Omega is your one stop shop for your wrestling and fitness needs. The adult wrestling/grappling class is a lot of fun and a great workout. It is a nice opportunity for us older guys to get back on the mat. The kids wrestling program is led by some of the most well rounded knowledgeable instructors in the world of Wrestling. I highly recommend this training center to anyone that wants to better themselves in fitness or wrestling!!!!!

Omega is the place to be in Northern Illinois. Tough kids in the room every day looking to get better. Coach Murphy and crew do a great job keeping practices flowing and keeping drills and other work relative to what they’re doing that day. Would absolutely recommend for anyone lookin to make a jump from good to great or great to elite.
