I’m so sad and disappointed about my experience here today! After finding this Academy, I was so excited to learn that it was black-owned and wanted information on the program. I booked a school tour with Sasha online and received a confirmation email at the time of booking, and a reminder email last night. Today, a very nice young lady let me in and instructed me to go wash my hands, as I was heading to do so, I heard who I assume is Sasha, because she never greeted me nor introduced herself, saying she doesn’t have any appointments today. So I explained that I was there for a school tour. She wasn’t friendly, kept cutting me off, and said their doing virtual tours. I explained that I even got two confirmation emails! I actually booked to tour the school last week and had to cancel the day of. When I called to cancel, whoever I spoke with said it was okay and to rebook online. Even she never mentioned a virtual tour. I would’ve been fine with that, I even would’ve been okay with today’s misunderstanding of Sasha wasn’t so rude and dismissive. When you have someone wanting to support your business, I would think you’d be friendly and welcoming. I told Sasha I’d driven a while to get there and she didn’t even apologize. She tried to give me some program overview after telling me all of the info is online. I told them to have a nice day and I left. If it’s all online, why are you offering and confirming school tours??! My feelings are SO hurt! I love supporting my black businesses, hopefully this one gets the service standard together because today was horrible. I read the reviews and decided to try it out anyway, that’s what I get I guess.

I tried to call to book an appointment because I have had several appointments before the staff was very rude and I will never ever patronise this business again for such an amount of money you really ought to treat your clients better. Bonequeshia or whoever answered the phone was absolutely horrible. My husband is Adrian Peterson and never have I ever been so disrespected in my whole life!!!! SHAME ON YOU ALL!!! This is exactly why you cannot patronise a black owned. They act as if U OWE THEM SOMETHING!!!

Great, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all services offered. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. No waiting. Literally soon as I walked in for my appt I was greeted and ready to be serviced! My lashes are always beautiful and last very long!

Trykia is fabulous!! I love this studio and have been a client since April of 2019. I recently went to Natalie and she was great as well. You can’t go wrong with anyone in this studio. It’s a very clean and professional environment.

I attended and graduated from IHeartLash Academy and learned everything I know about Lash extensions. I loved it so much, it was the first time I was excited to actually attend school! Sasha and Jas are amazing instructors and my technique improved so much since attending their program. The environment is professional and SO motivating and that’s what I loved the most. It was all about succeeding and empowering one another and they make sure you leave prepared for success! I drove over an hour and a half everyday just to attend this school and it definitely has payed off in the long run. I’m so glad I came across their program other wise I would have never took the step to become a licensed lash artist.I also have gotten extensions here while attending the school by Breauna a senior stylist, and my experience was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, she was so warm and welcoming. I fell asleep and woke up looking fabulous! My lashes were beautiful and my retention was so good! I didn’t have to get a fill for about 3 weeks! You’re definitely in good hands at IHeart Lash!

Today I had an AWESOME eyelash extensions training with Sasha, she taught me, educated me in business, hands on. She was overall great. She was on top of everything. IHeart Lash Studio is a great place to go and get trained at :)

Horrible experience. I got pink eye. I checked out IHeartLashStudio to get my lashes done for my birthday, horrible idea. Ive gotten my lashes done a couple times before this and never had a problem. While I was getting my lashes done, my eyes were burning horribly and the girl was also tugging on my lashes. She was also on her phone and not speaking to me. Horrible experience considering that today I woke up with pink eye.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! ++CHARGED EVEN THOUGH I TRIED TO RESCHEDULE WITH NOTICE++ I tried to make a lash appointment with this place because they were listed on lashbox’s website. I made an appointment online and read the terms stating late cancellations and no shows are still charged so when I needed to reschedule because my baby had a fever I made sure and did so within the 24 hour notice period. I called and was told to reschedule with the confirmation email I was sent. I had not received an email so I went to their website and emailed my name + appointment time and that I needed to reschedule and asked for the next day that I originally booked for. I received a short reply asking when I would like to reschedule for. I responded with my request again but also said I could make any day after work too. I never received a reply. Then over the weekend I saw I was charged for a full set of lashes!! I’ve been trying to talk to them to refund it because I made multiple attempts with plenty of notice to reschedule and was still charged and never even given a new appointment. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Still haven’t come to a conclusion and I really think they are going to keep my money, which is STEALING!!! I abided by their terms and they charged by card anyways, without performing their services!! MAD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
