Beauty School continuously blames Coronavirus for lousy hours. All other schools are open decent hours. Barbers are never available. They want you to use app for appointments no other school requires appointments. App didnt even work! Ive been to 6 other schools none are ran as Inefficiently as this place.

DO NOT GO to SCHOOL here! The students are poorly trained. If you are thinking about this school ask the owner how many teachers there are per student. That should give you a warning sign right there. She is the only teacher for all students. It’s not clean, not organized, and they teach outdated hair styles. Yes, the scheduled days to go in seem like a perfect match to be able to work while in school, but it’s not worth your time and money. If you are wanting to go to this school get some kind of service done first, talk to the students and get the real truth of this school. NO ONE will recommend 360 Beauty. Please do not waste your money.

I went in last week to get a hairstyle done by Bailey (who was by the way a great student) BUT as she was doing my hair a huge rat ran across the floor.I went in again today because Bailey did such a good job but the teacher quoted me different from last week when I go the same style done both times.NOT to leave out how unprofessional the teacher was to argue with not one but two students as I was there.

I have been here a few times and every time I come the price I am quoted is never the same or even close to the price listed on the wall. I always have to question why is the price different from the price listed on the wall and then normally the price is corrected to what is listed on the wall. My last visit I was quoted two different prices that did not match the price on the wall. I decided to take my money elsewhere. There is an integrity issue here and I would rather spend my money in place where the price is always the same as what is listed on the wall. It’s not 1930, no one haggles for a hair service in 2020. Just a warning, be prepared for the price you are quoted to not to match up with the price on the wall.

FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TO 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬came two days in a row to this place to get my hair done u never want to come here the director is so money hungry . She doesn’t train her students at all she just walks around asking how much did the client pay just to up the price DONT COME HERE IM TELLING YOU ITS HORRIBLE .... I would definitely find another school that is actually trying to help there students get ready for real experience don’t support this business if u are looking for service and definitely not to be a student

This is NOT the place to go to school. The teacher doesn’t do anything but take the students money and is always trying to change their contracts.

I wish I could give them 10 out of 10 not sure why people put bad reviews I went to get my hair wash and the instructor was super amazing she took time to listen to me and made me feel so welcome her students are amazing as well she helped her student with the process made them feel so confidence she encouraged them to try. for a first timer I loved the service and will def go back again 😊 don’t read those mean reviews give this place a chance go see for your self. thank you guys for my big chop I love it 😍

I would definitely not waste my time at this school. Not to pursue a license or to have a service done. Although teachers and students are wonderful, the owner/director is anything less than pleasant. First of all, she is so unprofessional , I went in to ask for information and she had me in her office for over an hour and she was talking to me about the most random things. Second of all, she will find any means possible to rip people off and take their money. I dont know how many times she has changed her students contracts. When some of her students first started, she promised them new equipment in their kit. However, three months into the course students had not received any new materials instead she gave out her old stuff that had been sitting in her cabinets for god knows how many years. Her unprofessionalism goes far beyond changing contracts, anytime you try to reach her or talk to her, youre unable to because she is always on the phone taking personal calls. This is a 24/7 type of issue, she is on the phone ALL THE TIME. Also, she has a habit of playing favorites because she has family members studying in her school. So while other students are punished for arriving late, refusing to do a client although its not their turn, her relative is just there basking in the luxury of no punishments and not having to do any work. Not only that, but she is extremely cheap, when it comes to services she will attempt to use products that are 4 years old on clients and risk messing up their hair, rather than just going on and purchasing new product. I suggest you find another option if you were considering this school.

I walked in unsure of what to expect. I got there around 4pm not knowing they close at 530pm and i was getting hombre, roots dyed, and cut. The manager was so friendly and fit me in. Trey and Ana worked together on my hair. The manager was always right by us guiding them and positively coaching them as it was their first time with ombre and layer cut. We did not get done till 630 (an hour after closing). I love that they took their time with me and were so friendly!

Had lowlights and they were done in a professional manner and look great! Eye brows were waxed and did not hurt with minimal tweezing. My daughter had braiding on her hair and the stylist took such time and care to ensure the braids were tight. I will be returning.

Im currently a barber student here and I love this school. The instructors are awesome. Mrs. Robinson and Mrs. Williams are very knowledgeable and are always willing to assist. The owner, Mrs. Dupree, has been nothing but good to us all. Ive learned so much since Ive been here. We have an awesome group of people here.

This establishment is very unprofessional and filthy. The owner (Mrs Wilson/Dupree) is controlling and lacks integrity. I attend this school but I strongly advise any potential students contemplating enrolling at 360 Degrees to reconsider that decision. UNLESS, you enjoy going to school infested with rats and roaches; if so this is the perfect campus for you. This place is falling apart on the inside; the roof and walls have mold on the inside them. The break room has small bugs EVERYWHERE. Ive attended school here for almost 6 months and weve went through multiple instructors. Most of them left because either their pay checks bounced, they were tired of being disrespected or they hated they way she mistreats the students. She steals the students tips and then blames the clients. This school is operated like a prison camp. The only reason why Im doing this review is because I wish someone wouldve warned me.

Horrible experience. The owner put me with a student that could not give me the style i wanted. Then i remember walking in for the first time and the owner said “you can come in, im not going to shoot you!” That threw me for a loop. Like who says things like that? I would stay for away from this unprofessional, rude place. Shut this place DOWN!!! Franklin Beauty is so much better!!!

Well first of all .. I found it extremely weird you PAY before you get the services done. But ok lol. About 2 minutes of being in the back .. The TEACHER/ OWNER of this environment was arguing WITH A STUDENT like she didn’t have a customer sitting in a chair. Stephanie cut my hair and i loved it , she literally had to interrupt their argument to get the MANAGER to stop ( unprofessional]. I’ll never go back , but I’ll definitely go to a Shop wherever Stephanie goes. Good luck in your career 😎😎😎

This is my third time here and this time I encouraged my husband to come. We had an Awesome time of pampering and fun. My husband is bald and has a goatee and mustache he is very picky so he does it himself, he said he will surley come again and I wear my hair very short, I got my hair colored and cut, my husband and I love the style and color of my hair. I have been trying to get this color for a long time at home and professionally; thank you Kevin and Ms. Tiffany you guys are Fantastic at what you do, professional and friendly. The pedicures are Awesome the best Ive had. Amanda and Ms. Layway took such care performing my pedicure, removing my hard to handle cuticles and Amanda gives a Wonderful foot and leg massage...thank you Ladies for your professional style while being friendly at the same time. I am imppressed with the customer service and work done. Mrs. Wilson makes sure all her customers leave happy. They do a great job teaching their students also I learned alot just from being a client at this location. They have me looking great for the holidays!!! 😍😍😍😍

I wouldnt Reccomend this place to anyone. I booked an appointment to just have my hair thermal straighten for my baby shower. I walk in and there was another lady waiting to get her hair done as well. Usually at remington college or paul Mitchel school I pay 12$ to 17$ for the service I get. I was charged FIRST 29.75 for crap service. I paid , expecting that since the beauty instructor was there that who ever did my hair would be monitored closely. The lady who did it didnt speak a lick of English so I couldnt really communicate. The instructor told me , she didnt speak English but it didnt help. She did my hair N literally my ends looked like they were flat ironed at all. About 20 min from leaving the place , my hair was already frizzing up. The other lady and I talked prior about how much the place cost for a beauty school .. I would pay 30$ and up for trained and licensed hair professionals, not students that dont care and take their time and forget that they are servicing A REAL clients. My aunt owns a hair salon and I know it shouldnt take over 1.5 hrs to do my hair and it look the way it did. Of course there was no refunds ..only credits. Why would I want a credit if I never want to come back ? Def dont Reccomend and will be going to have to drive elsewhere ( even if its further) to get better services.

The owner isn’t professional at all she was arguing with a student while customers was there, serious bug problem, hard to ask her anything due to the fact she ignores you. I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone looking to attend cosmetology school or someone looking to get their hair done.
