An impressive appointment from start to finish. I would expect a 2 pm appointment to be running late. I was taken in early. Professional is the key word from receptionist to everyone giving any kind of treatment or help.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and a few cavities filled. Very comfortable, quick experience. No issues. Dr. Jensen and staff all made sure I was feeling well enough to leave and knew what my after care instructions were. I even got a phone call later to make sure I was doing ok later in the afternoon.

Working in the 21st century, this dental office has proven their care and expertise to time and time again from 16 years old to now as a young adult.After not being seen in 2 years, they were able to identify multiple cavities that needed to be taken care of and were able to help me with a broken tooth that needed a crown. Using 3D mapping technology in their office along with lasers for certain cavities made my whole experience that much more efficient and enjoyable and the techs using the technology never once for a moment made me doubt the effectiveness of the future crown.In fact, a week later, this crown feels perfect and even when it was initially placed in, the bite is phenomenal. Everything fit perfectly and has served me great so far. I have great faith that this crown will serve me for a long time to come.Their dental hygienists answer all questions and their due diligence when looking at potential issues and document anything that may be an issue. I can say that this office has a great proactive mindset when it comes to dental work and wants their patients to receive the care they need as they need it, never intentionally leaving it undone for future more expensive issues. Even when asking the hygienists about their thoughts and opinions on this office, every one has had extreme confidence in their abilities and the care this office provides.Even the dentist answered all questions about general hygiene and made sure my care and comfort was the priority at all times. I felt secure trusting this office with my dental care and I hope they continue providing fantastic services to the Hutchinson area for years to come.If you are in need of a great team to diagnose and treat your dental health issues, I would highly recommend seeing this office. They will have no problem explaining issues they see or concerns you may have about your x-rays.Great people, great care, flexible schedule. As it currently stands, no major dental work is done on Fridays. Not a deal breaker in my opinion since the other four weekdays he is providing the absolute best care he can.-Chris

I haven’t been to a dentist for at least 20 years, and all of a sudden I broke a molar and I panicked! I found out my dentist retired like 10 years ago and I needed something done ASAP. I looked through the internet and found Dr. Shawn Jensen DDS! He saved the day and fixed my molar with a temporary crown until I could get my new crown ordered. I was shocked at the price, but “I haven’t been to a Dentist for at least 20 years” ! Anyway everyone at their office is very friendly and so nice. I’m very happy with my choice of Dentists!

Ive been going to Dr Jensen for a few years now, just got my semi annual cleaning done today. Shawn and the girls are always professional and friendly, they make you feel like family. Samantha did an awesome job and is a great addition to the staff. If youre looking for dental services, I would highly recommend!

First time visiting this dentist and the service was excellent! The wait time was short, and I had pleasant conversations with several workers. Everyone was very nice and provided helpful answers to my questions.

This dentist office has a difficult time with managing appointment times. If appointments aren’t confirmed they will give your appointment away without notification. This facility has high turn over which decrease capability of building rep-ore with their patients. Their staff has poor radiation safety-training/education issue? There is no lead shielding of their patients during X-rays unless requested. Dr. Jensen is not the best with children and will let you know if the child doesn’t cooperate that he will not proceed with treatment.

I like the office, everyone is really nice. The work done on my teeth is great. However there is a lot of employee turnover at this location. Since I have been coming the past 4 years, only 1 person (apart from the doctor) still remains. This causes procedures to never go smooth because someone is always being train. This last experience was the worst and cost me a lot of extra time. Even now my problem has not been completed, I have to go back again in 3 weeks. I like the work done, just be patient if you go and expect someone new to be helping you.

The new hygienist is awesome. She was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing.

I came in for my regular cleaning and experienced a new hygienist. She did such thorough job and was very pleasant.

They have been very professional and have made it pleasant to go to the dentist. I now drive 50 miles one way and will continue to do so.

It had been awhile since I had been in (6 years almost) very pleased with the results, also Samantha was my dental hygienist and I’d say she’s the best, did very well getting my teeth cleaned, my mouth feels 10x better!

I was in lots of pain and needed a tooth out immediately! He recommended a root canal being the best option for me. I had missed work and couldn’t afford to miss more with needing to re-schedule for the operation, thankfully they did what they could to help me and get me out of my pain, and fished the operation the same day I walked in! Operation went by quickly and painless! 10/10 would recommend! I also live out of town but will most definitely be making the trip for future appointments, as it is much worth it to go here!

Very best dentist Ive ever been to hands down! They worked me right in when I started having pain. The next day took care of the issues I was having. Dr and while staff was very nice and helpful. I switched my children to them and we wont ever go anywhere else!

Caring and knowledgeable hygienists and staff. Dr. Jensen great with people and not pushy about treatment plans.

I have had a lot of dental work done by Dr Jensen. The doctor has been real good and has listened and addressed my concerns without any problems. Hes got an excellent staff that works hard. And it is always a joy to to visit with them during my appointments.

Loved dr Jensen and the staff, but my procedure was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I brought my concerns about discoloration but was told it was in my head. Most likely will need my procedure redone, as they don’t fit properly and are wreaking havoc in my mouth. I floss at least 3-4 times a day to combat the bacteria that gets in the space from an improper fit. Who wants to constantly fight off bad breath??? That has also left my teeth very sensitive to anything cold, even just the air. From my personal experience, I would not recommend.

I absolutely love Dr Jensen and his staff! They are so thoughtful in regards to my dental anxiety, and they are always friendly and talkative.

Dr. Jenson is extremely personable and friendly, and a very good dentist. My hygienist kami is the greatest I would definitely recommend Dr. Shawn Jensen to anybody looking for a great dentist. 😁

Worst Dentist office ever! Poor work done, dishonest, tells you that you need things done that you dont, charges for appointments you canceled due to being tired of such an awful office, then never sends a bill for the non existent appointment but instead sends it to collections, rude office staff that dont call you back but constantly call to change your appointment times to suit them, blames patient for problems with lumineers breaking off rather than the doctors work, doesnt uphold warrenty. Gold digging office with no concern with integrity, honesty, or quality work. Dollar bill signs is ALL this place cares about, not the patient. DO NOT GO HERE!

Tried to sell me on lots of stuff I didn’t need and the highest prices around was disappointed in the way they do business

The office cancelled my appointment last minute, then on a different day my husbands last minute for a wisdom tooth extraction AFTER hed already taken the sedatives for the appointment (that we paid for), and then cancelled all 3 of my kids appointments without even talking to me. I scheduled a lot of things around these appointments including my husband taking 2 days off work. I wouldnt recommend going here if you have to plan ahead with jobs and schedules. Also, they cashed my checks for the procedures after they cancelled our appointments and took a month to get reimbursed.

He doesnt take United healthcare if your older that sucks
