another parent coming. She then literally blocked me at the door as to prevent me from walking in, even though I was there first. When I finally get in, she asked me to sit down and wait for her and I said I can stand up. She finally decided to throw to my face that they received 5 kids last week and they were full they cant take my kid because its a fire hazard. How awful is this? Why did you ask me to come with payment the next day? Why didnt you call to tell me I didnt have to come down there? This is really pathetic.

I like the staff here but the owner talks to you like you’re a child , if I can give them 0 star I would , they do not care if you’re a paying client or under NCI, and told me to pick my kids up because they wouldn’t be quite from crying , the things that gets me the most is that she talk to a client as if I was one of the kids that attend there. Well if they was going to be like that then they should air fresh the day care cus it smell like poop most time I come there . Looks very unsanitize. The owner do not know how to talk like an adult, and wouldn’t own up to the fact that her staff said I can bring my kids before 1, but said it was a misunderstanding. Not only that, she tried to said that I shouldnt let my son go across the building alone when in fact I walked my son to the other facility , she tried to tell me what I should or should not do as a parent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, if you don’t want to be talked to like a child then don’t go here , after reading this message they might changed up their rudness!!! What a dissappointment!!!

This is the second Saturday my kids attended and they were not fed lunch. Spoke with the teacher and the answer was there were too many kids to fed on the weekends so they dont provide lunch. I am so upset because why am I paying for all the services and they dont fed these kids. They will be removed Monday. I am very upset.
