The staff here is awesome. all of them (4 staffs i saw all approached me before i even saw them) and you know what they all seemed genuinely interested in helping not the usual i HAVE to help you attitude from other places Ive been to. tbh i wasnt planning on writing a review but the staff was so nice i wanted to give a shout out. also they print copies here which is gold seeing as the public library is gonna be closed for the next century i guess.

It went alright . The owner was very patient with me. He clearly explained the explanation for the matter and set close to fix it. He ran certain scans that cleaned up the issues.

Usually low on stock when I come looking for a specific item, but it is close to home and the service has been very good.

Two led lap top little lights, so we wont bother staying up with the light on... $5.00 not bad at all.

They never stock up and always give excuses on the days they do i went 2 weeks straight never stocked up till mid 3rd week smh on simple stuff and no it wasnt on a school sale or special event. DISAPPOINTED

I visited this Staples twice. The first time I was cheated out of my money even though I tried to get the young lady to go over my receipt with me. I called in and spoke to the manager Kim. She was very short with me and was not apologetic at all. I came into the store and she did give me my money back but, again she was not very apologetic, was not very friendly and seem like she felt as though she was doing me a favor. The last time I came in the experience was pleasant with the representative that assisted us. It was a short conversation but she was friendly. Some of the staff is friendly but the management should work on their customer service skills. I would give the store three stars but I think that how a store is managed tell a lot about the type of service you will receive there.... I would never recommend anyone visit this location.

Takes them a while to restock especially near back to school days. Some items do not have prices, you have to ask. Overall not bad. I dont know about customer service quality though.

Place an order for pickup, ask them if I can send the driver, to pickup what need to be done they say its a computer less then $1000 , need credit card holder, ps i mentioned company company credit card, they do not care, for conclusion they do not service business if they conduct this kind of operation. . inconvenience will never order again. need it asap. business owner need to stop its day for a small order shame.....

Horrible experience. Tried placing an order to simply PRINT some pictures for a picture frame. Waited over an hour to try and place the order. Literally nobody was being helped when I arrived. A simple 5 minutes process has now taken an extremely long time. Now theres 12 people waiting to be helped and the customer service people at the copy & print center appear to be busy but havent helped anybody in line yet. Taking my business elsewhere.

Awful customer Service. I was not allowed to carry by cross body bag inside the store. The security officer made me take my bag (where I carry my wallet, keys, glasses, cellphone and cash) to the register. Let me mention that it is actually smaller than my wifes purse. I did not see women being asked to leave their purses in the front. We made the manager aware and he did not think my bag was an issue but did not care to apologize or do anything about it. We left the store without making the purchases we intended to make... an office printer plus supplies.

The people working at registers were awesome!! They were working together on getting me a cheaper price. I regret not getting my daughter school supplies at staples

Very low inventory. Associate asked if I would like to order my product. Ah, no...You need to order your inventory on time.

This use to be my place to go for printing but now their paper selection is always short the people have changed at least at night when Ive gone and their service is not great it takes a while for them to even recognize am there and then I leave something to print and call an hour later the time they gave me and they said they didnt know there was something that needed to be printed

The girl at the copy center was very rude and not customer service oriented at all, disappointed because all the other employees here always have a smile and are friendly. I was having trouble with a computer that wasnt loading anything and I was getting charged for it I asked if she could help and she said nobody else has complained, and she did not help, I had to use another computer. Not going back to that staples again.

Called in to check for an item to see if they carried it in the store and the first young lady that answered the phone was great but I guess she couldnt find my item and I was helped by someone else and this lady was rude! To bad I didnt get her name but I work in customer service as well and if she hates her job so much she should quit!

Totally disappointed!! I ask to the cashier help totally she ignores me, second time that I came back to this location they have poor services I prefer to drive more miles but I know for sure the quality of serves!!!

Good place they try their best and I feel for the workers that deal with thieves (Ive seen 3xs) that work in groups. Alot of poorly educated people that probably got left off by the coyote van give alot of problems that think their spending Beverly Hills money then threaten to call corporate when they are the ones that are wrong. Need stronger security

Management is extremely rude and shows no genuine interest in customer service. Kimberly (manager) is very impatient and phony when it comes to customers. Has no common courtesy. Elva (associate) in copy center has a nasty attitude..no respect towards anyone. Stevon (wanna be manager wears gray shirt for ego) is no help at all will walk RIGHT passed you like you’re a ghost. Would not recommend this location if you actually needed help :)

Called in to check if a product was in stock, all i said was toshiba laptop and got cut off quickly by KIMBERLY, instead of quickly double-checking a SKU number about a product Im calling about, KIMBERLY cut me off before I can finish my sentence and would rather waste her breath explaining to me for a couple minutes with attitude how she got 25 calls the day before about this certain product. She finished all the rambling with, Do you still want me to double-check the SKU?!? You can not give attitude to a customer just because Im the 26th caller, no matter how annoyed, it must be a good deal or I wouldnt have called in.

Evening Store Supervisor today seemed extremely impatient. Smiling to the customer doesnt hurt anybody. I misplaced my rewards card at another register and he did not care. Supplies were all over the place. Employees looked very ynhappy

Employees not very helpful they lack knowledge of items sold in store. Employees too busy to help on the floor and watch out for their security guard he stalks you throughout the whole store especially if you look Hispanic!!!

Hate the costumer service employes are unnecessary they dont help you at all at the copy center. They had me waiting for 2hours just to get copies and didnt deliver the work how I was ask for never returning here.

Well and the staff they have here is there to do their job well or they are in the way, I mean more in the printing area, some send them the files well and they make the impressions badly! One is paying. If you dont like work, just dont work! Im not going to pay poorly made prints and the saddest thing is that they get angry and the attitude is very pedantic plus the chubby man with glasses and the short Latin girl they have

They do not have photo printing service and if they print it they do it on a regular sheet they say go to Walmart or CVS

There is not enough material to supply your school list. Especially in this school start season.And employees never know when there will be or when it will arrive. They are not correct the day they say there will be. Very bad. Appalling.

Here they can help you in whatever you want in any emergency problem in paperwork that you deal with anywhere in the world and all the staff are very attentive

Here I find all the School and Office supplies without any problem, the very Servisial and Attentive staff to provide Help.

Very bad service the photocopiers are not useful and they do not have a sign that they work and you have to do a huge clearance to be able to make copies when they do not have any notification that the machines are not working.

The place is very good but our friend Erick like that he doesnt like to take care of people very much.
