My daughter absolutely loves going here! She is actually excited to go to school everyday! The Teachers and the staff are very passionate and they truly listen and strive to address any concerns you may have!

SST goes extra mile for their students. They are about to host 1st ever Cyber Security Ed and Coding Camp this coming Spring Break. They have a great STEM program but the special focus on Cyber Security shows their vision and leadership in this field. Great school, great educators.

The front desk staff and some teachers are good. other than that, I dont have any positive comments. the school has not been ready to this school year at first. I dont suggest any parent sending kids to this school if the school you are zoned in is graded B or better.

With Jaylens first year of attendance, he has improved so much academically. I am so pleased with all the improvements he has made and I want to congratulate the teachers and staff for the great work that they are doing with our children. They also have a volunteer reading program that they do with him. He has improved so much. I am very pleased.

I have 2 children here and they loved their teachers! for one of them is more difficult but he knows the he is learning the best way.The staff is very professional and is a great school.

The staff is the real asset here. My very bright kindergartener is flourishing under the love and attention from her teacher and all the staff. Being at SST feels like a family. Everyone knows her and me even outside of her grade level. Im so glad we found this option.

Awesome first year!! The teachers and staff make themselves reachable and have a close relationship with the students as well with the parents through emails,dojo app or phone calls. My 3 children thrived in this atmosphere and are excited about going back next year.

I have two children at SST, and so far so good. Ms. Bobal and Ms. Aguirre are jewels who really care about my boys and their success. Both of my boys have improved academically beyond my expectations, have made good friends, and participate in clubs that interest them. We plan to go back next year!As for areas of improvement, I suggest the following: 1) More scheduled recess time. Twenty minutes outside per day is simply not enough. Based on overwhelming evidence that unstructured play is critical to student success, the administration should EAGERLY add more breaks to the student schedule. Think of the children! And the STAAR scores! 2) Fix the broken links on the website. This is a tech school, after all. 3) Add faculty and administration bios and contact information to the website. I find this transparency to be very important to foster trust. 4) Create a PTO.Being that this is only the schools second year in operation, I trust that things will only improve.

Wonderful school, caring staff and teachers. I really appreciate how much effort the teachers and staff put into keeping parents informed and educating the whole child.

I really want this school to work. This will be sons second year attending as well as the schools 2nd year open. There were a few flaws last year, but being that is was their first year I figured by the following year they would have it together.To start the uniforms were on back order just as they were last year. On day of orientation, there was a max purchase of 2 shirts and was advised to rewash shirts to wear through out the week until the order came in. -__-A new arrival and dismissal routine has been implemented which sounds like chaos. The security officer who directed traffic was let go last year.The website information changes constantly. As an example it was recently added that parents will not be able to bring in school supplies on the first day of school, but can drop off supplies Mon or Tuesday. Great, but post this in advanced or send out an email. The school is not zoned to our home, so a bit of planning needs to be done.Also, there seems to be an issue with the new online lunch portal. Students are not allowed to bring in cash for lunch, so having the portal functioning would be ideal since we are one day way from the 1st day of school.Overall I feel like the school has quite a few things to work on. Organization and management being the first two. I have yet to have any issues with the teaches, just need the administrative side to pull through.

This is the greatest school that I worked and the staff is the greatest people that I worked with. I am so happy to be here!

I just wanted to thank yall again for how amazing yall have been to us since we started with your school. You have helped us in so many ways I dont think we will ever be able to repay. I look forward to my sons education with you (he is already light years ahead of his last school) and the man he will become with your education. I know we have put strain on you but I promise we are more than thankful.

I currently have my kids here but the school it operates more like a business. One of the ladies in the office is so rude she yelled at me the first day of school because I was too early. Then this same individual goes to work wearing flip flops which I don’t care, but if for some reason my kid has the wrong shirt they get dps points (bad points). My issue is if students have to follow a dress code why not teachers and staff ? Don’t get me wrong there’s a lot of great teachers but the system operates like a business. I have heard complaints from my kids that sometimes they don’t have lunch because it RAN OUT. How is that possible?Education like I said some great teachers but there’s others that can not even explain to you how is their education score compared to the Tx department of education. Apparently they have their own scale. Unfortunately this is the closest to my house and scheduled so until I find a better option I’m stuck here.
