Kids R Kids does such and excellent job in so many ways. The kids have so much fun, staff is professional and friendly, it is a clean safe environment and they are so easy to communicate with. Love it!

Kids R Kids of Lake Norman has been caring for both of our children for the past 3 years. We couldnt be happier with the owners, staff, and curriculum. The kids are enrolled in a very well organized and advanced curriculum that easily prepares them for kindergarten and they always come home telling stories about the fun crafts, songs, dances, etc. they learn. Stephen and Laura, as the owners, are heavily involved with the business and are on site daily greeting and dismissing children. Communication has always been clear and consistent and the entire staff has handled the pandemic with ease! Both of our children have absolutely loved every teacher they have had here and I have no doubt that they are always well-taken care of and loved just like one of their own. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking!

Kids R’ Kids is an outstanding childcare facility. Our son has been here since he was an infant. The past 5 years have been an amazing experience for our family. The owner and director are very responsive. This center absolutely puts kids first. I also feel my son has a strong foundation going into Kindergarten next year. I am amazed at his reading, writing and math skills gained in his TK program. The quality of care, instruction, and strong relationships our family has developed here will last us a lifetime.

Kids `R` Kids Academy of Lake Norman sincerely loves children. They have high quality teachers, creative and fun educational programs and, of course, our state-of-the-art facility make us stand high above our competitors. They are completely transparent with parents, taking all the right precautions during this pandemic to make my children and the staff feel safe, and highly communicative. Both of my kids thrive so much at this school. The owners Stephen and Laura are FANTASTIC! They are kind, relatable, and just really great people. The Director Amanda is truly the BEST. They are all always willing to jump in and help the team and go above and beyond. This place has truly become our family. My children LOVE coming here, and specifically talk about the owners and director at home. That is how I know they are truly involved and care so much about every child that walks through their doors. If youre looking for daycare needs, before and after school, remote learning or summer camp I would highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed.

My son attended Kids R Kids for four years. We had such a good experience that our infant daughter now attends. The administration is always ready and willing to answer questions and assist in any way they can. The teachers are so kind, loving, and knowledgeable of how to work with young children. My son truly thrived while he attended KRK and continues to thrive in kindergarten. I cannot wait to see how much my daughter learns and grows while she is there.

Our kids have been going here for 5 years. The staff is great and the owners are amazing. They are very honest and transparent, we love the attention they bring everyday especially Stephen who we see out every day welcoming the kids. Our kids were prepared to go into Kindergarten. Very happy wouldnt make a different choice.

The staff and management has been nothing but on top of everything and communication is how it should be! When ever I call or email I get a response immediately! Great school!

We have been part of the Kids R Kids Lake Norman family for the last 8 years. They have exceeded our expectations across the board from respecting dietary restrictions (Vegetarian) to introducing a suite of extra-curricular activities to prepare our kids for elementary school. We came to Kids R Kids after trying two other area daycares. Weve now been with them for 2.5 years now and we absolutely love it, especially since the current owners have taken over. Our girls have developed and learned so much there. The teachers have been wonderful and truly care about the kids.My eldest started Kindergarten this year, remotely, and Kids R Kids saved my husband and me (as well as many other parents) by offering to facilitate remote learning. My daughters Kindergarten teacher has emailed me several times to complement Kids R Kids and how prepared and involved my daughter has been with her remote classes because of her Kids R Kids teachers. They have handled and adapted to unique and trying times amazingly well. We are so glad we have our girls there and would recommend Kids r Kids to anyone.

We have been trusting our children with Kids R Kids of Lake Norman for years. From the newborns up through summer camp the level of detail, care and enthusiasm has been great. In addition, with the pandemic they have done everything they can to make it the most safe and hygienic environment. I cant say enough good things about Steven and Laura and the staff at KRK!

Kids R Kids has a family feel where everyone knows you and your kids by name. Visible and accessible owners and principle. I have never been at a daycare where almost daily the owner(s) are outside greeting families as they arrive. Camera access, daily reports with pics/videos, artwork, fun summer activities, communication, response to concerns and questions, cleanliness, and process during Covid is exceptional. The response and communication during some very trying times has only gained more support from parents at this facility. I do not judge a business solely on one isolated incident. There is a reason this daycare has a waitlist and families who have been there since their children were 3 months old.

Extremely caring staff! I feel confident entrusting my childs care and education to teachers and administrators who show so much professionalism. You can tell they truly love their students. My child looks forward to going to KRK!

KRK is reliable, helpful and responsive! Through the toddler years all the way through helping the school age kids with virtual learning- they make it easy! We’ve had our kids there for 6+ years and I’m so thankful for this sweet staff!

This place is an extension of home for our kids. Not only are the safe over there they are also enjoying this phase of learning new things each and every day of their life. As parents we couldnt ask for a more safer place to take care of them during this pandemic.

Our daughter has been there for about 2 1/2 years and is now 4. She absolutely loves it there and the teachers, staff, etc. We are so impressed with the things she has learned and comes home to tell us. She is so smart and her vocabulary has been more than great since she’s started there. Ever since Laura and Stephen took over ownership, things have become even better than when we initially started. They are very open, friendly, always willing to help in anyway, are very personable, and pre-Covid, had several different family events there on the weekends. We trust them and the staff and love it here. We know they are preparing our daughter for kindergarten and know she’s well taken care of.

The teachers and staff at Kids ‘R’ Kids have always taken excellent care of my children. My kids are learning a lot in their classes and love going to school every day!

We started KidsRKids in June of 2020 based on two other close friend referrals that were already attending the school and had been attending for years. On the second day our daughters ran into school excited for the day. To this day they are always excited in the morning to go to school. We love all of the teachers and staff! They are absolutely fantastic and make us feel comfortable leaving our kids with them all day long. As full-time working parents this is very important to us because our kids spend more time at school than with us during the week. Our girls have learned so much while at the school already. It’s so exciting to see them grow! We love the structure and free time the kids get throughout the day. There’s always an open relationship between the parents, teachers and staff which is very important to us. I would highly recommend KidsRKids to any parent and family.

We love the KRK family! Our kids have been there for over a year now and we could not be happier. During all the craziness of 2020 they have navigated the challenges with grace and transparency. I never once doubted my kids safety. The staff is extremely hard-working and loves my kiddos fiercely. My daughter was more than prepared to head off to kindergarten and my youngest is thriving. I highly recommend them.Edited to add that my youngest is sad when its not a preschool day and my oldest has been doing her virtual school there. Shes conquering kindergarten despite this years challenges and thats a tribute to her wonderful teachers and the administrators there. The owners are fabulous people with great values and integrity. They know my kids names, interests and more. Ive been to places where the owners didnt have a clue who I was. That is to me as a parent is invaluable.

My kids (4 and 6 now) have been at Kids r Kids for the last 3 years and both love going there. We have had nothing but good experiences there and the new owners are more involved and present than any other facility we have had experience with (2 others in GA before we moved here and one other in Huntersville while we waited for our little guy to get off the waitlist). They are literally there every day greeting the students, while other places we rarely (if ever) saw owners - just directors. My daughter completed TK there last year and tested exceptionally well on her first MAP assessment in Kindergarten and is still doing one day a week for remote assistance when she’s not in person at Kindergarten. She is always excited when it’s “KRK Day” on Friday. Both kids will be doing summer camp again, which they absolutely love. Ice cream truck days, bike days, water slide days and 2 field trips a week for the TK+ ages. There were also lots of extracurricular programs pre-covid, like dance, soccer, taekwondo, basketball, etc. 5 star center with cameras that can be reviewed anytime and very open and frequent communication, which has been much appreciated during Covid times!

My daughter has been attending KRK LKN since I had to go back to work from maternity leave when she was only 3 months old and she’ll be 4 this year. As soon as I am able to, I will be sending my son as well. Transparency cultivates trust and even throughout a global pandemic I have safely and confidently continued to send my daughter to school here. As a first time parent, the idea of having to leave my little girl while I worked was very difficult but I’m grateful the staff at KRK has allowed me peace of mind - between cameras that look into the respective classrooms and the daily report updates, I am able to review and check on my daughter and her growth at any moment. Any time I have had questions or reached out for extra support, the administration and owners have been amazing at responding quickly and helping me navigate being a working mom. My daughter is growing into a kind, inquisitive, and incredibly smart little girl and I attribute a great deal of that to the folks at KRK.

Kids R Kids Lake Norman is impeccable in every sense of the term. Our daughter is nearly three and has been at KRK since she was four months old. Some may call us overly protective or picky, but thats ok. We only want what is best for our daughter, and KRK has never let us down. She has received nothing but the best care here and we couldnt be more happy. She is thriving and learning. Their teachers care so much about the children. They are not babysitters. They are hands on in every way. They are loving and caring and our daughter looks forward to going to school daily. They are over the top with cleanliness and protocols, they are thoughtful, the owners are some of the best people Ive ever met (and I dont say that lightly), the Principal and admin staff is amazing, and I just cant say enough good things about this center. 24/7 cameras are a plus because I can check in on her anytime I want. Daily artwork, progress reports, scheduled activities, etc... you name it. I am so happy we found KRK and know she will be well-prepared for school when that time comes.

We have had a great experience with KRK LKN since our oldest was enrolled 5+ years ago. The staff there works hard to make our lives easier as parents and loves our kids like they are their own. The Director and Owners are very proactive in their communication, which is refreshing as we all try to navigate changing protocols and schedules with COVID. We love KRK and are so thankful to have them caring for our little ones!

Our experience with KRK has been nothing less than exceptional! My son started KRK in the young twos classroom, and it has been such an amazing experience watching him grow and learn. He was in private in-home care prior to joining KRK, and as a first time mom, I was very nervous about the day care experience...not to mention that our first experience was also during the middle of the COVID pandemic. Ms. Amanda was so warm and greeted us with care and compassion. She listened to many of our concerns and was able to set our mind at ease quickly. She was also very prompt in answering any of my emails that I sent. The first week of our son starting was very hard for me as a mom, but I was able to see on the cameras how loving and patient our sons teachers were as he transitioned. Fast forward to now...our son is so excited to go to school everyday and play with his friends. When he sees Mr. Stephen and Ms. Michelle at morning drop off, he says their name with such excitement and the biggest smile on his face. His teachers send tons of pictures, art work and give daily feedback on everything he is learning so we can extend that in our home. It is so comforting to know that your child is in safe hands while you are at work, and that they are also being loved on and cared for as if you were there each and every day. KRK has by far exceeded my expectations for child care, and we could not be more blessed to have found them. They are a 5-star facility for a reason and it shows.

My daughter has been attending KRK LKN for just over six months now. I would like to consider myself extremely picky and will admit i can be a bit of a helicopter parent, however, KRK has met my expectations. They are always quick to respond to any questions i may have. The teachers and admin staff are always very kind and helpful. I have seen a definite improvement in my daughter since attending KRK. She was a bit behind in language and shy, however, since attending, her language has exploded at home and is opening up much more. I would recommended KRK to any parent.

A woman still works there that contributed to my sons injuries. Until that woman is terminated, I would not recommend anyone attend this daycare.

Our children have attended Kids R Kids since they were each 3 months old. They are now 5 & 3. Kids R Kids underwent a transition to new ownership earlier this year and, while we loved the facility before, we cannot speak highly enough of the new ownership. They are so involved, incredibly thoughtful and are truly leading by example. The teachers and administration have always been their most valuable asset - they treat every kid like they were their own and we have never once worried about our children while they were there. Their curriculums are amazing and they have our rising kindergartener ready for school, both academically and socially. When looking for child care, the most important thing for us was to know our kids were safe and loved - and that is exactly what we have gotten at Kids R Kids Lake Norman.

We love KRK and how well they care for and love our boys! Weve been with them since May 2018 when our first son was only 10 weeks old. KRK is like family. They have the perfect balance of learning and playing. Theyre passionate about the kids and what they do. They take the time to know each kid individually and tailor their approach to best suit the kids needs. We would 10/10 recommend.

Have had one child go through after school programs and summer camps and a toddler at KRK Lake Norman now. The new owners are amazing and very involved. The staff is caring and genuine. I feel at ease taking my sweet girl there each day!

BEST DAYCARE EVER! Its unbelievable the things my kids learn and they get so excited to go to school. The teachers are fantastic and really put in the work to make sure our kids learn the best way possible and keep them engaged. The administrative staff its so kind informative it doesnt even feel like a business when we come in, it feels like a warm and loving family that welcome you with open arms. They have really cool exploring stations in each classroom, very structured lesson plan daily while keeping learning fun, according to my toddlers they serve great food things they would never eat at home LOL! They do all sorts of fun extra activities, Sports, Book Fairs, and so much more! We wouldnt go anywhere else!

My son has been going to this daycare before he was two and he enjoys it very much. I was looking into this daycare before he was born.The team are very friendly especially the owners and principal who genuinely care about each child. Its a diverse daycare which is unusual outside of Charlotte. There daycare activities are carefully chosen with vendors as well so you can be rest assured they are using reputable companies to interact with your kids and thats priceless.

We have been with Kids R Kids Lake Norman for 9 years and would not trust anyone else to love and care for our three children! KRK is warm and inviting, has a top notch curriculum, provides meals and snacks (a game changer for our crazy busy family!) and even transportation for our school age kids for after school care. Camps in the summer are also a huge plus and the kids love it here!

I have two children that attend Kids’R’Kids Academy of Lake Norman. It is such a huge piece of mind knowing how loved and cared for both of my boys are each day. They are academically challenged while nurtured each and every day. The teachers and administration go above and beyond. There is no other place I would want my boys to be!

My son started there when he was 13 month, now he’s 3. He’s happy going to school everyday. KRK did/is doing a fantastic job during this pandemic. I feel safe sending my kid there. The owners and the staff are all very nice and very easy to communicate with. One of the reasons we picked KRK was because it offers live camera. This really helped we my kid first started. Now I don’t check the camera very often because I know he’s taken good care of.

Kids R Kids Learning Academy is a great facility and we are happy that both of our kids were able to go there and benefit from the structured learning that the teachers provide. The teachers we interact with are very friendly and caring. Also, having the video feed available through watchmegrow to monitor our child is very helpful.

KRK offers various activities to keep your little ones entertained. This summer we had a weekly ice cream truck, bike day and splash day. Both the teachers and administrative staff do an excellent job with communication. I love being able to check in on my son with the cameras. I know he is safe and I’m able to see if he’s behaving. I’ve been surprised to see how much he’s been learning. I highly recommended checking out KRK, you won’t be disappointed!

Colors, Books & Potty Training Oh My!! We have been at KRK since 2018 when my son was 12 weeks old. The Admin and Staff have gone above and beyond. Parenthood is not always easy and they always give me grace and air hugs (ugh COVID) and assure me that I am doing great! I have loved watching my little guy build lasting friendships and learn new things everyday!

Love it and would highly recommend it. We love the teachers and the school itself. My kids learn a lot and teach us a lot. They really love the kids and as long as my kids are happy we as parents are very happy.
