I had appointment to do the application process the lady Ms. Reede seem like she didn’t have it together she didn’t get the dates right she thought we had the appointment last week and it wasn’t cause I clearly told her we had to change to the following week and try to blame it on me . as well as she ask if I had transition letter and I didn’t have one and I told her I wish someone would of told me and she said “ I thought I did “ instead of apologizing .. here is where I got frustrated I am single mother on two little boys making 9.00 hr plus paying for my own school for nursing I went through a nasty divorce September 2017. since the school wanted proof of income of last year they ask for my w2 of 2017 here is the catch i file my taxes jointly with my ex . But I been working all year long without any help then Ms.reede call her supervisor with the most ugly attitude she kept repeating herself I been doing this for 19 years and we need the w2 of your husband and I kept repeating myself that I can’t use themcause then I won’t qualify for assistance and she knew that and she is like we need the w2 and I been here for 19 years lady I don’t give a damn how many years you work here and didn’t even ask you .I should get help since I been doing everything on my own for a whole year and have proof of pay subs and was so upset that I wanted to leave and that supervisor was so rude just closing doors being all loud that she getting her other boss and I was like naw I’m leaving and trying to force me to stay . I went to my car and cry why are people that work for the government have to be so rude and be little anyone that ask for help . I’m just a mom trying to make it to the top but I know I need help and it’s sad that this place just closes doors

I call to inrole my child only to find out I wasting my time play the waiting game they told me I have to wait two year

Trying to get my son here but with these opinions I prefer to know more and take my time to find the best for my baby
