Most of the barbers are patient and take there time cutting my head even though there students they are good

Very happy a human being answered the phone 2hours before they opened! He was very polite and informative. I called to get my hair done in a style for traveling, but to mo availe. I just wish they did African American natural hair. Maybe next time.

Dont go to this school to get licensed to be a Barber. The owner just takes your money and doesnt actually teach students anything..If u already know how to cut and u are just goin to get hours to take state test its ok. But if u dont know how to cut then you will not learn much..The instructor is lazy and will just tell you to read the book and doesnt actually teach the theory to get u ready for written state test.

My first day experience at Mesa Barber School was good. I was moved by the reviews from other client, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Timothy the barber who cut my hair did a great job, and I told him I will be coming often. The owner Mr. Chuck, and other staff members were friendly. I will recommend Mesa Barber school to anyone on the North East of Houston, and trust me you wont be disappointed. Great job guys.

I wish there was a 0 stars or thumbs down button. I took my son to this place twice to get his haircut. The first time i called I spoke to the African guy i told him I was bringing my son & he said ok hurry up were bout to close. So we got there at 5:30 the sign on the says they close at 6:00 but door was locked & the African guy open the door rudely yelling at my son saying get away from here .He thought my son by his self because I stayed n the car but I got out when I heard him yelling at my son Im closed get away so i had to plead with him that we just spoke on the phone so then he says ok Ill cut it .Fast forward to the second time which was just yesterday we got there @ 5:40 and the same thing happened except this time he wouldnt let my son n so I told the African guy they should change the time on the door because its misleading to say that closing time 6:00 And then the African guy went crazy cursing me and my son out like we werent even human. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Good affordable service I was running low on cash but my son needed a haircut. So I opted for Mesa Barbershop, you cant beat a $5.00 haircut. I would have rated 5 stars but the barber messed up my sons line up just a little but the overall hair cut was ok.

Although the location is an older shopping center the staff is friendly , professional for students who are in barber school .
