Does the careers and technology program accept high school drop outs?

The website is poorly poorly structured I’m not getting the search that I want. There’s no list I found of courses on their website which is Cabell schools. Poor website structure altogether .

Got certified in commercial arts and instructor was great (thank you, rabert fulks) and financial was very helpful.
