Hate going to this administration at this school. The two ladies do stuff ass backward and make things more difficult then it really is. I would like a count on how many other kids got letters for proof of address. Basically its the end of school year and NOW they are asking for this. ?? The only adult I like at the school is the nurse. She is very nice to talk to and is understandable and looks at you when you speak to her. ( respecrful) UNLIKE the ladies in front office. Honestly did not even want to one star.. 0 stars.

I would suggest further investigation/research prior to enrolling a student here. Coming from Legacy we thought MMS would be just as greatWe were wrong! If your child has never been in trouble a day in their lives, be prepared to have that screwed up. Staff is horrible at solving anything. Research, research, research! You will see.

Went to school here 2011-2014 during last few years of Brown admin. Some teachers at this school are notorious for picking favorites. If you are in football, basket ball or cheerleading, you are practically immune to any form of punishment the school could impose on you, because they care more about their sports program than teaching a lesson to trouble makers. I consider my middle school years as the worst in my life. The admin were very unapproachable when it came to bullying. One girl even killed herself while I attended school here. The only thing that I liked about this school was the band program. Do not know what the school is like now, but my sister finished 8th grade last year, and hated it as much as I did. Its not that the facilities are bad, its just that the admin could have and should have done more to help students who are being bullied, other than giving the bad kids a slap on the wrist.

This school was great years ago. Now we have gym uniforms! That cost money! We have to have a shirt and shorts in school colors on top of that theres gold and black week. Black week is the normal week. Gold week is the backwards periods 7th - 1st instead of 1st - 7th! It sucks the only good thing about this freaking prison is that their cafeteria could be a bakery!

Great school. Principle is a great down to earth person. Your kids are safe here.

After reading over previous reviews, I decided as an adult that has 2 children attending this school, I needed to make an honest review for this school. My girls love this school and are very sad they wont be here next year. (Job relocation) They love the food here and they have never been in trouble, and have never said anything bad about there teachers. One did how ever end up with a half day iss with the whole rest of the class. Because they were talking while on break in between testing. While my other child said they were aloud to talk while on break because no testing takes place at break times. I chalked it up to miscommunication being the whole class was put in ISS.

This is the best school ever! The band program is amazing the cafeteria food is good and the Library is AWESOME!!!!!

Yo so this is a student from Monrovia and honestly I think it sucks to be honest the food is bad most of the time they always think someone is gonna bring a bomb so they make us tuck shirts in and some teachers just make you super mad also the policy is no shirts under the pockets so one day Im in the hall going to class Im bout to be late a random janitor pulls me over and says your shirt isnt tucked thats a 1000 word report so I dont say anything he says its do Friday- Friday comes and I dont have it I go through day worrying my butt off comes to see they dont even care they never ask me for it or anything so I do this every single time I get a report they dont care also the principle is kinda scary he always says stuff like Im your daddy when you come to school its creepy also teachers say stuff like you should have gone to the restroom before you came here well should I just use the restroom on myself or should I go in your little corner of the room and pee there which one? also why cant affection be allowed why cant people say they like each other that makes no sense think about humans where made to like each other so I see no problem and there is one lunch lady in particular that nevermind I aint bout to talk about her also why is there gold week 7-1 period no thank you that completely changes my schedule why do you think Im late for class I understand enrichment though but at the same time some people signed up for sports and got study hall it makes no sense I could rant about much more stuff but Im getting tired really the only good thing about this school is the students and football games cause I wanna here that sweet music that our band teacher teaches us-RANTEROh yeah I forgot they make us pay for PE clothes my mom is already stressed out so yeahP.S. hi random people who read this rantP.S.S this was not to bring hate to Monrovia but to share my opinionP.S.S.S :D

So Im not trying to start nothing today but Im just going to tell yall what happened today in PE so today this dude started jokeing on me and my friends so we joke back so we was going to lunch and when we got ready to leave he tells on both of us but they started jokeing first and Mr Thompson called all three of us in thare and he aks us what happened and we told him and guess what he did he gave me and my friends 5 days of community service and the other boy didnt get and trouble Thats make me feel some kinda wayy and he did it 6 months ago so and the person said I didnt do nothing but have a great day

I really have a hard time learning and it is not fair for the girls that they have to ddress up or they have to sit out and the boys dont have to
