Couldnt recommend enough. Installed a new motherboard and cooling system in a new case for my PC and did it all in 24 hours. Was very responsive from the initial inquiry and answered any question I had. Family owned business and excellent work, cant ask for more.

He located the issue, called me with multiple possible solutions, and fixed the issue, all within 24 hours. I can not say enough about how great this company is. They went above and beyond any service I have ever received before. Of course I presented Steve with the most difficult computer and he worked miracles. I had unknowingly bought a computer that someone fixed to work just as long as it took to sell it. I got about a year and a half out of it when it started having issues. I called Steve and they said bring it right over. He discovered what I bought was not a new computer like I thought. There were many issues that needed to be fixed. We were at the point that this was a computer that had to be trashed, he worked tirelessly to try everything he could to salvage my computer. After we both said enough there is no more we can do he continued on and he actually saved a lost cause. He saved me from having to go buy another computer and now I not only have back all my info but this computer runs like a champ. It is faster than before. I could go on and on but will stop here, trust me when I say you will not regret having this company work on your computers. Seriously everyone, if youre reading this review, give them a call right away, just by talking on the phone youll know youve chosen the best company out there.For anyone wondering, his prebuilt PC can run Destiny 2 and Total War: Warhammer 2 at full settings, easily keeping over 60 fps and in fact in Destiny it sits at a comfortable 80-90. Good parts, excellent build quality, and a clear understanding of computers means that this rig can run just about anything at full or near full settings, and for anything else youll only have to turn down the settings a tiny bit. Just amazing in every way.

My Custom PC started shutting off by itself out of nowhere and then it wouldnt even come on. I wasnt able to decipher if it was the power supply, new CPU installation, or motherboard. I called Charlotte PC Works and they said they would have a look at it. The business is small and family owned but that does not retract from their professionalism. Within 24 hours, my PC was diagnosed with a motherboard problem. With a new motherboard installation, my computer was back up and running like new. Thank you guys! Highly recommend.

This entire business is amazing. I just built a pc and was having issues with the software portion of the build. Much faster than I thought it would be and they also explained everything to me along the way as well.Originally came in because my computer was not booting up. I was told a couple of potential issues it could be. I was told they would get back with me in about 24 hours after I dropped it off. A few hours later I got another call and they said it was ready for pickup. They told me everything they did and what the issue was as well!

This family business deserves the highest positive comments of any service/retail business I have ever experienced. My laptop was so slow and performance unreliable that even my IT manager son-in-law suggested it would probably be cheaper to buy another than try to get it diagnosed and repaired. I called a few other shops, and after explaining my problems was advised of high fixed diagnostic and probable repair costs. When I called Charlotte PC works, they explained their fixed cost analysis and services performed. If parts were required they assured they would call, explain what was needed and why before making the repair. They performed as explained and returned my eight year old laptop faster than when it was new, and it cost about a third of what my son-in-law estimated when told the diagnosis.

Charlotte PC Works has helped me with repairs and other issues for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable and affordable. Theyll even transfer all of your files from an old computer to a new computer. Theres nothing computer related they cant do. I wouldnt trust anyone else to fix my computers!

I would give Charlotte PC Works 10 stars if I could. This family-owned business is hands-down the best computer company Ive ever used, anywhere. So lucky to have found them. Whenever Ive had an problem they respond quickly (important because Im an editor working out of my home), give me a fair price, and take care of the issue. They are friendly, courteous, and always prompt. I am so happy with this company I referred my senior dad to them and he loves them as well (he can follow what theyre telling him and theres no geek-speak). Highly recommend!!
