What a great place to be a part of! I am the cook at the Hugo location and have been there since day one. It has been two years of fun , being made to feel like family and feeling appreciated.I also have two grandchildren and a nice who are enrolled and love coming to the center everyday. The teachers and staff provide a friendly and loving atmosphere for the children where they can learn and grow. They are reliable, respectful, caring and fun loving, they are truly the Best!

Feel free to dismiss any negative reviews for Growing Generations you may read on here. This place sets the standard for great childcare. Their staff and programming are great. I have two kids enrolled here that love going every morning. Compare for yourself with any other center and you will see. Love this place!

HORRIBLE! They care about $$ not the children at ALL. The Director is unreal. Like a lot of other reviews, if you love your children, do them and yourself a favor. DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS DAYCARE! Why am i taking the time to write a review?? My kids mean the absolute world to me, i am so saddened i ever sent my sweet angel there. The way she was treated, locked in a bathroom to fend for herself after having an accident at nap time. She is a human child, not a Lion at a Zoo. I am sad for all the current children who still attend this place. I am sure most of you parents (like me a week ago) have no idea what really goes on here, so why would you think anything different. This is why reviews are HUGE! Any parent reading this, keep looking. This is NOT the place for your sweet child.Jessica,I never asked for a reduced price. I stated that you guys care about the money not the children. So go ahead and re-read my review. Also, your teacher was not going back and fourth to help the 2 kids who had accidents. She was sitting outside the second childs half closed bathroom watching she was helping NEITHER kid. You can talk up your center as much as you want. IF people decide to bring their poor child to this place they will eventually find out the TRUTH, Parents, make sure to stop by and CHECK when the center is not expecting you. THAT is when you will find out the truth!! :)

We love coming to this center and trust the teachers whole heartedly. When another child in the program continuously had behavior issues they addressed these issues immediately even though the parents of that child did not take it seriously. They made sure our child was safe as well as the other children in the program. The preschool teachers love the kids so much and show it everyday when we drop off. They have a fantastic curriculum and keep the children engaged everyday. We highly recommend them.

It’s a disturbing trend when you hear repeatedly from other parents and teachers how neglectful and understaffed this place is. High teacher turnover and an unwillingness by the administration to coach their staff makes this a recipe for disaster for families looking for a safe place for their kids. Also most of the 5 star reviews on here are from fake accounts used to prop up their score...avoid this place if you really care about your kids safety.

My son went here and was in the Pre-K room and Im really upset! We ended up leaving because the owner didnt call back the coaches or extra help that we requested. Basically, they only want kids that dont cause trouble. This place is horrible and very mean to kids. My son is tough but that is how they are that age. Never did Jessica sit down with my wife and I to discuss the plan--just calls and constant calls during the week. WE ENDED up going to a totally different daycare center and it is night and day. Much more professional and they said my son is just fine. We sat down and talked about a plan. They were great! This place should be shut down for mishandling my child. Extremely unprofessional and it just stems from the top down. If you LOVE your child--seek other places. There are great places around. Room for Growing, Kinder Gardens, Creative Kids...all are much better than this place.

We cant say enough great things about this daycare. My grandaughter has been home with me for her first year because of her severe food allergies. The teachers and Laura and Jessica have been so wonderful and gone out of there way to make sure she gets the right food and that she is taken care of.My daughter says the teachers are so sweet and always make her feel comfortable leaving her. She is always full of smiles if the photos through out the day that they get and she seems to love going to school. As a grandma it feels so good to be able to see her is such a wonder place that truely cares about the children. I would HIGHLY recommend this daycare.

Since your directors default e-mail is not set up on your webpage I will leave my email here for you.Today on Oct. 23rd I walked into Isabellas daycare class to find her in the bathroom with the bottom half of the door shut. She was by herself fighting to get the wet pee soaked pants, underwear, socks and shoes off.(From her accident during nap time)When I addressed my concerns of what I saw to the lady up at the front desk, which I come to find out is the director.. She simply said to me Its good practice for the child, teaches them how to remove a wet swim suit for example. Also adding that they can start to use pull-ups during nap time to prevent another accident. We do not wish to go backwards in our effort to keep her potty trained. Isabella does not have accidents at home during naps! But this is far from the point.. I was angry that no-one was with Isabella in the bathroom to help assist her with the remove of the wet clothes!!!At the very least one of the two daycare ladies should have been knelt down next to Isabella. To insure that my daughter would not fall and crack her head open on the tile floor of the bathroom in her efforts to remove the wet clothes!!So when I walked into her room I was the one to open the bathroom door and assist my daughter out of her wet clothes. I was the one to go into the other bathroom and grab Isabella a wet wipe to get the pee off of her skin before putting on her clean clothes. So now I ask myself are you providing the best care possible for my daughter????-***Apologie NOT accepted..You still dont understand the safety issue I addressed. You continue to defend the way the employees handled the situation. What you need to do is recognize the safety issue and implement corrective action for future incidents like this!!!! **My voice is for my daughter!** If Im speaking for her behalf, take what Im saying seriously! Further more please dont reply on my comment again. My comment is to inform present and future parents of my experience. ****-

So very happy with the care my precious son receives at Growing Generations! He is in the young infant room and absolutely loves it! I was fortunate enough to stay home with my son until he was 6 months old. We had enrolled him at a center where he attended for 3 days and I removed him due to several things I was not impressed with, including me seeing him crying alone on the floor the 3 days he attended. At GG he has been happier than ever! His teachers are absolutely fantastic, they listen to concerns, address and follow thru with concerns, and truly care for the children. This momma has horrible anxiety(I mean really bad!!) about the health, safety and happiness of her precious son, so all I can say is good job GG for making me feel so comfortable leaving my son in your care!
