Nice testing environment.

If I could give 0 starts I would... this was the WORST testing experience I have ever had. My test was supposed to be at 9, and we were instructed to get there 15 minutes early. When I showed up, the lights were off and no one was there to sign us in. We had to write our names on a piece of paper and wait until someone got there. I waited until 10:30 before a worker even SHOWED UP!!! Then we all had to wait for her to turn on the computers and sign us all in. I didnt even start taking my test until 10:50! Almost 2 hours after my test was schedule! Then they wouldnt let us reschedule our test, otherwise they said we would have to pay.

Nice quiet and clean testing environment. Room is small (was a little warm)would advise leaving belongings in trunk, very little locker space (teas testers will not be allowed a locker) at this point everyone will sign in and go back to the car to wait due to social distancing. Masks are required.

I showed up ready to test on to have to wait because the office wasnt open. Then I asked for one of the testing rooms for complete silence the girl acted as if this was a issue but allowed it...okay thanks I go in close the door and begin testing she comes in 20 mins after Ive started and opened the door breaking my consitration this door cant be closed...uummm first dont disrupt folks taking exams, second why must this door remain open? Three if I fail this test you need to pay for my next test..she walks off....I tell ya this is the worst testing environment ever and now I gotta retest

I was in to take a long 3+ hour test. At first they spent 30 min or so getting the test loaded after trying half a dozen computers.The first 2/3 of the exam went fine, but when it came time for the practice labs, they were so slow I could not perform any of the tasks. Single drop downs would just spin, never populating. I finally ran out of time and couldnt complete the exam.The computers at this test center were old, running Windows 7, with the Core2 family CPUs, at least 10 years old since these were in the market. The monitors were tiny, probably 22 widescreen LCD. They couldnt fit everything on the screenI am never going back to this test center. I highly recommend the test center at Lonestar University Park, just a few miles from this. They just didnt have any available spots when I scheduled the exam.

After reading reviews I was nervous but I did not have the experience that others complained about. Restroom is next to their office, use that first. The two office workers were polite and professional. You sign a consent form, They look at your test ticket, they take your photo and you are fingerprinted. Then you begin your test at your desk. My one complaint was they do not have a private locker to put your purse in. It goes on a table in the other room which I could not see from my desk. My test was in the morning and the room was fine, as time went on the room got quite cold so I put on the sweater I brought with me as Was recommended in the instructions. I had no problems with my computer. You are allowed one bathroom break But I finished my test before I needed to use that break. Free outdoor parking in a patking lot. I went early to avoid the typical Houston rush-hour traffic.

If there would be below one star I will give it to them!! CARELESS PEOPLE works there!! badly equipped center. I had an issue with my head set and kept telling them to change it but nobody care! till the speaking section starts and I was very nice to them and didnt want to put a bad review or complaint until I called the Toefl center and they told me that they werent able to score it because there was a technical issue with it!! they gave my a broken head set apparently which it stopped at the middle of my test!!!!! dont loose your money and go to a different one please.

Please go anywhere else dont loose your money. The computers there are old.

Very rude employee! Scheduled my test for 9:30am and was told it would be 11am before I can take a test. Do not take your test here
