Paul Revere was once a great school, but everything went downhill since the former principle left to work in a higher position at a different school. The students began to act out, former straight A students dropped to Fs. I attended this school for two years before leaving, which was to me a blessing. There were fights everyday, it was nonstop. Most of the teachers didnt even know how to teach. The deans dont care about your child, or if your a student or planning to be, they dont care about your situations. The ladies at the front desk are rude, and not on top of things as they should be. At my time in Paul Revere, I got into countless fights due to self-defense, I would be the first to reach out to a dean due over the situation and I would get the worst punishment whether it be 3 weeks of off campus suspension or 3 in school suspension. The deans never heard me out and always took the sides of the other person. For instance on my first fight, a boy who didnt know better started spreading lies about me to this little girl, saying that I was talking about her. I didnt know her, mainly because we were in separate halls and didnt share any classes. The only relations we had was riding on the same bus, which was rare due to my bus stop constantly being moved to other buses after an incident with the bus driver. I constantly told the girl that I didnt want anything to do with her and that I didnt know her. I had previously told the deans about her and all they told me to do was to avoid her, in which I did my best to do. She eventually approached me in the bus and we fought after she swung at me landing a solid blow. The deans gave me 4 weeks of off campus suspension and 2 weeks in school suspension while the girl only got 2 days of in school suspension, that she didnt even attend. This school isnt what is horrible, its the staff that dont know how to control and maintain its students. This school is beyond horrible, even off campus dealing with buses. I rode the bus like many students but after an incident with the bus driver he was no longer able to drive my route, which wasnt a large route after the other stop got separated and mixed in with another bus. My stop was the only stop without a bus, for the first weeks we would have to wait for our parents to pick us up in my case, would mean waiting till 9 pm or 10 pm, because I didnt have any bus money, or anyone close enough to pick me up. I live in a single parent household which means I only have one parent available to pick me up and they work till late hours. I would have to wait in a nearby Subway because I would get kicked out the school and sometimes I would have to leave the Subway and wait on the sidewalk, which now thinking back was so dangerous... anyone could have kidnapped me (thankfully nobody did). The school refused to get me and the other students a bus, we were tossed onto a bus full of mentally disabled kids (they were not much trouble, but the bus driver was cranky- and I wouldnt blame her) we would sit in the back which had no seats and was meant for wheelchairs, because the only seats where usually taken up by the other kids. After some time the lady refused to let us ride we were tossed on to a bus that was over packed, we would be so tightly packed that we would have 5 students per seat all squeezed together and others trying to find space on the floor, the back was usually the most chaotic side, which I usually avoided. We usually didnt arrive home till late, like 8 or 9:30 pm. The bus driver of this new bus was extremely rude, beyond belief. I remember it was pouring outside me and my two cousins were waiting for the bus in the rain with no shelter at all, none of us had umbrellas because when we got dropped off it wasnt raining. The bus passed by slowed down for a whole 6 seconds before speeding off while we chased after it, it left us while people shouted at him to stop and we raced alongside the bus until we had no choice but to stop when it reached the freeway. We complained to the school and they did absolutely nothing.

Best school you will ever take your son or daughter to. For the 2 years i spent there i really enjoyed it. There are good teachers, good students, good resources, and the school has a very good vibe. Best school i have ever gone too!!

Student take advantage of learning. Im in the 7th grade at Revere and its very fun but some teachers just dont know how maintain us children. Its very easy to make friends at Revere a lot of kids are nice to you as long as you be nice to them. Ive been attending this school for about 2 months and there has already been 2 fights 😕. Other than the teachers and fights its a very good and clean school.

I just graduated from Paul Revere and I can tell you that it was fun and Im really going to miss coming here everyday. My teachers were so supportive and fun to talk to, especially my karate instructor Mr. McRae, he was always making us laugh and pushing us to be great. Im going to miss you all ❤❤

I see there still blacks and Mexicans going there. My aunt came to the school I came to this school (06-08) and it was a very good school I would get help everywhere. All teachers really nice helpful,graduate with As and Bs. I would recommend this school if you a good student it will be easy. I was not a really good student bt I was a nurse assistant office assistant sac assistant..I would also see a lot of security around there. Well this is my experience from yr 2006-2008. Wish I could go back in time and be there again..

This school was okay, i enjoyed my time there. but the bathrooms were always dirty and they smell, like you will be walking by by the bathroom and you will smell everything. The school wasnt different from any other school school we still had fights, gangs ect. But i will say so of the teachers were way too nice, and you may think that was a good thing but people really took advantage of them, and that made it had to learn. but the school was great, it you hang around the right people then it will prepare you for high school.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this school my child is currently in the 8th grade she was attacked by another student. The school did absolutely nothing I called multiple times everytime given the run around. First the Dean Ms. Ward calls me back after two calls leaving a voicemail stating my daughter was not present in school. I call the front office they tell me she has been present for all classes. Then I am told at 1pm after I have called multiple times that nothing has been done about the altercation with my daughter and another child. So obviously the faculty is not concerned about the students welfare or any parents concerns. I will be reporting this to the school board and next will be legal action. How can I allow my child to be in a school where she could be in danger and all adults are not taking any proper action to help. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Nothing. My daughter hardly has homework and the principal and Dean of the school are both idiots. My daughter was made out to be violent because she defended herself in a fight she finished but didnt start. Now shes being sexually harassed by some weird kid and no one has notified me of the incident other than my child. Mr. Maldonado is absolutely the worst Dean my child and I has ever had to deal with.Parents think twice before enrolling your children into this school. Its not worth your childs safety, education, or the level of stress.

Good school, good teachers, good students (if youre around the right people). Dont skip, turn in your assignments, no talking in class and youll be perfectly fine.The only problems I have is that this school is OLD! Some of the T-buildings have Magnavox televisions from like the 80s. Many rooms have bad air conditioning. Those problems are minor, however.

I went here during the school year of 2011-2012, I had a very good experience, the teachers were very nice and understanding. I enjoyed the fact that I could get extra help if I asked for it. Principal Aziaz was very nice and took care of any problems that we had. I love this school and greatly support it for anyone wanting their child to have a great education and to be a great dancer and musician. The school has really improved since Mr. Aziaz came. Hit it 1, 2, PATRIOTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The school was okay. I wouldnt say it was bad or horrible because, well...I went there during 6th and 7th grade.The students were nice. Mostly. It may have been mostly filled with Blacks and Hispanics but, to say the least, They werent very racist. I was one of the few asians that went there, and I liked it. Most of all my friends were Black and Hispanic and i was okay with it. I dont care about what racial color you are, just as long as you were cool and nice. The people there have their Cliques but, it wasnt very visible. They were loyal.

I was here my 8th grade year (2003-2004) & I can for sure say that this school is etched in my memory of how bad it was. Im sure nothing has changed. Terrible school, terrible teachers.I did like my science teacher the most and English teacher was a close second.I remember my art teacher not teaching one thing! She sat there shopping for shoes on Ebay the entire class period. She even let student skip class in her classroom...The campus on its own is pretty scary. Needs ALOT of TLC work!Please take your childs education elsewhere! Itll be worth it in the long run and they dont have to grow up traumatized!Those are my 2¢! Good luck!

Our family moved to the HISD school district from the CY-FAIR school district when our son was in the 3rd grade. Our son has is now a 7th grader at Paul Revere after completing the 6th grade with Revere. Our family has had such a wonderful experience with the HISD as well as the staff and wonderful teachers. Our sons grade average when we lived in CY-FAIR was always a B and C. Since hes been with the HISD district hes moved from a mostly B with a few As to an all A average. I could not ask for anything better from Paul Revere. I could go on and on about the countless opportunities this school has for its students and it still would not go over everything Paul Revere has to offer. My family thanks you, and we want you to know that your hard work and efforts do not go unnoticed.

This is the worst school my great niece ever been to she was about to get jumped by four people over petty stuff they played her one person would saydo you like him or herall four of them kept doing that and also they kept asking her the same question so much she said the wrong thing and one girl who was involved in that wrote an note to her and said do you like him because Im going to fight himmy great niece was like ok like why and the little girl told her and that little girl said on the note u know he was talking about you in the bus rightmy niece said yes I do know he is talking about me in the bus I just ignore it so that day that little girl gave him the note...dont you think that is very odd....so that day all four of them where outside from where the bus dropped them off in the bus route and she was thinking they was going to fight but the all huddled her and that same little girl hit her in her back three times.....you see this school is very messy these kids think there grown and I bet you one day somebody gone beat them up something terrible.but parents think about in rolling your kids to Paul Revere Middle School because the deans and teachers are horrible as well and this school is very ghetto......So I made this long post to aware ur kids to go to this school because this school is very childish and so bad.😕
