Great principal and caring teachers. My kids love going to this school. If you are into this sort of thing, check out their student performance as compared to other schools of similar size and demographics. Shady Oaks does an outstanding job.

Im giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because there was this one teacher at this school who i didnt like that much and was mean to me but all the rest of the teachers i liked. Other than that, this is a good school.

My daughter transferred in from another school and we did not stay more than a week. Very strict and unfriendly atmosphere. We did not feel welcomed as we came in with some special services needed. For the first time ever, my daughter begged not to go to school. Meadow Creek staff is much more welcoming and accomodating.

My kids love Shady Oaks. They just finished 2nd and 4th grade and had a great year. They are really excited about next year too! Go Shady Oaks Chaparrals!

Shady oaks is the best school i ever went to in my entire life they welcomed me in and we were apart of one big family until the old art teacher that i had since kinder past away and her name was ms Massey

Just no. I currently dont attend, but I have for the last 6 years, and the kids there are so cruel. Kids 2 years younger than me would walk up to me and act like they ruled the school. Its not just the kids fault, its the schools. Kids arent cruel with the right disciple. At my new school EVERYONE is nice, and there is no tolerance for the slightest hint of bullying, I had some amazing 5th grade teachers, 4th grade was torture.In 6th grade the teachers teach lessons well and try to exhibit kindness, but figures, its TOO LATE BY THEN..The last 6 years of my life kids were so mean, and I did not loose it util 6th grade when I needed a change. I actually screamed out for help, when I was being singled out. But all the teachers can do is tell me to chill out? For all they know i could have been going through serious problems. They didnt even ask me to see a counselor. who believed a made up rumor someone ha told her reflecting on me to be the bully? Kids are cruel, but not without encouragement. I do Not encourage you to put your child in this school, unless you want seven years of torture. Thank GOD im free

Shady oaks is de best school ever i starded sense kinder garden and right know i im in 6th grade i Will be 😢 sad if i left that school

Boys went to this school last year picking them was a breeze...now the boys have to go-to Shady Brooks which is a nightmare...5 grade class is always late coming out and kinder class is slow...boy sure do miss you guys..

Excellent school 👏 I like the atmosphere from the first day of school until the last day. The staff that works in the institution are trained and do it with quality and they take great care in the student learning and helping them in all areas. There is communication between parents and teachers. It is a very clean school. My experience at Shady Oaks Elementary has been great from pre kindergarten through 6 ... congratulations to all the staff they do a great job.
