Beautiful facility but thats about it... My daughter attended summer camp and after school care. We loved summer camp. She made tons of new friends and the field trips/activities were awesome. Once the school year started things went downhill, drastically! The turnover rate is ridiculous. My daughters bus route constantly changed without notification or warning. Her after school trip literally lasted 1.5 hours! Oh and snacks werent provided while these kids took the grad tour around north Houston everyday after school! Many days the van was hot so she would be sweaty and hungry... great job guys! Seriously dont be deceived by the fancy building. It is NOT worth the money!

When they first opened in our area they promised a lot of activities for the kids...come to find out after talking to the kids, they spend MOST of their time outside, and the cooking lesson..what a joke! THEN on top of it all they keep changing their policies. And You as a parent have No choice but to comply...they do not give you a choice. Also, They Automatically withdraw the dues from your account WITHOUT authorization..(I have no problem with the auto debit) BUT NOT without MY consent to do so! I did NOT sign any agreement for them to withdraw the dues automatically. ALSO for SUMMER Camp..What a Nightmare!!They just seem to be getting More and More about the money and less and less about the Kids!! Seems you cant find anyplace to take your children that are on the up and up! CHARGE your Card continually Even AFTER you told them you would no longer be bringing your child..Should of known better! Time to get on the search.. REMEMBER if it sounds Too good to be True..It probably is!! Good Luck!

My daughter looks forward to spending her breaks here. I feel you get the most bang for your buck here. I like the variety and the space the kids have to exert their energy. I like the indoor gym and dance studio so the kids can still exercise in bad weather. In the summer they go on weekly field trips and because of their culinary program, my daughter has now become a budding chef.

The Humble, TX location is the worst location in the world. They do not redirect behavior, they just send the child home, and the education specialist doesn’t have a freaking clue when it comes to raising a child or teaching. The humble school has no business being in business and the corporate office disappointing as well. Very upset with their lack of customer service and very disappointed that I even took my son there in the first place.

The rep was extremely nice on the phone but...no amount of professionalis or niceness changes the fact that this place is ridiculously expensive. I was told $180 for 2 days, $200 for 3 days and $250 a week for summer camp for my 9 year old. For those fees I need to open a summer camp and I will take your child on a field trip EVERYDAY! LOL, nevertheless, I opted for a different camp which was $140/week because 250 a week isnt paying no one but the bank for that big fancy bldg they built.

My daughters group went to the zoo 6/27/2018 .They were going to have them play @ Splash area before walking around the zoo. I took my daughter in in the morning and told the teacher she already has her swimsuit on and she has change of clothes in her backpack with the towel as well as water shoes. Right away the teacher told me that they were going to let them get wet in their clothes before they walk through the zoo. Because its hot outside and theyll get dried off. I told her no my daughter cant do that. With her asthma she cant do that. If she stays wet she will get sick and eventually develop cough and asthma. She said okay we will let her change. 6 rolls around. I go pick her up. And I noticed she still had her swimsuit under her clothes. So I asked her why didnt you change your clothes. She told me they didnt take her in to get her clothes change. Today my daughter is running fever of 101.7 with the sore throat. This is ridiculous you leave an adult with responsibilities and they cant even follow it. When I called in this morning to talk to director. Ive spoken with a young girl. Seems like she was trying to turn this situation on me. My bottom line to her was. If yall make exceptions to the food allergy kids why wouldnt this be any different. Especially on her registration application it says she has asthma. And I specifically told the teacher why she needed to change her clothes and what would be the outcome if she doesnt. Very disappointing specially when you invest so much money in this place.

I am happy my husband and I decided to put our son here. He has learned so much since then. We enjoy seeing his changes and talking to him about the things he has learned. We were doubtful because of some reviews, but I think, so far, they have delivered as expected. My only suggestion would be that the directors take care of the parents when giving feedback online such as reviews and make sure the teachers are happy so our kids are happier :)

I can only refer to the infant and toddler programs, the school has been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and listen to your input. I would like to publicly compliment Ms. Diana and Ms. Natalie for doing such a great job with my toddler. They both care for your child to a degree that in truly nurturing. My toddler thinks about his teachers at home and looks forward to seeing his teachers. In the same line, Id also like to compliment Ms. Erica, Ms. Tunya and Ms. Huma. They give my infant baby extra love, food and make him happy. Ms. Huma is out right now, but will hopefully be back soon. Ive seen my child blossom directly due to their love. The facility is wonderful, they used to give morning snacks and water to the parents which was great for those of us on the go. They have scaled back on that as of recently. When I first arrived, one year ago, there was a lot of turnover in administration but has been pretty steady since. If I had to change something, Id add online camera access to our child classrooms and a speedier sign in/out method rather than pen and paper. Otherwise, great people to do business with! Thanks CLA.

I love this school. My son has learned so much is Mrs. Madinas class. He went in being not all the way potty trained and now he is good to go! He loves all his friends there and all the teachers. And the comment below about them not doing anything is not true because I go in there in the middle of the day and they are spread out in their different class rooms. Every Friday they have a special day with some activity such as box car show or holiday parties. This is a high priced place and I fell as if Im getting my moneys worth. Overall this place is awesome!

This school have given me comfort in so many ways. Yes, its highly priced but you get what you pay for. My sons teacher Mrs Jackie, is amazing and so patient, shes there to comfort you and and answer all your questions. I worry when shes not there when dropping off my son. Mrs Jerrica as well, she has been there for my son and shes all that he talks about when he gets home along with all his friends he has in his class. My son tells me about his day everyday I pick him up. I cant see myself changing him to another school when its that time for him to start kindergarten school.
