Really recommend Comedy Safe Driver course! I was procrastinating on taking it but once I started the course it was not bad at all! They make it very intriguing with funny clips and songs that make you actually pay attention! Communication with Christian and tech assistance went smoothly when needed in my time crunch to turn my copy in.

I thought the course would be difficult, but they made it very easy! Some of the stuff they had was hilarious!! If you have any issues with something on there they will gladly help you!! 10/10 recommend the course!!

If I could rate them a one star i would. the registration process is clumsy at best, i had to go through it twice. ergo, they charged my credit card twice and i am trying to get a refund - i only took the class once. they claim they are there 24/7, but the phone hangs up automatically when you call and their live chat will not respond to messages you send. avoid like the plague.Dr. P. Unfortunately, I procrastinated but was able to get this done very smoothly on my deadline date. Christian answered any chat questions I had and the course was useful, especially here in the Houston area where we all can benefit from these driving reminders! This course was easy to follow. The website was easy to navigate with detailed information. This is probably the most interesting defense driving course youll take. It has clear examples with relevant videos that outline the facts. You can finish this course within a day or two. There are multiple choice questions between lessons and an exam at the end. You can always contact them with any questions and expect a prompt reply.

This was probably one of the most interesting courses I have taken. If you have time, you can complete it with in a day. It took me a couple of days, but, it was pretty smooth. I really enjoyed that audio. I see why this is the number one driver course and it isn’t expensive at all. Id recommend to anyone to would need to take this course.

This course is very well constructed. Although I was wrongly cited, I chose not to be me versus office in court and chose to take the course. I highly recommend this course. Also, they were very helpful quickly in responding to any questions and concerns I had prior, during and even after completing the course. I recommend taking the course for everything - insurance discount and driver record.

This Was the second Defensive Driving Online Course I have ever taken. It was much better than the first one 11 years ago... I would highly recommend this course to anyone of my friends.The content was relevant and realistic, It made me look at some of my acquired, aggressive driving habits from a different perspective. The course was less expensive than other websites so I gave it a try. I have no complaints with this site. I received my DSC Certificate in my email 4 days after completing the exam. Very speedy! Christian, their online support, was available every time I visited the site and was very helpful. Quick and easy.

Course was easy to complete. Had had a problem getting the certificate of completion before the court date so I used the Online Help Center and was put into contact with Christian. He was very professional and was able to resolved the issue quickly. Very pleased with the service

I would highly recommend this course for any Texas driver. My only issue was that not all videos automatically started with their page timers. It was an easy fix on my part to pause the course, start the video and then continue the course. So overall it worked out pretty okay on an iPad Air.

Even though I didnt like getting a ticket I loved taking the class.Their videos and humor made the experience so much enjoyable and the hours flew by! Its also super affordable and gives you three chances to pass the final test.I totally recommend this if youre required to take a Defensive Driving course.

I liked this course considering it is a defensive driving course. Everything arrived on time, and their customer service is great. I emailed a question and got an answer back promptly. Two years after taking the course, I was able to send a message to the website chat and get a copy of my completion certificate in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

It’s super straight forward and easy to complete. After about a week and a half of not receiving my certificate in the mail (thanks to USPS I’m guessing) I emailed their customer service representative and he was able to email my court copy. Great customer service if you have any issues!

This was a great on-line driving course. I received my first ever speeding ticket and was horrified and worried about the process. This made it much easier, than I had imagined. I had some good laughs during the breaks between sections and had a wonderful refresher course that helped me immensely since I hadn’t looked at the material for over 40 years.I was most impressed with how easy it was to get my questions answered by their on line staff. Courteous and professional.

The name of the course is deceiving I admit BUT the customer service makes up for anything lacking in the course in humor. Every chat question I had was answered immediately, even and 9:00 PM. You do have to stay on your toes if youre going to use the narrator and keep up with the timer but thats fine. It just makes you pay attention instead of letting it play on its own. I also like the questions along the way to make sure the person taking the course is the one that signed up and received the citation. I would recommend this to others. Again, customer service is TOP NOTCH.

I picked the right course when I chose this one. It was easy to take & log into. It was well constructed and not confusing. Also, it was entertaining. I hope I never get another ticket but, if I do Im coming back here.

I have had to take a driving safety course before and I can truly say that this one was a lot better to get through! It had some videos that were actually pretty funny and some of the content was amusing to say the least. The questions it asks throughout the course are straight from the slides and are not difficult at all. It gives you options of how you want your certificate sent, and even gives an option to send your driving record directly to the court as well. I definitely recommend this course to anyone!

Aside from the course being relevant and helpful, the best part was the IMMEDIATE customer service response. I needed a printable certificate and had mistakenly chosen the wrong option. I didnt even have to wait five seconds to get assistance with this issue. And my printable pdf was sent during the chat. The course itself is funny and thorough. They cover everything that is relevant and necessary to know. I like that the quizzes ensure youre really paying attention, and the exam was fair. If you can break the course into chunks of time, the info sticks with no trouble at all. But even if you had to do it all at one time, the comedy keeps you going. Just know its a legitimate teaching tool - you do have to pay attention and be engaged. But since youre paying for it, thats exactly what you should expect. Great job, Comedy Safe Driver!

This was my first course of this kind therefore didnt know what to expect but, i was pleasantly surprised! The content was educational and fun where 6 hours passed like a breeze. I received both my completion certificate and driving record the same day I completed the course. Great service!

This was a great way to take care of a speeding ticket. Course was easy to work into my schedule since I could stop and start as needed. Presentation was easy to follow and had a variety of video and audio presentations which kept it interesting. They took care of sending everything to the court upon my completion of the course.

I never write reviews... This class was easy to use and complete with my busy schedule. I just had a baby 2 months ago so my time and schedule are very disjointed. I was able to use the e-file option and as soon as my class was completed they just sent it all in to the municipal court for me!!!! What a help. There is a live chat person always available and I used it at least 3 or 4 times. Always responsive and helpful. The whole experience was really great for a not so great situation!!! My only complaint is that the narrator wasnt always on track with exactly what the Video was showing. However, the customer service and immediate response was amazing. I received all of my certificates right away and Christian was very responsive and super friendly. Over-all it was a great experience.

I did the online course and the customer service was awesome! I had to change the court and my address on my certificate and he (Christian) helped me out very quickly and very nicely! The whole course in general was good , no complaints except for the narration and the timer is a little off but overall its great.

The defensive driving course had funny skits to inform the view about all the driver safety laws, and was very informative about the different aspects of driving that people can forget to do as they drive for a longer period of time. I would say this is a great course to take when needing diving options, they also have many different packs to choose from. All of which help someone achieve their completion goal.

My experience with this court was good. The only thing that bothered me was that I spoke to one person about an issue I was having and they gave me a certain answer, but when I called again, they gave me a better answer. So I hope that they start to teach all their employees the same things. Other than that, the course was easy and helpful.

I highly recommend comedy safe driver for your defensive driving course. It was very easy and it has videos, pictures, and quick multiple choice questions in between. If your always busy that is not a problem this course will let you log on/off and it takes you back where you left off.

It helps to have a refresher that makes you laugh. You remember it better and the audio can help reinforce information if you are not a visual learner.And if you encounter issues, they are great about responding.

I took the course because I needed to after getting a speeding ticket. It was fast pace and I could do it at my own speed. I like how it gave a little review of everything. I also loved the fact that after I could not log back in, I could chat with someone and ask them what to do. They sent me my pdf of the completion so I would not have to retake the course. They are great and if you need to get defensive driving down they are the way to go.

This was so entertaining and a relatively painless process. My favorite module was the physics teacher and the videos of the impact tests. I also really appreciated the practical explanations of what police officers expectations are in a routine traffic stop as well as countermeasures in the event of mechanical failures. GREAT course!
