Take my kids (4 & 7). The instructors do a fantastic job with the kids, instilling discipline and structure. Plus, they get their energy out. Plus, the kids program is flexible for changing schedules without breaking the bank. Highly recommended.

My brother Kyle used to work there and I started when he was there and I got excellent training.

I have learned a lot and had a ton of fun in the adult karate class! Sensei Ben is great!

Highly recommend. Been taking their adult kickboxing classes since last winter and loved it from the start. They have several options from martial arts, to competitive kickboxing, for kids starting at age 4 to adults. Family atmosphere with knowledgeable instructors. Very patient with beginners and everyone helps each other out. Every class is high intensity, teaches correct form, and able to blend all levels while keeping it challenging for those with more experience.

Gone way down hill in recent years. Nobody there knows what is going on. If they like your child, they will advance quickly and be given special attention. Otherwise, they will just put your child down. Kids karate at times is being taught by junior black belt candidates. So glad I took my kids elsewhere.

Amazing gym and coaches. Great facility and has developed many champions both in and out of the ring. Mr Z has an amazing heart for the sport, and love for what he does. Best gym around hands down!

Very good place for a family to train the Mixed Martial Arts

Our son started there a few months ago during a free trial period they were promoting. He loves his instructors/sensei. He is only four years old and everyone there is super supportive and helpful. He walked in two parades this summer with the entire Zs family and had a blast! This place is very welcoming and our son has learned so much so far. It is also inspiring to watch the older kids and adults there. There is something for all ages.

We were members for 5 years. I definitely witnessed the favoritism that others have mentioned.After our contract was over, they still took the money from my bank account. I notified them right away. It took 2 1/2 weeks before I received the refund. No apologies from them, just blaming someone else. They even said that it had been happening to others. After 2 weeks I asked about my refund. They were a bit defensive with me and referred me to the company that handles the payments for them. Suggested I contact them as to why their email made it seem like they waited 2 weeks before processing the refund.On a side note, I think one reason for all the 5 star reviews since 9/25/2019 is due to their raffle for those leaving a review on Google or Yelp.

Their martial arts and kickboxing are both great there, I’ve taken classes there for about couple years before i put my 2 kids in, they made my kids certified badasses, with good hearts. Their boxing training for kids and adults is unmeasurable, It’s like watching professional boxing training. The Martinez family will always be a Z team family.

Great classes. I received my black belt from Zs and also have won kickboxing championships. Highly recommend to learn from the best.

I have really enjoyed my time in the kickboxing and boxing classes since I joined a few months ago. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful whether you are looking for general fitness or competition training. I always get a solid workout and look forward to coming to class each day. Highly recommend to individuals of all ages!!

What an outstanding place... I didnt like seeing negative reviews here because that dont fit my experiences with Zs Martial Arts. Training with these great martial artists and Sensei Rob is life changing as well as inspiring. Home of WAKO USA TEAM KICKBOXING some of the greatest kickboxing in North America.. On the karate side, quality and consistency has been on a steady decline since Sensei Kyle left.

My son and I are members. The instructors are great and they teach a real world and practical martial art. If you just want to get in shape you can join the kickboxing classes. Its a great place and highly recommended.

Its gone to . After a while of not going I came back to instructors cancelling classes because not enough people, and instructors not showing up. And then I learned the instructors were getting paid basically nothing.Run an ethical business. Pay your instructors an actual wage so they can afford to stay and teach. I used to be proud to carry that red Z with me everywhere I went. Not anymore.At this point its just another warehouse dump. It kills me to see how far low a part of my childhood has gone.

Good instructors but they overcharged my account and wouldnt work with me to get my money back. I repeatedly called, no one picked up. I left messages with my info but no one ever called me back. Im never going back. Id be weary before joining. Besides that, good vibes from instructors.

I have been both a student and employee of Zs for years. I received my black belt here and could not have asked for a better place to work out and learn.
