I had my reservations about Chanda Davis and The Superior School of Real Estate after my first class. I was really concerned if I was going to learn the material, I needed to pass the state exam. Chanda is crazy and she uses wild and unconventional methods of teaching Alabama law and National Real Estate content which I thought was a distraction for me. However, I found myself picturing Chanda dancing, drawing crazy pictures, and singing some of her remembrance songs during the state exam”15-30-30” lol. Nevertheless, if you choose to attend her school you embark on an unforgettable and extraordinary journey with Chanda. There are late night calls, twerking, early morning study sessions and sometimes mimosas. Regardless of Ms. Davis’ questionable sanity, she is an amazing instructor! She goes above and beyond her call of duty to ensure that each student not only learn but retain required material to pass the state exam. She makes herself readily available to answer any questions via text, email, call, zoom, and private study sessions and offers a multitude of different tools for learning. I was most impressed and impacted when Chanda took the time to go through my final exam, in a private session, and made sure I understood each question I got wrong. Chanda made learning about real estate so fun and exciting. I am 19 and passed the state exam on the 1st try with an 86%. I tried “Real Estate Express” (which is a online school).It was really hard and taught stuff that is not anywhere near what’s on the state test. I tried to be cheap and get done quick which cost me more money in the long run. I should’ve just went with her first. She knows what is on the test and how to teach it so you REMEMBER!!! Her class took 4 weeks to complete and I took the state exam right after and passed without even studying very much. I was not going to take her class at first because it was on zoom and I thought it would be complicated and hard to learn online. I think I actually learned even better and had a blast. When I passed I called Chanda and she stopped her day and meet me in Providence and twerked with me on Facebook live. She even sent me a text today saying “ Good Morning Lane,I’m so excited for you in this journey. I’m not sure if you made your decision, either way, I just want you to know, I’m your biggest fan. I’m so very proud of you and I’ll know! You are going to be extremely successful.”I would absolutely recommend you pay the money and take the class if you are serious about getting your license. Chanda has THE BEST attitude and LOVES to teach. I thought that I would be exhausted and too tired to go to class each evening, but she made it so fun and interesting that the time FLEW by!She explains everything in plain English and gives great examples for the tougher information to sink in.
