My son just started at Omega a little over a month ago. He has been training under Coach Murphy and Coach Ferrante. In just a short time, he has gained confidence in himself, has become a better wrestler, and most importantly, he has learned self-discipline and the importance of hard work and grit. I am beyond impressed with this gym and the dedication of its staff. We already feel like family.If you want a place that is going to challenge you to be the best version of yourself- this is the place to be.

If you are looking for the next level of training then this is the place. Great facility. Top notch instructors and high intensity training. The group classes really push you to better yourself. For the Wrestlers, this is the place that will challenge you and make you better.

As a mom of multiple girls I’ve always want them to be versed in self defense and be able to stand up for themselves when mama bear isn’t around. Coach Murphy formulated a program for the kids with other phenomenal coaches, that incorporates kickboxing, western boxing and self defense all into one fun program! After day one my kids loved it And truthfully I wanted to sign myself up! I talked to Coach Murphy and he said that could be done. Easily the best option for families, prospects, professionals and anyone else who wants to maintain (or start) a healthy active lifestyle! O-O OMEGA!!

Both of my girls (ages 6, and 10 yo) look forward to boxing and kickboxing class every week. The trainers/coaches are top notch.Highly recommend.

This is the best gym I have gone to, with wrestling, boxing, strength, conditioning and jiu jistu. Well worth joining, and I will continue to go to omega for many years to come!

Omega is a second home for my wrestler son. The coaches take a personal interest in him and his success. The coaches here are passionate about their craft and are dedicated. He has had great wrestling partners here over the years, and exceptional training. My son was an IL state finalist this year, and we attribute much of that success to this training center and the wonderful coaches he has been able to work with here over the years. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. In just a few months, my wrestler has progressed in skill and gotten much stronger. The variety of classes offered has him wanting to be at the gym every day! My high school runner also participates in strength classes & yoga. After one summer, he is able to feel the benefits of both classes.

John Murphy is a very technical coach and well versed in folk/freestyle/greco/jujitsu. The training center is very nice and clean as well.

This is an amazing program I do most of the classes and all the coaches are amazing and super helpful!

Omega is your one stop shop for your wrestling and fitness needs. The adult wrestling/grappling class is a lot of fun and a great workout. It is a nice opportunity for us older guys to get back on the mat. The kids wrestling program is led by some of the most well rounded knowledgeable instructors in the world of Wrestling. I highly recommend this training center to anyone that wants to better themselves in fitness or wrestling!!!!!

Great place to exercise. Love the Hot yoga program and the morning boot camp. Gets you in great shape fast. Plenty of room to stretch out so you are not crowded.

My Son and Daughter attend strength training at Omega. Ones a wrestler and the other Gymnastics and Dance. Both have had noticeably improved results. I recommend.

Everyone is very down to earth. It is a great place to get back into shape after being off the mat. I have looked for years for a place to live wrestle with other athletes after college.

Fantastic program. I’ve never made better gains than when I was with Jon Murphy. I’ve been through his program and a college football lifting program and I can honestly say that you’ll see more results faster at Omega.

I came in having never worked out in my life and I went on to have the top score out of 125 officer candidates on my physical assessments for my new career in the military. GREAT PEOPLE AND COMPETITIVE (COLLEGE AND HS) WRESTLING!!

School is great. Both my son for wrestling and my daughter for boot camp have attended. Son made it to sectionals and daughter qualified for three state swimming events.

Excellent coaches and great workouts evertime I show up. No place better.

Excellent training facility where my daughter has grown as a wrestler and an overall athlete.
