This is my 3rd ELITE location and I have to say, 1 month in and im already loving the atmosphere!! These guya embody everything ELITE!Gotta come see for yaself!

I enjoy this place a lot. I had been here for about a whole year now, and there is not a single regret in joining. Not only the coaches, but the rest of the people there are willing to help and are built by a good personality.

Great gym. Ive been to several in my life and this is the best quality, with the best practices. The community that trains here are all welcoming and great to newcomers.

We started our girls here a couple of weeks ago on the recommendation of a friend. We were looking for consistent exercise and an encouraging environment. What we got has been so much better. The coaches are so supportive and encouraging to the girls. They also are helping instill discipline and respect within the girls. I have noticed a change in both of there behavior I didn’t even know needed to be corrected. Better behavior, a skill set and confidence, yes please. I feel lucky to have found Coach Jon and Coach Aiden!

Ive trained in several gyms over the course of 6 years and there is definitely something special about Elite!The coaches, the members, and the training all on point. If youre new to MMA or been training for years this is a place for you.

Best experience. The coaches here are absolutely amazing. Great with kids and really know their stuff. They reward them for learning techniques with a super fun game at the end of class. My kids look forward to coming to class every day. We absolutely love Coach Aiden, John and coach Melanie. Best coaches ever!

My experience at Elite MMA has been far above my expectations. I started this year for a New Years resolution to shuck some weight. These classes are so much more fun than the traditional gym. Sometimes I don’t realize I’m working out until I see all the sweat I made. Real talk though, I lost 9 lbs this month. These coaches have been invested in my goals, have held me accountable to showing up, and have given me a new skill set I’m proud of. High quality and practical martial arts training. Ive been training here since October of last year. With recent health concerns affecting gyms worldwide, Elite has really stepped up to ensure quality and sanitary training environments for its students. Definitely impressed with all of their facilities Ive visited.

Best gym experience ever! Ive been apart of the Elite family for over six months now and couldnt be happier. The new Atascocita location provides a powerful atmosphere for training. Fantastic kickboxing class!

Excellent instructors in both kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu! Great training for adults and children. Has a very welcoming feel where everyone wants to help each other to do their best!

Elite MMA has established excellent schools throughout Houston. Elite MMA Atascosita is a new school location building its location. It has excellent instructors from the Kingwood location teaching both kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. If you want to get in on a smaller class size with more one on one instructor time and purple/brown belts rolling in to the classes, now is the time to join as the classes are growing in size every week.

Excellent instruction and training in a very supportive and safe environment, especially for those of us in the older crowd. I cant say enough good things about the EliteMMA family!
