DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I put down my deposit when I was 12 weeks pregnant and was told the waitlist was about 4 months long (plenty of time before birth and maternity leave end). I finally got a call when my daughter was 18 months old. Ridiculous. There are many other families in the exact same position.

Im afraid I have to agree with all the other 1 stars. My daughter who is now 3 years old, has been on the list for over 2 years. When I just called again, she is now 158th on the list. I had registered with Kipling Academy but 2 months later switched to Kipling School due to location. We were told that Kipling Schools list moves much faster and it would be no longer than a year. Well, that was a lie. Courtney said that staff arent supposed to give a time estimate, yet we were when we registered. From what Ive read, she has also given a time estimate too. Ive since been told that certain people get preferential treatment at both locations. So, you either have to put your childs name down 2 years before theyre born or know someone that can get you in. Dont waste your money if neither apply to you. There are better schools in Houston that you have more chance of getting in to. They also base it on your child and not on who you know or dont know. If they really cared, they would change their non refundable deposit but its probably one of their biggest money makers.

My three year old absolutely loves her classmates and teachers. She is well taken care of at The Kipling School. The wait list is unfortunate however having a wait list that never has spots open up is actually a testament to the quality of the school, because it means students dont leave and there is no turnover. The wait list is worth the quality of care my child receives.

Dont waste your time with their waiting list. We put our son on the list in mid-year 2013 and he still hasnt been accepted. We were given the impression that something should open soon when we signed up. Latest update this week is that hes #47.....3 freaking years later! I asked for my money back and to remove his from the list, but of course that would be against policy. I was also told that he was 47 of 146. 146 other fools like me forked over $150. Almost $22k theyre sitting on from deposits!

Do not recommend this school. They are very unprofessional, they do not let you know how many kids there are in the waiting list or how long it will take to have a spot for your kid, but they get the deposit right away. That is very dishonest of their part and they just care about taking peoples money. They never call you back after you pay!!

My son has been on the waiting list since December 2014 and his position is still over 100, I dont recommend you to put your son on the waiting list as several other parents are in the same situation. The way it is going, my son is going to graduate in College without having a chance in get in the Kipping School.
