I love my kids teachers they are so sweet but what I dont like is the people who out there in the mornings and afternoons they are REALLY REALLY RUDE JUST IMAGINE HOW THEY ARE WITH KIDS either this people change their attitude or I will definitely report to the district. Try me get mad whatever but if you dont like your job why you still there.

My daughter Camille Rodriguez loves this school her teacher her friends at time she was have a rough time but the teacher help her through it all. Thanks Stevens Elementary and all your teachers too 👍👏👏❤

Three. Generations my family have gone to this historic school lu lu m Sinclare elementary school thats its full name. Gosh we had our own school song and every mornings we pledged our flag., things sure have changed.

This is a neighborhood school that has made many changes over the last 3 years and we are happy to see the changes not only for the school appeal but also the students. They offer a new magnet program for STEAM (Science Technology, Enginering, Art and Math).They have done massive overalls over the years including painting, classroom projects to organize teachers needs, 3 outdoor classrooms, and added an outdoor SPARK park with basketball goals and a covered area, which is awesome for the neighborhood.I have not yet the new principal but have heard wonderful things about her direction with educating young minds.There are some wonderful teachers on staff and they actually have science labs!School lunches seem to be a big complaint on other reviews, however, the quality of lunches across HISD is not of high standard. If you want your child to eat something special, you need to send them with your requirements.

My daughters teacher is really sweet And awesome with the kids. But the women in the morning to drop off and pick up have sticks soooo far up their butts is ridiculous ! It was my first day dropping off my daughter in the drop off line and I didnt know you were supposed to curve in the little drop section and this ugly dried out woman caught an attitude and tried to talk to me like I was one of her students. I yelled at her and really didnt want to leave my daughter with her alone.. I ask my child every day if those teachers treat her right and she always says yes so far. Because if she tells me other wise were gonna have some serious issues,. Another thing was my child didnt eat any lunch on the first day of school ???? Idk .Another thing is recently I wrote down my daughter is allergic to anything with cinnamon inside of it on her registration papers.. I pick my daughter up early from school ( which apparently you cannot pick your child up before two or else they give you a hard time, which to me is stupid Ill get my child WHENEVER I WANT...) I had an eye appointment for my son at 330 with a specialist who only sees him every 4 months . We went straight to the hospital, and my daughter says shes ichy and I look at her arm and shes breaking out in hives. I asked her what all she ate at school and she tells me they gave her cinnamon toast crunch cereal.... I was livid because I had to take her to the ER and spend almost all night there when I had to be at work the next morning at 5 am....So I contacted the unprofessional school about this issue , and they say they didnt give her any cinnamon toast crunch . Well yall gave her something with cinnamon because she didnt get this allergic reaction from nothing ! They said it was also my fault because I didnt fill out an allergy form for the school nurse...... Okay yet I didnt know anything about this special form for the nurse BECAUSE YALL DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT IT OR GIVE ME THE DAMN FORM WHEN YALL WENT THRU MY CHILDS FILE ! So Im letting this school know if she gets another allergic reaction in their care, I will be pursuing legal action on account of negligence because I didnt give my child anything with cinnamon , I know better. Will be making a transfer as soon as her year is up .... KEEP YOUR CHILD AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEIR WELL BEING ! Luckily she onlly breaks out in hives , if it was worse case scenario i could have lost my daughter that day. And They do not care.

I remember being sick to my stomach at this school. The kids would fight on the bus after school EVERYDAY! And the students were ghetto, the Teachers were absent. Worse school ever

This school is so ghetto, my son goes to this school and ever since his first day here I disliked it. They are not responsible at all and unorganized!! They dont provide free bus services and the bus service people are rude! Their breakfast is disgusting !! This is the first and last year!!

My daughter went there for pre k and kinder. It was the worst two years. She is now going to 1st grade and im trying to find a different school for here. The teachers dont care about the kids. My daughters teacher tried to say she was ADHD. After obe week teaching her. After that she never got it out of her head every time i asked how she was doing in class she always said she struggle because of her ADHD her doctor said shes fine.

Im now out of the school going to the 6th grade,this school is no good,The teachers dont care nothing about the students,One teacher told me to stay away from other students her name was Ms.Ricketts she told me to stay away from students,cafetira rules are too strict,new principal was terrible and school lunch tastes like trash,and people struggle too much in this school that 70% of faith grade went to summer school

Headaches to much truble to an from school kids need better bus service as for Lunch g2eat it or kids will go hungry if they dont bring food from home God bless us with free schooling still we need treat people with respect even if this school getto pay the price
