A pleasant and welcoming school. Their friendliness and warmth helped my daughter settle in when she first joined the school. Academically they are excellent, morally they are sound. In all the years i have known them there has not been any incident that threatened the safety of students. Bullying and all other forms of harassment are not tolerated making it a secure and homely environment for learning.I strongly recommend this school to anyone who is interested in high morals, academics and safety.

My daughter had a great experience during her journey from 6th grade all the way to 8th grade. Wonderful staff, well knowledge teachers, very professional and kind Dean, excellent brand new facilities, excellent Principal. Wonderful School, very proud of this school, only one bad thing: they dont have a High School.

This is by far the most racist school my child has ever been to they are liars,and they try and intimidate your children thinking that we will turn our backs to their complaints but I listen to my child and the staff here all work together and make up things they only protect the white kids its not fair all kids should be able to come to school and be safe well that is not the case at this school. If you are looking for a good school for your child this is the wrong choice unless you want to teach your child to hate and be a bully. WORST SCHOOL EVER AND THE PRINCIPLE ALLOWS IT AND IF YOU THINK THAT HISD PD HAVE SOME AUTHORITY TO PROTECT YOUR CHILD THEY DO NOT.....PROTECT YOUR CHILD DONT SEND THEM HERE

It was a pretty good experience-aside from mr gribbins-it was fun...the coaches were nice.. I mean what else can you say about school...we are all forced here by parents and even though we get an education...what about all the violence?im sure every kid has heard about the school shootings that happens like every week and the war threats I’m sure that any other kid including me would be scared to come to school. I’m not saying it’s a bad school it actually has been a good year. But they need to control some of the girls around here...some like to bite and punch and kick and smack but they don’t get in trouble the boys do...this has been the most sexist school I’ve been to ever

Super fun school and I loved the staff (especially my 8th grade algebra teacher)!! The sports teams kill it every year!! Go Tanglewood Gators!! 8th grade year was the best!! Do not regret going there:)))

Literally THE WORST SCHOOL ever the teachers are very mean and thy have horrible lunch food and especially the head principle boo im for real tho come on its horrible lol so much mean people thiefs there i do not reccomed going there so much smelly people thobye have a nice day lol lmao
